Abstract
The invention relates to the field of field tool management, in particular to an open type digital chemical tool management system, which comprises: the human-computer interface is used for realizing the communication between the tool management system and personnel; the control module is used for realizing information sharing and remote management of the tool management system; the sensor is used for sensing external data and transmitting the external data to the control module; the power supply subsystem is used for providing control over the management system for personnel; the rack subsystem is used for being matched with a management system to transmit tools, and based on an RFID radio frequency tag technology and an open tool hanging rack structure, the tool cabinet and tools can be conveniently shared, and the configuration quantity and cost of the tools are well reduced; through personnel authority management and label traversal detection, the digitalization of borrowing and returning and inventory management of the tool is realized, and the tool borrowing process is better simplified.

Background
In a traditional manual tool management mode, links such as tool inquiry, maintenance, metering and checking are complicated, and the situation that work is influenced by errors and omissions occurs; the borrowing, returning and checking of the tools all need to spend a large amount of time for manual checking, and the management cost is high, and the effect is poor.

The control module comprises a serial port, a network port and a USB interface which are used for collecting information, and a video interface which is used for displaying an operation interface and a functional module on a human-computer interface.
The rack subsystem comprises a tool trolley adopting an open tool hanger structure, a tool hanger arranged on the tool trolley, a tool hook arranged on the tool hanger and used for placing tools with RFID labels, and a tray fixed on the outer side of the tool hanger and used for placing a tool box.
The sensor comprises an RFID reader-writer and an RFID directional antenna which are used in a combined mode for reading the label of the RFID tool and transmitting the information back to the control module, and a distance measuring sensor used for monitoring the actual distance between a person and the tool cart and judging and executing the working mode of the tool management system according to the actual distance.
The power supply subsystem comprises a battery for providing continuous long-term working capacity of the tool management system in a power-off state or a state without an external power supply, a charger for charging the battery, a switching power supply for converting external commercial power into a direct-current power supply required by the control module, and a battery management module for switching the battery or the external commercial power.
The personnel include the user who is used for receiving, returning, reporting loss, looking for, checking, report form to the instrument, the designer who is used for carrying out configuration and inspection to instrument management system, the maintainer who is used for logging in, deleting, changing, measuring, registering the instrument.
The tool management system has four working modes, wherein the four working modes are respectively a standby mode in which only the ranging sensor works continuously, other modules are in a standby state, a monitoring mode in which the system is completely started, a monitoring mode in which short-time periodic scanning and updating are carried out on the tool, an operating mode in which different operating functions are provided according to the authority of personnel, and an alarm mode in which an alarm is carried out when the personnel do not swipe the card to fetch the tool, do not confirm by software after operation, or do not return the abnormal events of tools due.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: based on the RFID technology and the open tool hanging rack structure, the tool cabinet has the advantages that the tools can be conveniently shared, and the configuration quantity and the cost of the tools are well reduced; through personnel authority management and label traversal detection, the digitalization of borrowing and returning and inventory management of the tool is realized, and the tool borrowing process is better simplified.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an open digital tool management system includes:

As shown in fig. 4, in the drawing, reference numeral 1 is a touch screen, reference numeral 2 is an IC card reader, reference numeral 3 is an RFID directional antenna, reference numeral 4 is a tray, reference numeral 5 is a steering wheel, reference numeral 6 is a control module, reference numeral 7 is a tool cart, reference numeral 8 is a power supply subsystem, reference numeral 9 is a distance measurement sensor, and reference numeral 10 is a tool hanging plate.
The sensor comprises an RFID reader-writer and an RFID directional antenna which are used in a combined mode for reading the label of the RFID tool and transmitting the information back to the control module, and a distance measuring sensor used for monitoring the actual distance between a person and the tool cart and judging and executing the working mode of the tool management system according to the actual distance.
The RFID directional antennas of the entrance guard structures fixed on the two sides of the tool hanging rack can realize real-time scanning and monitoring of RFID tools on the tool hanging rack.
And the tray is fixed on the outer side of the tool hanging rack and is used for placing the tool box and realizing tool transmission between the tool management system and the tool box.

the human-computer interface is used for realizing the communication between the tool management system and personnel;
the control module is used for realizing information sharing and remote management of the tool management system;
the sensor is used for sensing external data and transmitting the external data to the control module;
the power supply subsystem is used for providing control over the management system for personnel;
and the rack subsystem is used for matching with the management system to transmit tools.
