Abstract

The invention discloses a book information management system, a book information management method and a storage medium based on cloud computing, and relates to the technical field of book management. The method comprises the following steps: collecting book information, wherein the book information comprises information of books to be shelved and storage state information of the shelved books; book borrowing management is carried out according to the storage state information; matching the book information to be placed on the shelf with the classified and stored book tags, finding out the book with the maximum matching degree, and obtaining the storage position information of the book with the maximum matching degree; and storing the books to be shelved to corresponding positions according to the obtained storage position information of the books with the maximum matching degree. The system has the advantages of simple structure and low implementation cost, greatly saves the cost for realizing automatic book management, saves the time for a librarian to identify books, improves the accuracy of putting on shelf, prevents errors from occurring when the librarian confirms the bookshelf information of books manually, and improves the efficiency of putting on shelf books.

Background
With the dramatic increase of the number of books and the popularization of book reading behaviors by related departments, more people start to restart the reading experience of book knowledge. Almost all cities and schools have a library. However, at the present stage, book information management in a library has the following disadvantages:
1. the task of arranging books by managers is heavy, a borrower adopts a mode of uniformly returning various books in the book returning process, the managers need to classify and arrange the returned books and return the books to the original positions, the work flow is complex, the workload is high, the book classifying work occupies a large amount of work time of book managers, and the work efficiency of the managers is low;
2. the books need to be put on the shelf, a lot of manpower is consumed, and a librarian distinguishes the book type and then puts the book on the corresponding bookshelf, needs to memorize a large number of book searching numbers, and has higher requirements on the manpower.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problem for those skilled in the art how to automatically sort books to improve the efficiency of loading books.

and the book shelving module is used for storing books to be shelved to corresponding positions according to the storage position information of the books with the maximum matching degree, which is obtained by the cloud computing data processing module.
Optionally, the book information includes title, author, subject word, publishing house, publication date, and book searching number.
Optionally, the internal information reading module is a wireless radio frequency unit, and the wireless radio frequency unit includes an RFID reader, an antenna, and a multiplexer for controlling the antenna and the RFID reader; and reading the RFID tag of the book to be shelved through an antenna to acquire the information of the book to be shelved.

Compared with the prior art, the book information management system, the book information management method and the storage medium based on cloud computing provided by the invention have the following beneficial technical effects:
(1) the electronic tags of books, the wireless radio frequency unit and the cloud computing data processing module are combined to realize automatic management of the books, the wireless radio frequency unit sends a wireless scanning signal to the space after receiving an operation instruction sent by the main control server, book identification information returned by the electronic tags is obtained, and book borrowing management is carried out by utilizing the book identification information;
(2) the time for a librarian to identify books is saved, the accuracy of putting on the shelf is improved, errors are prevented when the librarian confirms the bookshelf information of the books manually, and the efficiency of putting on the shelf of the books is improved;
(3) the system of the invention has simple structure and low realization cost, and greatly saves the cost for realizing automatic book management.

the book information acquisition module is used for acquiring book information and sending the book information to the borrowing management module and the cloud computing data processing module; the book information acquisition module comprises an internal information reading module and an external information reading module, wherein the internal information reading module is used for acquiring the information of books to be placed on the shelf, and the external information reading module is used for feeding back the storage state information of the books placed on the shelf in real time;
the book borrowing management module is used for performing book borrowing management according to the storage state information of the books on shelves;
the cloud computing data processing module is used for receiving information of books to be placed on shelves, matching the information of the books to be placed on shelves with the classified and stored book tags, finding out the books with the maximum matching degree, and obtaining the storage position information of the books with the maximum matching degree;
and the book shelf loading module is used for storing the books to be shelved to corresponding positions according to the storage position information of the books with the maximum matching degree obtained by the cloud computing data processing module.

The RFID reader writes the identification numbers of books, periodicals and books and certificates into the electronic tags on the books, and records the information of the reader tags, the labels of the books, the periodicals and the books and certificates into a database, and the ID number in each tag is the unique identification of the tag in the information management system.
Through the non-contact automatic identification function of the RFID reader, books and periodicals are placed in an identifiable range, and information in the database is called out and displayed in a set text box, so that functions of borrowing, returning, searching and the like of the books can be realized.
Further, the book RFID tag is attached to the surface or inside of the book, or printed on the surface or inside of the book.
The advantages of the RFID technology in the book information management system are as follows: (1) the RFID label has larger information storage amount than the common bar code; (2) an RFID reader can read multiple tags at a time. The reading and writing do not need to contact the label, and the reading and writing distance is long; (3) the service life of the RFID label is long; (4) the RFID label can be used repeatedly; (5) the data of the RFID tag can be encrypted; (6) the RFID label has strong capacity of preventing contamination; (7) the RFID tag is not limited by the article's size and shape.
Further, the external information reading module is a wireless sensing device arranged on the book shelf and used for detecting returned book information in a preset range and sending the returned book information to the library server; and the library server is electrically connected with the wireless sensing device and the book borrowing equipment and is used for managing books in the library based on the returned book information.
Further, the book borrowing system further comprises a user borrowing management module, wherein the structure diagram of the user borrowing management module is shown in fig. 3 and comprises book borrowing, book returning, reservation, lending and fine.
The user management module of borrowing includes mobile terminal and the software of borrowing, the user management module of borrowing is through using the management software who carries out books management of borrowing at mobile terminal, mobile terminal indicates the cell-phone that has unlimited network connection function, intelligent terminal equipment such as panel computer, the software of borrowing includes functional unit, interactive unit, book friend circle unit, functional unit includes member registration plate, the information inquiry plate of books, the categorised search plate of books, interactive unit indicates the plate of communicating exchange through pronunciation, the video, characters, file etc. between borrower and the administrator, book friend circle unit indicates to carry out information communication between the borrower, the discussion, the plate of exchanging.
The book storage states include: in a museum and on shelf, in a museum and off shelf; when the book is not on the shelf or in the library, the borrower inputs related information by inputting the mobile phone number, and the control management center detects that the book is on the shelf or in the library, namely, the control management center is in communication connection with the external network communication platform, and sends specific position prompt information of the book to the borrower.
The book information management process is shown in fig. 2, and includes book information classification management, book information entry, and book information maintenance; book information classification management is carried out through the cloud computing data processing module.
The cloud computing system comprises a cloud computing data processing module, a storage position and a storage position, and further comprises a display screen, wherein the display screen is connected with the cloud computing data processing module and used for displaying the storage state of various books in different types in a rolling mode, and the display screen is arranged at the storage position of the various books in different types.
