本发明涉及镇流器用涂料技术领域,尤其是一种镇流器用水性涂料,各组分按质量百分比计为:35‑65%水性丙烯酸树脂30‑50;水性氨基树脂15‑30;纳米氢氧化镁10‑15;碳化钨3‑8;水玻璃4‑5;附着力促进剂0.5‑3;甘油2‑3;水余量。本发明的一种镇流器用水性涂料是一种以水为稀释剂的水性材料,由于所用的水性丙烯酸树脂液同时含有羟基和羧基,既可以起到亲水作用,又能起到固化作用,只需要中和就可以得到储存稳定性好的水溶液;本发明的一种镇流器用水性涂料,能使镇流器的使用安全绝缘性能比较高,而且要防水防潮性能好。

本发明涉及镇流器用涂料制备技术领域,尤其是一种镇流器用水性涂料。
背景技术
电子镇流器(Electronic ballast),是镇流器的一种,是指采用电子技术驱动电光源,使之产生所需照明的电子设备。与之对应的是电感式镇流器(或镇流器)。现代日光灯越来越多的使用电子镇流器,轻便小巧,甚至可以将电子镇流器与灯管等集成在一起,同时,电子镇流器通常可以兼具启辉器功能,故此又可省去单独的启辉器。电子镇流器还可以具有更多功能,比如可以通过提高电流频率或者电流波形(如变成方波)改善或消除日光灯的闪烁现象;也可通过电源逆变过程使得日光灯可以使用直流电源。传统电感式整流器的一些缺点使它正在被日益发展成熟的电子镇流器所取代。
镇流器的使用安全绝缘性能要求比较高,而且要防水防潮性能好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种镇流器用水性涂料,能使镇流器的使用安全绝缘性能比较高,而且要防水防潮性能好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种镇流器用水性涂料,各组分按质量百分比计为:
其中,水性丙烯酸树为三木化工EA1620和WTB5124的混合物,其重量比为1:0.5-2。
具体地,所述水性氨基树脂为乙二醇改性氨基树脂。
具体地,所述附着力促进剂为改性环氧磷酸酯。可以选择励欧化工NEO-8980,可以较大幅度的提升材料的附着力。
具体地,所述纳米氢氧化镁的粒径不大于100nm。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的一种镇流器用水性涂料是一种以水为稀释剂的水性材料,由于所用的水性丙烯酸树脂液同时含有羟基和羧基,既可以起到亲水作用,又能起到固化作用,只需要中和就可以得到储存稳定性好的水溶液。
