Abstract

本发明公开一种旋转式夜光灯,包括灯座,其特征在于:所述的灯座上设有第一支撑架和第二支撑架,在所述的第一支撑架和第二支撑架内侧上设有转动环,在所述两个转动环距离中心位置设有固定环,在所述的第一支撑架设有转轴串联转动环和固定环延伸到第二支撑架内,在所述两个转动环之间设有灯球,在所述的固定环外表面和灯球对应固定环的表面上设有光电耦合器,在所述的灯座设有传动机构带动转轴转动,本发明结构简单,具有独特的创造性。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体为一种旋转式夜光灯。
背景技术
现有的夜光灯由于设计上的缺陷,其光效和其创造性都不尽人意,不能满足使用者的需求,现有的夜光灯都是灯泡,通过光感器在感应光度不足时一直亮灯直到光度足够才熄灭,由于夜光灯是为了在黑暗的环境中散发微弱的光帮助人们看清事物,所以不需要一直亮灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种旋转式夜光灯。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种旋转式夜光灯,包括灯座,其特征在于:所述的灯座上设有第一支撑架和第二支撑架,在所述的第一支撑架和第二支撑架内侧上设有转动环,在所述两个转动环距离中心位置设有固定环,在所述的第一支撑架设有转轴串联转动环和固定环延伸到第二支撑架内,在所述两个转动环之间设有灯球,在所述的固定环外表面和灯球对应固定环的表面上设有光电耦合器,在所述的灯座设有传动机构带动转轴转动。
如上所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于所述的传动机构由步进电机和皮带组成,所述的步进电机安装在灯座内,所述的皮带连接步进电机和转轴。
如上所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于在所述的灯座表面上设有感光器,在所述的灯座设有集成芯片。
如上所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于在所述的固定环和转轴之间设有松套法兰。
如上所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于在所述的灯座上设有太阳能板。
如上所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于所述的灯座内设有蓄电池。
如上所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于所述的转动环和转轴之间设有轴承。
如上所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于所述的光电耦合器,在所述固定环上的为输出端,在所述灯球表面上的为输入端。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,在灯球和固定环上设有光电耦合器,在传动机构的带动转动环使得灯球转动,当转动一定角度停止,灯球上的光电耦合器输入端连接固定环的光电耦合器输出端,使灯球亮灯,该设计使得该灯具更美观和其灯体的旋转亮灯方式具有独特的创造性。
本发明使用的电机为步进电机,步进电机根据固定环上光电耦合器的个数来设计参数。
本发明加入了太阳能板和蓄电池使得该夜光灯更加的环保。
本发明使用了光感器和集成芯片,同过光感器感应环境光的亮度,当光亮度不足时感应器发送信号给集成芯片,通过集成芯片启动电机,从而使得灯球转动亮灯。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至4所示的一种旋转式夜光灯,包括灯座1,所述的灯座1上设有第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3,在所述的第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3内侧上设有转动环5,在所述两个转动环5距离中心位置设有固定环4,在所述的第一支撑架2设有转轴9串联转动环5和固定环4延伸到第二支撑架3内,在所述两个转动环5之间设有灯球6,在所述的固定环4外表面和灯球对应固定环4的表面上设有光电耦合器8,在所述的灯座1设有传动机构带动转轴9转动,灯球和固定环上设有光电耦合器,在传动机构的带动转动环使得灯球转动,当转动一定角度停止,灯球上的光电耦合器连接固定环的光电耦合器,使灯球亮灯。
本发明中所述的传动机构由步进电机12和皮带7组成,所述的步进电机12安装在灯座1内,所述的皮带7连接步进电机12和转轴9,该设计使得灯球的转动和停止更加的合理,结构更加简单。
本发明中所述的灯座1表面上设有感光器10,在所述的灯座1设有集成芯片11,同过光感器感应环境光的亮度,当光亮度不足时感应器发送信号给集成芯片,通过集成芯片启动电机,从而使得灯球转动亮灯。
本发明中所述的固定环4和转轴9之间设有松套法兰13,使得固定环固定在转轴上但不转动。
本发明中所述的灯座1上设有太阳能板14,将光能转换电能,使其更加的环保节能。
本发明中所述的灯座1内设有蓄电池15。
本发明中所述的转动环5和转轴9之间设有轴承。
本发明中所述的光电耦合器8,在所述固定环4上的为输出端,在所述灯球6表面上的为输入端。
本发明中所述的步进电机的步距角和固定环上的光电耦合器的数量成比例,例如:光电耦合器的数量为12,则步进电机的光电耦合器的步距角为30度。
本发明的工作原理:通过光感器对环境的光亮度感应,当光亮度不足时光感器发送信号给集成芯片,集成芯片控制步进电机启动通过皮带带动转轴使得转动环转动,从而带动了灯球转动,转动一定的角度停止,灯球上的光电耦合器连接固定环的光电耦合器,使灯球亮灯。

1.一种旋转式夜光灯,包括灯座(1),其特征在于:所述的灯座(1)上设有第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3),在所述的第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)内侧上设有转动环(5),在所述两个转动环(5)距离中心位置设有固定环(4),在所述的第一支撑架(2)设有转轴(9)串联转动环(5)和固定环(4)延伸到第二支撑架(3)内,在所述两个转动环(5)之间设有灯球(6),在所述的固定环(4)外表面和灯球对应固定环(4)的表面上设有光电耦合器(8),在所述的灯座(1)设有传动机构带动转轴(9)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于所述的传动机构由步进电机(12)和皮带(7)组成,所述的步进电机(12)安装在灯座(1)内,所述的皮带(7)连接步进电机(12)和转轴(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于在所述的灯座(1)表面上设有感光器(10),在所述的灯座(1)设有集成芯片(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于在所述的固定环(4)和转轴(9)之间设有松套法兰(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于在所述的灯座(1)上设有太阳能板(14)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于所述的灯座(1)内设有蓄电池(15)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于所述的转动环(5)和转轴(9)之间设有轴承。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式夜光灯,其特征在于所述的光电耦合器(8),在所述固定环(4)上的为输出端,在所述灯球(6)表面上的为输入端。
