本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种功能性硅藻泥。
背景技术
乳胶漆是以合成树脂乳液为基料,填料经过研磨分散后加入各种助剂精制而成的涂料。乳胶漆具备了与传统墙面涂料不同的众多优点,如易于涂刷、干燥迅速、漆膜耐水、耐擦洗性好等,而硅藻泥乳胶漆是一种新型的环保型乳胶漆。然而,尽管硅藻泥具备上述功能,但是其也存在着一些缺点,例如,将其涂在墙上干燥后,容易被其他物件刮出痕迹,而这种痕迹是难以通过后期填涂来消除。因此,需要提高传统硅藻泥乳胶漆的抗划痕性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗划痕硅藻泥乳胶漆,该乳胶漆可解决将现有硅藻泥乳胶漆涂在墙上干燥后,容易被其他物件刮出痕迹的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份的原料制成:
纯丙乳液25份~30份、硅藻土10份~15份、纳米级鹅卵石1份~5份、粘土5份~10份、水云母1份~5份、赤铁矿1份~5份、高岭土1份~5份、异丙醇2份~4份、醋酸甲酯0.4份~0.8份、颜料2份~5份、二氧化钛1份~5份以及水1份~5份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
本发明主要通过将纳米级鹅卵石、粘土、水云母、赤铁矿组合使用并加入在硅藻泥乳胶漆中,从而有效的提高硅藻泥乳胶漆涂覆干燥后的硬度,达到抗划痕的目的。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1——抗划痕硅藻泥乳胶漆
它由以下重量的原料制成:
纯丙乳液29kg、硅藻土11kg、纳米级鹅卵石3kg、粘土8kg、水云母4kg、赤铁矿3kg、高岭土2kg、异丙醇3kg、醋酸甲酯0.7kg、颜料4kg、二氧化钛3kg以及水4kg;
将上述原料按照常规硅藻泥乳胶漆的制备方法进行制备。
将本实施例的产物涂覆于墙上,完全干燥后,利用国家标准GB/T6739-2006对其硬度性能进行评价,结果,发现本实施例的产物硬度为10H。
实施例2——抗划痕硅藻泥乳胶漆
它由以下重量的原料制成:
纯丙乳液25kg、硅藻土10kg、纳米级鹅卵石1kg、粘土5kg、水云母1kg、赤铁矿1kg、高岭土1kg、异丙醇2kg、醋酸甲酯0.4kg、颜料2kg、二氧化钛1kg以及水1kg;
将上述原料按照常规硅藻泥乳胶漆的制备方法进行制备。
将本实施例的产物涂覆于墙上,完全干燥后,利用国家标准GB/T6739-2006对其硬度性能进行评价,结果,发现本实施例的产物硬度为10H。
实施例3——抗划痕硅藻泥乳胶漆
它由以下重量的原料制成:
纯丙乳液30kg、硅藻土15kg、纳米级鹅卵石5kg、粘土10kg、水云母5kg、赤铁矿5kg、高岭土5kg、异丙醇4kg、醋酸甲酯0.8kg、颜料5kg、二氧化钛5kg以及水5kg;
将上述原料按照常规硅藻泥乳胶漆的制备方法进行制备。
将本实施例的产物涂覆于墙上,完全干燥后,利用国家标准GB/T6739-2006对其硬度性能进行评价,结果,发现本实施例的产物硬度为10H。
