本发明涉及摩托车边箱领域,尤指一种摩托车边箱制作方法,摩托车边箱,包括箱体和内衬,所述的摩托车边箱的制作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:选取布料作为基布;步骤二:采用刮刀式涂胶方式在EVA发泡片材上表面进行上胶;步骤三:取平整布料贴在EVA发泡片材已上胶的上表面,然后根据要求的尺寸而裁剪成内衬片材;步骤四:将内衬片材放进烤箱烘烤,温度控制在150‑220℃,烘干时间为0.5h步骤五:烘干的内衬片材放入模具中进行剪切、冷压成型,脱模然后剪切多余毛边成型,得到内衬;步骤六:把内衬接装在箱体内。本发明采用EVA发泡片材制成的内衬,有一定的支撑力,更抗撞击抗挤压,且在加工合成过程中易于操作、快捷方便。

摩托车边箱的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及摩托车边箱领域,尤指一种摩托车边箱制作方法。
背景技术
现有摩托车边箱用以放置物品,早期的摩托车边箱的箱体采用硬塑胶或金属制成,内衬采用布质;但却缺乏防震、防碰、防潮的功能。若用于易碎等物品,就不能起到很好的保护作用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种摩托车边箱的制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案是 一种摩托车边箱,包括箱体和内衬,所述的摩托车边箱的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:选取布料作为基布;
步骤二:采用刮刀式涂胶方式在EVA发泡片材上表面进行上胶,便于控制上胶量;不均匀的涂抹会使内衬不平整,影响到EVA发泡片材与基布的粘合度,减少使用寿命;
步骤三:取平整布料贴在EVA发泡片材已上胶的上表面, 然后根据要求的尺寸而裁剪成内衬片材;
步骤四:将内衬片材放进烤箱烘烤,温度控制在150-220℃,烘干时间为0.5h, 使布与EVA发泡片材自然粘合成一体;使EVA发泡片材预热变软,便于模具压制成固定的形状,如果直接将内衬片材用模具压制,EVA发泡片材会变形反弹,影响内衬片材的成型 ,经过多次不断实验,发现烤箱温度在150度至 220度, EVA发泡片材既不会因为温度过高而影响性能,也利于 EVA发泡片材的成型,而为了减少加工时间、减少成本,过高的温度会氧化 EVA发泡片材,使其变脆、降低弹性,减小防震的性能,而如果烘烤温度过低,达不到要求的软度,不便于压制成型,这里使用150度至 220度的烘烤温度。经过多次不断实验,发现烘烤0.5h,EVA发泡片材既不会因为烘烤时间过长而影响性能,也利于 EVA发泡片材的成型。与烘烤温度一样,过长的烘烤时间会氧化 EVA发泡片材,使其变脆、降低弹性,减小防震的性能。
步骤五:烘干的内衬片材放入模具中进行剪切、冷压成型,脱模然后剪切多余毛边成型,得到内衬。
步骤六:把内衬接装在箱体内。
优选地,其中步骤一中所述的布料为绒布或牛津布或者针织布。
优选地,其中步骤五所述的模具的模腔内壁为箱体的形状设有相应的型腔。内衬的弯折压痕或形状通过模具一次性压制而成,减少后期加工。
优选地,其中步骤五所述的模具的模腔边缘为锐边。直接将 EVA发泡片材从原材料上剪切下来, 减少后期加工。如果没有锐边的设计,通过模具的压制成型后,内衬片材与多余的废料连在一起,还要通过后期加工,人工剪除,致使增加人工成本。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用EVA发泡片材制成的内衬,自身重量很小,而且材料有较好的柔韧性和抗冲击性,EVA内衬本身有一定的支撑力,由于EVA发泡片材自身具有弹性的特点,箱体内硬物会与EVA内衬发生力的作用并反弹开,有效地提升了箱体的防护强度,可减缓外冲击力对箱内物体形成冲撞伤害,更抗撞击抗挤压,且在加工合成过程中易于 操作、快捷方便,省时省力,且能够降低能耗。
具体实施方式
本发明关于一种摩托车边箱,包括箱体和内衬,所述的摩托车边箱的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:选取布料作为基布;
步骤二:采用刮刀式涂胶方式在EVA发泡片材上表面进行上胶,便于控制上胶量;不均匀的涂抹会使内衬不平整,影响到EVA发泡片材与基布的粘合度,减少使用寿命;
步骤三:取平整布料贴在EVA发泡片材已上胶的上表面, 然后根据要求的尺寸而裁剪成内衬片材;
步骤四:将内衬片材放进烤箱烘烤,温度控制在150-220℃,烘干时间为0.5h, 使布与EVA发泡片材自然粘合成一体;使EVA发泡片材预热变软,便于模具压制成固定的形状,如果直接将内衬片材用模具压制,EVA发泡片材会变形反弹,影响内衬片材的成型 ,经过多次不断实验,发现烤箱温度在150度至 220度, EVA发泡片材既不会因为温度过高而影响性能,也利于 EVA发泡片材的成型,而为了减少加工时间、减少成本,过高的温度会氧化 EVA发泡片材,使其变脆、降低弹性,减小防震的性能,而如果烘烤温度过低,达不到要求的软度,不便于压制成型,这里使用150度至 220度的烘烤温度。经过多次不断实验,发现烘烤0.5h,EVA发泡片材既不会因为烘烤时间过长而影响性能,也利于 EVA发泡片材的成型。与烘烤温度一样,过长的烘烤时间会氧化 EVA发泡片材,使其变脆、降低弹性,减小防震的性能。
步骤五:烘干的内衬片材放入模具中进行剪切、冷压成型,脱模然后剪切多余毛边成型,得到内衬。
步骤六:把内衬接装在箱体内。
优选地,其中步骤一中所述的布料为绒布或牛津布或者针织布。
优选地,其中步骤五所述的模具的模腔内壁为箱体的形状设有相应的型腔。内衬的弯折压痕或形状通过模具一次性压制而成,减少后期加工。
优选地,其中步骤五所述的模具的模腔边缘为锐边。直接将 EVA发泡片材从原材料上剪切下来, 减少后期加工。如果没有锐边的设计,通过模具的压制成型后,内衬片材与多余的废料连在一起,还要通过后期加工,人工剪除,致使增加人工成本。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用EVA发泡片材制成的内衬,自身重量很小,而且材料有较好的柔韧性和抗冲击性,EVA内衬本身有一定的支撑力,由于EVA发泡片材自身具有弹性的特点,箱体内硬物会与EVA内衬发生力的作用并反弹开,有效地提升了箱体的防护强度,可减缓外冲击力对箱内物体形成冲撞伤害,更抗撞击抗挤压,且在加工合成过程中易于 操作、快捷方便,省时省力,且能够降低能耗。

Claims (4)

1.一种摩托车边箱,包括箱体和内衬,所述的摩托车边箱的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:选取布料作为基布;
步骤二:采用刮刀式涂胶方式在EVA发泡片材上表面进行上胶,便于控制上胶量;不均匀的涂抹会使内衬不平整,影响到EVA发泡片材与基布的粘合度,减少使用寿命;
步骤三:取平整布料贴在EVA发泡片材已上胶的上表面, 然后根据要求的尺寸而裁剪成内衬片材;
步骤四:将内衬片材放进烤箱烘烤,温度控制在150-220℃,烘干时间为0.5h, 使布与EVA发泡片材自然粘合成一体;
步骤五:烘干的内衬片材放入模具中进行剪切、冷压成型,脱模然后剪切多余毛边成型,得到内衬。
步骤六:把内衬接装在箱体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩托车边箱,其特征在于:其中步骤一中所述的布料为绒布或牛津布或者针织布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩托车边箱,其特征在于:其中步骤五所述的模具的模腔内壁为箱体的形状设有相应的型腔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩托车边箱,其特征在于:其中步骤五所述的模具的模腔边缘为锐边。
