In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. In addition, in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an indoor environment conditioning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic circuit diagram of an indoor environment conditioning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the indoor environment conditioning apparatus 1 includes a cabinet 11, a fan 12, an LED lighting device 13, a water circulation system 14, an environment sensor 15, and a control device 16.
the cabinet 11 is a housing of the environmental conditioning equipment, and provides a receiving space and a support for all the equipment carried. The cabinet 11 includes at least a hollow first member 111 and a second member 112 disposed at a predetermined position above the first member 111. Wherein the first member 111 is provided with a growth hole and a ventilation hole 111 b. The hollow portion of the first member 111 is used to accommodate a substrate necessary for growing plants. The substrate may be specially treated soil, charcoal, activated carbon, sawdust or a mixture including nutrients necessary for plant growth. The substrate may also be a soilless culture substrate having water absorbing properties, such as a sponge or equivalent thereof. The roots of the plants are fixed in the substrate and grow based on the nutrients provided by the substrate. The root system of the plant can be continuously expanded along with the growth. The plant roots with developed roots can absorb undesirable components in the air, such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and the like, and regulate the components of the air. The growing hole is used for the stem of the green plant of the environment adjusting device to extend out and provides necessary growing space for the stem of the plant. Meanwhile, the space between the first member 111 and the second member 112 provides a necessary growing space for the body of the plant. The space between the first member 111 and the second member 112 may be an open space so that a user may directly contact the green plants, or transparent glasses may be provided at both sides of the space to form a relatively closed plant growing space. This can be designed according to the needs of landscaping. A plurality of fans 12 are disposed within the vents of the first member or the interior of the first member for driving air through the hollow portion of the first member. By the driving of the fan 12, the air in the room enters the inside of the first member 11 through a part of the ventilation holes or the growth holes, and flows out of the first member 11 through the ventilation holes on the other side after the interaction of the substrate inside the first member and the plant roots. The interaction of the substrate and the air can retain fine particles in the air, and the interaction of the plant root system and the air can increase the oxygen content in the air and absorb harmful ingredients such as carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, sulfur dioxide and the like in the air, and simultaneously, the interaction of the plant root system and the air can also retain the fine particles in the air to a certain degree. Thereby, the circulation of the air is not stopped, so that the composition of the indoor air can be changed and purified. Meanwhile, since the substrate is rich in moisture necessary for plant growth, the air passes through the hollow portion of the first member 11 to take out the water vapor, thereby increasing the humidity of the air.
Preferably, a detachable filter assembly may be further provided at the vent hole to further filter fine particles in the air. The filter assembly may include multiple layers of filter material. The filter assembly may be replaceable by removal. Because the substrate and the plant root system can better retain particulate matters and harmful gases in the air, the replacement frequency of the filter assembly is greatly reduced.
The LED lighting device 13 is fixed to the second member to face the plants protruding from the growth holes of the first member 11, providing sufficient light in the room to promote the growth of the plants. The LED lighting device 13 may also provide illumination for the room at the same time. Since ultraviolet rays are generally required for plant growth, an LED emitting ultraviolet rays exclusively or in a wavelength band including an ultraviolet wavelength band may be provided in the LED lighting device 13.
Preferably, the LED lighting device may also emit light of different colors, and the colors are changed according to the control of the control device 16 or the adjustment of the user to adjust the atmosphere of the indoor environment.
a water circulation system 14 is used to deliver water to the interior of the first member. The water circulation system 14 may include a water pump and piping adapted to the cabinet structure to deliver water from a water source to the interior of the first member. The water circulation system 14 may regulate the rate of water delivery, thereby regulating the amount of water that eventually enters the interior of the first member and, in turn, the water content of the substrate. The higher the water content of the substrate, the higher the humidity increase value of the air after the interaction with the substrate, and the lower the humidity increase value of the air after the interaction with the substrate.
meanwhile, the moisture content of the substrate also influences the growth condition of plants. In turn, the variation in the power of the fan 13 which promotes the air flow affects the evaporation of water from the substrate and thus the growth of the plants. Further, a change in the growth state of a plant changes the plant's demand for light and water, thereby changing the overall regulation curve.
thus, the efficiency of air purification and the degree of humidity adjustment can be adjusted by adjusting the power of the fan 13 and the speed of the water circulation system 14 in combination.
the environmental sensor 15 is used to detect an environmental parameter in the room. The environmental parameters may include various sensors such as integrated temperature sensor, humidity sensor, light sensor, particle sensor, and gas sensor to detect the ambient temperature, humidity, and ambient light brightness, the content of particles in the air, and the content of harmful gases (e.g., volatile organic compounds) in the air.
the control device 16 is used for controlling the fan, the water circulation system and the LED lighting device according to the environmental parameters. Specifically, the control device 16 needs to take the plant growth curve in the long-term range and the influence of the current environmental parameters and the variation of different parameters on the environmental parameters into comprehensive consideration when adjusting the above parameters. The specific adjusting mode can be realized by the existing multi-parameter automatic control algorithm, and the corresponding parameters can be selected for adjustment by a table look-up mode through data obtained by a large number of experiments.
Meanwhile, in a preferred embodiment, an image-taking means 17 may be provided in the indoor environment-adjusting apparatus, which is provided above the first member, for taking an image of the growth of the plant. Based on the image of the plant growth, the control device 16 may obtain the stage of the plant growth and adjust the operation mode of the LED lighting device and the water circulation system according to a predetermined growth curve based on the image. Therefore, the requirement of plant growth can be considered while the indoor environment is adjusted, and the plant can grow normally without human intervention, so that the equipment does not need to be maintained.
Meanwhile, since excessive ultraviolet light may pose a health threat to indoor persons, the indoor environment adjusting apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention may further include a person detecting device 18 for detecting the state of indoor persons, that is, detecting whether persons are present in the room. The control device 16 reduces the power of the ultraviolet light LED or turns off the ultraviolet light LED according to the indication of the personnel detection device when judging that a person is in the room, so as to reduce the influence of the ultraviolet light on the personnel in the room. In particular, different means may be employed to detect the status of the persons in the room. For example, in a preferred embodiment, the person detection device is a wireless local area network access point, and the wireless local area network access point detects the indoor person status according to the accessed mobile terminal identifier. Currently, basically all people have mobile terminals and will carry them with them. After entering the room with people, the mobile terminal is usually automatically connected to the wlan access point. The wireless local area network access point can judge whether the mobile terminal is in a communication range by identifying whether the mobile terminal identification logged in advance is connected, thereby further judging whether the personnel are indoors. Alternatively, the person detection means 18 may also include moving object identification means for detecting the state of the person in the room based on whether or not the moving object is captured within a predetermined time. Currently, an image recognition algorithm can conveniently recognize moving objects in a video image and judge whether the moving objects are people or not. Therefore, based on such techniques, it is possible to provide moving object identification means in the person detection means 18 and determine the indoor person state based on this identification. Alternatively, the person detection device 18 may also detect the indoor person state based on the received satellite positioning system positioning information of the predetermined mobile terminal. This is to determine whether or not the mobile terminal carried by the family member is within a preset location range (for example, within a family room) based on the location. Therefore, the indoor environment adjusting device of the embodiment can automatically control the power or the switch of the indoor environment adjusting device while promoting the plants to grow better by adopting the ultraviolet LEDs so as to eliminate the worry of partial users about the influence of ultraviolet rays on bodies or skins.
therefore, in order to realize energy conservation, the environmental parameter sensor can also collect the ambient light level, and adjust the power of the whole LED lighting device according to the ambient light level, so that the light quantity obtained by the plants is always in the optimal level, and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the equipment can be reduced when the indoor light condition is better.
Meanwhile, in order to promote plant growth and further improve the quality of air conditioning, the indoor environment conditioning apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention may further include a heating device 19. In a preferred embodiment, the heating means is provided in a hollow portion of the first member, and is placed together with the substrate accommodated in the hollow portion to perform family work on the substrate. The heating device 19 can be realized by arranging heating wires in an insulated heat pipe, so that the device can adapt to a humid environment and the power of the device can be adjusted. Meanwhile, a temperature sensor 20, a water content sensor 21, and a PH sensor may be provided in the hollow portion of the first member 11 to measure the temperature, water content, and PH of the substrate, and the heating device 19 may be adjusted based on the measured temperature and water content of the substrate so that the temperature of the substrate is maintained constant or varied as needed. The substrate is subjected to temperature control, so that on one hand, the substrate is kept at a better temperature to promote healthy growth of plants, and the growth of plant roots and leaves is favorable for further optimizing the air conditioning effect of the indoor environment conditioning equipment. On the other hand, a change in the temperature of the substrate over a shorter period of time will change the rate of evaporation of moisture within the substrate, so that the water vapour carried over by the air flowing through is conditioned, thereby adding a new conditioning variable for improving humidity. The measurement of the PH value can also help the control device 16 to obtain the root system status, and the user can be prompted by the human-computer interaction device.
The control means 16 can thus adjust the power of the fan and water circulation system in dependence on the particulate content of the air and the humidity, and the heating means in dependence on the temperature so that the substrate in the hollow part of the first member is kept at a constant temperature.
meanwhile, the indoor environment adjusting equipment is convenient to set and control. A wireless communication means may also be provided for communicating with the intelligent terminal device in a wireless manner. The control device 16 is used for receiving a setting instruction through the wireless communication device or pushing the environment parameter and/or the running state information and/or the plant state information to a connected intelligent terminal. Thus, on the one hand, the user can set the mode (e.g., plant growth priority or air conditioning priority) of the indoor environment conditioning device through a commonly used mobile terminal, tablet computer, or the like. Meanwhile, the parameters of the indoor environment can be acquired in real time, and manual adjustment can be performed based on the parameters. Meanwhile, the device can also accept the plant growth stage pushed by the indoor environment adjusting device or other knowledge related to the plant.
further, when the substrate is made of a relatively loose material, the substrate may be carried out from the growth holes by the air flow guided by the fan. To prevent this, an elastic barrier film having an opening for preventing the substrate from being carried out to the outside of the first member by the air flow may be provided at the growth hole of the first member 11. Meanwhile, the opening of the elastic barrier film can allow the stem of the plant to extend out of the joint position of the root of the elastic clamp main stem to prevent the matrix from overflowing.
Preferably, a human-computer interaction device 22 can be further arranged in the embodiment of the invention. The human-computer interaction device 22 may include a display screen and a voice input-output device. The human-computer interaction device can play video under the control of the control device 16 for entertainment of the user. Meanwhile, it is also possible to notify the user of, for example, status information and warning information through a display screen or a voice output device. Also, the controller 16 is provided with a voice control function, and can control the indoor environment adjusting apparatus by acquiring a voice instruction input by the voice input device. For example, the power of the fan is controlled in response to a voice command of "increase wind speed".
meanwhile, the human-computer interaction device 22 may obtain information through a wireless communication device, for example, information related to planting of a specific kind of plant may be obtained according to a user's reference instruction, and the information may be displayed to the user through the human-computer interaction device.
Further, the control device 16 may obtain environmental condition information required for growing the plant according to the type of the plant input by the user, and control the water circulation system 14, the LED lighting device 13, the heating device 19, and the like according to the environmental condition information to obtain an environment most suitable for the growth of the plant. Thus, the plant can be automatically grown well without manual adjustment.
Furthermore, the control means 16 is further configured and adapted to upload the plant type input by the user to a predetermined server via the wireless communication means, so that the server can establish the plant growing situation of all users. This information can be analyzed via big data for plant suppliers and retailers to base commercial decisions.
Preferably, the indoor environment adjusting apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention may further include a satellite positioning device 23. The satellite positioning device 23 can acquire the position information of the indoor environment adjusting apparatus and upload the position information to the server through the wireless communication device. Therefore, the platform operator can know the position distribution of different devices in time. The service provider and the maintenance person can conveniently provide the user with the door-to-door service. Meanwhile, the control device 16 may suggest to the user a plant species suitable for planting at the position through the human-computer interaction device 22 according to the position information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a first member of an indoor environment conditioning apparatus of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the substrate can be added or replaced as desired by the user. To achieve this, the first member 111 is designed to include an outer frame a, a substrate accommodating part B, and an air filter assembly C. The outer frame a has an opening a1 on the first side wall, a plurality of first ventilation holes a2 on the second side wall and the third side wall, and the growth holes A3 on the upper surface. The opening a1 is used to allow the substrate holder B to be taken out of or put into the hollow portion of the first member 111, thereby facilitating the replacement of the substrate or other operations. The substrate accommodating part B is shaped to be adapted to be placed into the outer frame from the opening of the first side wall.
The substrate accommodating part B may be formed in plural, which may be connected to each other by a connection member of the edge, and arranged in the hollow portion of the first member 111 along the arrangement direction of the vent holes. The substrate accommodating portion B is formed in a box shape with an open upper end. Meanwhile, both sides of the substrate accommodating part B are provided with a plurality of second vent holes B1 at positions corresponding to the vent holes. After the substrate accommodating part B is placed in the hollow part of the outer frame a, the second vent hole B1 is opposed to the first vent hole a2, thereby forming a vent passage through to the substrate. The air filter assembly C is detachably mounted on the second vent hole or between the second vent hole and the first vent hole, thereby forming a closed environment between the second vent hole and the first vent hole. This makes it possible, on the one hand, to form a closure for the side walls of the substrate holder B and, on the other hand, to ensure that ventilation and air conditioning are still possible. It will be readily appreciated that the first member shown in figure 3 is merely exemplary and that other configurations may be used by those skilled in the art to accommodate the substrate and mount the fan.
By adopting the first component with the structure, a user can more conveniently replace the substrate or add nutrient solution and the like. Meanwhile, in the above structure shaft, a fixing structure for fixing the sensor may be further provided in the substrate accommodating portion B, and the details are not repeated herein.
Preferably, for some kinds of plants, a spraying system can be arranged in the space between the first member 111 and the second member 112 to spray the leaves and stems of the plants, so as to further promote the growth of the plants. Wherein the spray system can be arranged to be detachably connected to the water circulation system after the section that is reserved outside the first member 111 or outside the second member 112, whereby the spray system can be installed for spraying when needed.
Meanwhile, a combination of a plurality of layers of the first member 111 and the second member 112 may be provided, whereby a plurality of layers of plants may be cultivated in one indoor air conditioning apparatus, and the indoor environment beautifying function may be further improved and the air handling capacity may be enhanced.
The invention utilizes the substrate for planting plants and the root system of the plants as a part of the filtering material for air purification and regulation, and utilizes the moisture in the plant substrate to regulate the indoor humidity, so that the indoor environment can be effectively regulated with smaller energy consumption through reasonable design, and the green plants can also regulate the indoor air components and beautify the indoor environment, and the LED lighting equipment for providing necessary illumination for plant growth can also provide illumination for the indoor, thereby beautifying the indoor decoration while comprehensively and efficiently regulating the indoor environment.
the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
