Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to an interactive electronic data list generation method and system, wherein the interactive data list generation method can automatically scan and acquire data content information appointed in a data source and a data information file by receiving a data source appointed by a user, a data information file and a summarizing statistical mode, and simultaneously carries out overall summarizing and statistical processing on the data information, and finally generates a data list document with a corresponding format and content based on a document template selected by the user, so that service processing personnel can more intuitively and accurately know overview information of service data. The invention provides a convenient and accurate means for data statistics and summarization, is applicable to various data type formats, realizes interactive generation of data list documents based on a user self-set summarization statistical mode and document template formats, accurately and flexibly meets the service needs of users, and further improves the working efficiency.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for generating an interactive electronic data list.
Background
A great deal of business-related data is continuously generated in daily work of enterprises and institutions, and the data has different types of data sources and is stored in various formats. In order to more intuitively display and further process a certain part of data information, the part of data information needs to be extracted from respective data sources or corresponding data files according to a certain business rule, and meanwhile, the extracted data information is arranged and converted according to a specified summarizing statistical method, so that an electronic data list document is finally formed and provided for business staff. At present, the data is summarized, calculated and edited by adopting the traditional manual recording mode under most scenes, so that the working efficiency is low, and meanwhile, errors are more likely to occur in the process. When a specific data source or data type is faced, a corresponding data summary document generation method is also proposed, but the method is often only capable of processing the specific data source or data type, has single application condition and cannot be applied to various types of data in an expanded mode, and the generated document content formats are fixed and cannot be customized independently according to the requirements of users.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is that: an interactive electronic data list generation method and system are used for solving the problems of data diversity and user customization flexibility of an applied data list document generation method.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the method sequentially scans and reads data content information appointed in a data source and a data information file by receiving the data source, the data information file and the summarization statistical mode appointed by a user, performs overall summarization and statistical processing on the data information, and finally generates a data list document with a corresponding format and content based on a document template selected by the user.
In the method, the specific implementation steps comprise:
1) Firstly, a user confirms a target data source, a data information file and a summary statistical mode of information to be scanned and acquired to a system;
2) A user selects a data list document template customizing mode to obtain a corresponding document content description file;
3) The user further sets the filling corresponding relation between each element of the document and the data content information, and then the system adds the filling corresponding relation into the document content description file;
4) The system scans the target data source in turn according to the data information file and the summarizing statistical mode, reads the data information and carries out conversion treatment;
5) The system generates corresponding document content based on the document content description file, and fills the data content information acquired before to the corresponding document element positions respectively;
6) And after the data list document is generated, providing the data list document to service users.
In the step 2), the customizing mode at least comprises a document element information input mode and a document template direct importing mode; if the user selects the document element information to input, some content element labels can be selected autonomously to form the content composition of the whole data list document, and the system then generates a document content description file according to the selected content element labels and the style attribute information thereof;
if the user selects the document template to be directly imported, the content of the document template is required to be edited in advance in the document editing software, and the content elements and the style information required by the user are set and directly imported into the system; the system then parses the imported document template and further converts it into a document content description file.
A data list generating system for realizing the above interactive electronic data list generating method, which realizes flexible customization and automatic generation of data list documents through an interactive setting mechanism and a document standardized reading and generating method; the system at least comprises a setting information receiving module, a document template customizing module, a document content description conversion module, a data scanning reading conversion module and a data list document generating module.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the interactive electronic data list generation method and the system provided by the invention provide a convenient and accurate means for statistics and summarization of data, realize interactive generation of data list documents based on a user self-set summarization statistical mode and document template format, enable service processing personnel to more intuitively and accurately know overview information of service data, are suitable for various data type formats, and flexibly and conveniently meet actual service needs of users; further improving the working efficiency. The specific aspects are as follows;
1) The invention can scan and read data information with various types and formats, which not only comprises structured data information of corresponding library table and view in the database, but also comprises unstructured data information stored in the data file with standard format.
2) The invention can further convert the read data content according to the provided summarizing statistical mode as required to obtain the data information more meeting the service requirement.
3) The invention can realize the autonomous customization of the document template by the user and generate corresponding document content according to the template thereof so as to more flexibly meet the demands of business users.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an interactive electronic data list generation method, which can automatically scan and acquire data content information in a data source and a data information file by receiving the data source, the data information file and the summarizing and counting mode appointed by a user, simultaneously perform overall summarizing and counting processing on the data information, and finally automatically generate a data list document with corresponding format and content based on a document template selected by the user. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of the method, referring to fig. 1, the specific implementation steps in this embodiment are as follows:

the target data source is the source of target data and the corresponding data type, and can comprise structured data in a relational database and unstructured data of a certain format file under a specified directory, so that scanning and associated reading of different database tables and view data in various databases can be realized, and various common database types such as Oracle, sqlServer, mySQL and the like are supported; meanwhile, the method can also realize the reading of certain file data information with standard format types, support xml, json, txt and other file types with fixed standard formats.
The data information file contains specific description information corresponding to a data source, such as metadata information, such as a database type, a target database address, a driving type, a database table name to be read, a data field name to be read, and the like, and metadata description, such as a data file type, a directory, a file type, a format specification, a field name to be read, a content separator, and the like, corresponding to the target file.
The summarizing statistical mode relates to a method and a calculation formula for further processing the data information extracted before according to the service requirement, and can realize comparison, calculation and conversion of the contents of different data fields, and specifically comprises the names of the data fields, and the calculation formula and the conversion function applied to the data fields.

the system then generates a corresponding document content description file describing the content structure and attribute information of the entire data manifest document based on the selected content element tags and their style attribute information, step 104.
Step 105, the user selects the document template to be directly imported, and then the user edits the data list document template in advance and directly imports.
Specifically, the user needs to edit the content of the document template in advance in the document editing software, and the content elements and the style information thereof required by the user can be set in the template and directly imported into the system;

The method can analyze and extract key information from the imported template file based on the Office OpenXML format interface and then convert the key information.
The document content description file determines the data manifest document content elements and the target data source and data information file determine the data content information to be retrieved.
Step 107, the user further sets the filling corresponding relation between each element of the document and the data content information for the generated data list document, and determines the data content information displayed by each element in the document; and then the system further adds the part of association corresponding relation into the corresponding element area of the document content description file.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring data information required by a description service user and specific content elements of a data list document through a document content description file, and organizing a user-defined document content structure through a good XML hierarchical structure based on XML format standards to ensure the high efficiency and uniformity of the whole data list generation process, wherein the document content description file contains information such as the document content elements, style attributes, association correspondence of each element and the data content information required to be generated.
And step 108, the system scans the target data source according to the data information file, sequentially reads the related data information, and correspondingly converts the read data information according to the provided summarized statistical mode and the service requirement to acquire the required data content information.
And step 109, the system generates corresponding document contents based on the document content description file, and fills the previously acquired data content information into the corresponding document element positions according to the association corresponding relation between each document element in the description file and the data content.
And 110, finishing the generation of the data list document and providing the data list document to corresponding service users.
And generating each item of content in the data list document according to the description file, automatically generating the data list document based on the Office OpenXML format specification and a standard interface, supporting to generate doc and docx file formats, wherein the document contains content elements appointed by a user and multi-type service data summarizing information displayed by each document element.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a system for generating the exchange type electronic data list, and FIG. 2 is a block diagram of the system, and referring to FIG. 2, the system specifically comprises a setting information receiving module, a document template customizing module, a document content description converting module, a data scanning reading converting module and a data list document generating module.
The setting information receiving module 201: the method is used for receiving specific information such as target data sources to be scanned, target data information files, summary statistical modes, association and correspondence between document elements and data content and the like set by a user.
The document template customization module 202: the method is used for realizing the user-defined document content template, respectively providing two modes of document element information input and direct template file import to complete the customization of the document template, wherein the document element information input can enable a user to independently select document content elements to be generated and input corresponding style attribute information of each element; the template file is directly imported, so that a user can edit the document template in advance in the document editing software and directly import the document template, and the mode is simple and convenient.
Document content description conversion module 203: the method is used for converting the document template customized by the user into a corresponding document content description file, wherein the file contains various document elements, element styles, data content information corresponding to the elements and the like in the data list document to be generated, and the subsequent data list document generation is more convenient based on the file. Two conversion modes are also provided, wherein one conversion mode is to directly convert the document element and the input style attribute selected in the document element information input process; and the other is to analyze the imported template file, extract key content elements and style attributes thereof, and further convert the key content elements and style attributes into description files.
The data scan-to-read conversion module 204: and directly scanning the target data source according to the target data information file set by the user, sequentially reading the related data information in the target data source, and carrying out corresponding conversion processing on the read data information according to the provided summarized statistical mode.
The data manifest document generation module 205: and generating various contents in the data list document based on the document content description file, and respectively filling the data content information obtained by reading and converting to the generated various document element positions to realize automatic generation of the data list document.

s5, the system generates corresponding document content based on the document content description file, and fills the data content information acquired before to the corresponding document element positions respectively;
s6, after the data list document is generated, providing the data list document for service users;
