一种水性仿花岗岩涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性仿花岗岩涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
水性花岗岩涂料——也有称它为仿花岗石涂料、花岗岩石漆、花岗石漆等,属真石漆大类,系纯水性化不含任何溶剂型物质的砂壁状多彩建筑涂料。花岗岩涂料富有天然花岗石的风骨内涵,颇显花岗岩的高贵品位,是传统天然真石漆的新型升级品种。经喷涂装饰后大花纹、大点子、好看、牢固,其效果酷似石材的丰富质感,给人以天然花岗岩般的凝重、粗犷、大气的视觉享受。单一枯燥的砂壁状真石漆或其他建筑涂料均缺乏花岗石纹理的艺术气质,也无法与花岗岩涂料的效果相媲美。而水性花岗岩涂料在此基础上,又完善了以前的其它厚质涂料的缺陷,更完美的呈现出水性花岗岩仿石系统的优越性。
水性花岗岩涂料突破涂料化工学理,开发、产制之特殊树脂基材,运用创新之生产技术,及独特之产品配方,生产出纯水性单涂多彩主材,单一主材可拥有超过10种以上颜色之分布,且依需求可形成大、小不同之粒度色块,可高仿各种花岗岩石外观。底涂使用高渗透、高强度且高结合性之封闭乳液,再施作耐刷洗有色底漆。上涂则使用高耐候且耐污耐刷洗的罩面漆搭配,形成由底到面之高强度、高结合性、高延展抗龟裂性、高抗污性及高耐候性之完美结合:且层层材料皆为纯水性涂料,实为地道之高性能绿色环保建材。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种水性仿花岗岩涂料及其制备方法,本发明的涂料具有优异的耐候性,耐碱性、柔韧性、自洁性,可替代天然花岗岩,具有价廉物美,节能环保,维护简单,性能优越等许多优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种水性仿花岗岩涂料,其特征在于:包括制备基础漆和配置多彩涂料,其中基础漆配方为:水26%,防霉剂3%,防腐剂4%,乙二醇6%,纤维素0.2%,分散剂0.5%,润湿剂0.1%,消泡剂0.5%,杀菌剂0.1%,钛白粉10-15%,重质碳酸钙9%,高岭土5%,硅灰石粉10%,滑石粉10%,硅丙乳液30%,增稠剂5-8%,流变剂2%;多彩涂料配方为:水40%,缓溶剂0.1%,改性纳米硅溶胶2.5-3%,各色色漆40%,氟硅乳液20%,有机溶液2%。
上述的水性仿花岗岩涂料制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)基础漆的制备,按照所述配方进行配备,其中钛白粉根据不同颜色调整加量,增稠剂增稠到100-120ku;
(2)调色,按照花纹大小和各色基漆的百分含量,然后选用水性色浆进行调色;
(3)配漆,把各色色漆与改性纳米硅溶胶分散体混合,使改性纳米硅溶胶包裹在漆的表面,从而生产出一个色漆相互独立,其表面被薄层胶包裹的多彩涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的涂料具有优异的耐候性,耐碱性、柔韧性、自洁性,可替代天然花岗岩,具有价廉物美,节能环保,维护简单,性能优越等许多优点。

上述的水性仿花岗岩涂料制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)基础漆的制备,按照所述配方进行配备,其中钛白粉根据不同颜色调整加量,增稠剂增稠到100-120ku;
(2)调色,按照花纹大小和各色基漆的百分含量,然后选用水性色浆进行调色;
(3)配漆,把各色色漆与改性纳米硅溶胶分散体混合,使改性纳米硅溶胶包裹在漆的表面,从而生产出一个色漆相互独立,其表面被薄层胶包裹的多彩涂料。改性纳米硅溶胶不仅起到物理隔离作用,其优异的剪切变稀性能在多彩涂料的搅拌和喷涂过程中起到润滑剂作用,并阻止各色色漆混合。
本发明的涂料具有优异的耐候性,耐碱性、柔韧性、自洁性,可替代天然花岗岩,具有价廉物美,节能环保,维护简单,性能优越等许多优点。

1.一种水性仿花岗岩涂料,其特征在于:包括制备基础漆和配置多彩涂料,其中基础漆配方为:水26%,防霉剂3%,防腐剂4%,乙二醇6%,纤维素0.2%,分散剂0.5%,润湿剂0.1%,消泡剂0.5%,杀菌剂0.1%,钛白粉10-15%,重质碳酸钙9%,高岭土5%,硅灰石粉10%,滑石粉10%,硅丙乳液30%,增稠剂5-8%,流变剂2%;多彩涂料配方为:水40%,缓溶剂0.1%,改性纳米硅溶胶2.5-3%,各色色漆40%,氟硅乳液20%,有机溶液2%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的水性仿花岗岩涂料制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)基础漆的制备,按照所述配方进行配备,其中钛白粉根据不同颜色调整加量,增稠剂增稠到100-120ku;
(2)调色,按照花纹大小和各色基漆的百分含量,然后选用水性色浆进行调色;
