本发明公开了基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器,包括油管壁、外壁清洗圆筒、内壁清洗圆筒,内壁清洗圆筒采用环形磁铁制成,内壁清洗圆筒的两侧边缘部分均设置有一层粘性皮套,其中一侧的粘性皮套外圈均匀设置有多个内壁高温水喷枪,内壁高温水喷枪的轴线与内壁高温水喷枪所在内壁清洗圆筒的直径偏离,所有的内壁高温水喷枪与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同,另一侧的粘性皮套外圈均匀设置有内壁高温刀片,内壁高温刀片的垂直线与内壁高温刀片所在的内壁清洗圆筒的直径偏离,所有的内壁高温刀片与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同。本发明达到内外壁同时清洗的效果,同时保证了油管清洗设备灵活度,并且达到了更好的石蜡清洗效果。

基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器
技术领域
本发明涉及石油器械领域,具体涉及基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器。
背景技术
在石油开采过程中,原油通过油管被抽取上来,因为原油(尤其是稠油)中的泥沙、石蜡及其它杂质会将油管堵塞,还有腐蚀、电泵故障等原因,所以每一口油井需要进行定期检修。这时就需要将油管提取出来进行修复。该作业过程是利用吊升系统将油井内的管柱提出井口,逐根卸下放在油管储料架上,然后再经过清洗、丈量、重新组配,再将其逐根下入井内。在采油作业过程中,油管清洗所消耗的费用一直是油田采油厂生产成本中重要组成部分。旧油管的清洗是油管修复工艺中最基础最关键的一环。油管的清洗质量不仅对后续工序产生重要影响,而且也关系到油管使用成本及施工作业的质量。从油井现场将油管运输到清洗站需经过运输、贮存、修复等多道工序,因此会出现清洗周期长、清洗成本高,因此需要油井现场清洗设备,现有技术中的清蜡车在一定程度上解决了清洗周期以及清洗成本的问题,但是由于其体积庞大,灵活性较低,并且由于石蜡凝固,高温水冲洗会造成用水浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有技术中的石蜡用水冲洗会造成水浪费,目的在于提供基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器,高效清除石蜡。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器,包括油管壁,还包括外壁清洗圆筒、内壁清洗圆筒,所述内壁清洗圆筒采用环形磁铁制成,置于油管壁内侧,内壁清洗圆筒的两侧边缘部分均设置有一层粘性皮套,其中一侧的粘性皮套外圈均匀设置有多个内壁高温水喷枪,内壁高温水喷枪的轴线与内壁高温水喷枪所在内壁清洗圆筒的直径偏离,所有的内壁高温水喷枪与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同,另一侧的粘性皮套外圈均匀设置有内壁高温刀片,内壁高温刀片的垂直线与内壁高温刀片所在的内壁清洗圆筒的直径偏离,所有的内壁高温刀片与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同;所述外壁清洗圆筒采用环形磁铁制成,置于内壁清洗圆筒所对应的油管壁外侧,外壁清洗圆筒上与内壁清洗圆筒设置有粘性皮套的同一侧边缘设置有粘性皮套,外壁清洗圆筒上的粘性皮套内圈均匀设置中有多个外壁高温水喷枪,外壁高温水喷枪的轴线与外壁高温水喷枪所在外壁清洗圆筒的直径偏离,所有的外壁高温水喷枪与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同。
环形磁铁的磁极是内圈为N极,外圈为S极,本发明中外壁清洗圆筒和内壁清洗圆筒均采用环形磁铁制成,并且内壁清洗圆筒处于外壁清洗圆筒内侧,由于环形磁铁的磁极分布,内壁清洗圆筒处于外壁清洗圆筒内侧,外壁清洗圆筒内侧的N极与内壁清洗圆筒外侧的S极相互吸引。
本发明通过将内壁清洗圆筒放置在油管壁内侧,外壁清洗圆筒放置在油管壁外侧,内壁清洗圆筒的一侧边缘通过设置内壁高温刀片对内壁进行除蜡作业,并且内壁清洗圆筒与外壁清洗圆筒的同一侧边缘部分设置有粘性皮套,内壁清洗圆筒上粘性皮套的外边缘以及外壁清洗圆筒上粘性皮套的内边缘均匀设置有特定位置的多个高温水喷枪,高温水喷枪通过发射出高温的高速射流,不断对油管壁的内外侧的污渍进行冲击洗刷,同时,由于高温水枪倾斜设置,会给内壁清洗圆筒带来一定的旋转动力,旋转动力驱动内壁清洗圆筒旋转,内壁高温刀片便能旋转进行除蜡作业了,由于内壁高温刀片不断切割石蜡或者油管壁上的其他污渍,导致内壁高温刀片温度发热,这会促进刀片的石蜡清除效果更好,为了利用刀片温度升高这一现象,应该以内壁清洗圆筒上的内壁高温刀片先接触油管壁,内壁高温水喷枪再接触内壁高温刀片清理过后的油管壁;内壁清洗圆筒与外壁清洗圆筒之间通过磁极吸引,当内壁清洗圆筒在油管上进行移动时,外壁清洗圆筒会沿着内壁清洗圆筒移动的方向进行移动,从而达到内外壁同时清洗的效果,同时保证了油管清洗设备灵活度,并且达到了更好的石蜡清洗效果。
进一步地,所有的内壁高温刀片的垂直线与所有的内壁高温水喷枪的中轴线平行。内壁高温水喷枪倾斜的角度为影响内壁清洗圆筒的转动速度,内壁高温刀片与内壁高温水喷枪这样的位置设置能保证内壁高温刀片在相应的转动速度下达到较好的石蜡清楚效果。
进一步地,内壁清洗圆筒的圆心处设置有一个固定装置,所述固定装置的外侧与内壁清洗圆筒的内表面均匀设置有多根支撑杆,所述固定装置中部设置有曲形孔。
进一步地,在内壁清洗圆筒内侧还设置有双螺旋轨道,双螺旋轨道与曲形孔匹配同时穿过曲形孔。由于本发明利用高压水枪的冲力为动力,除蜡装置会自动移动,为了使除蜡装置移动的轨迹稳定,设置双螺旋轨道,使除蜡装置沿着双螺旋轨道自动前进。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明中,内壁清洗圆筒与外壁清洗圆筒之间通过磁极吸引,当内壁清洗圆筒在油管上进行移动时,外壁清洗圆筒会沿着内壁清洗圆筒移动的方向进行移动,从而达到内外壁同时清洗的效果,同时保证了油管清洗设备灵活度,并且达到了更好的石蜡清洗效果;
2、本发明利用高压水枪的冲力为动力,除蜡装置会自动移动,为了使除蜡装置移动的轨迹稳定,设置双螺旋轨道,使除蜡装置沿着双螺旋轨道自动前进。

如图1至图4所示,基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器,包括油管壁3,还包括外壁清洗圆筒1、内壁清洗圆筒4,所述内壁清洗圆筒4采用环形磁铁制成,置于油管壁3内侧,内壁清洗圆筒4的两侧边缘部分均设置有一层粘性皮套,其中一侧的粘性皮套外圈均匀设置有多个内壁高温水喷枪6,内壁高温水喷枪6的轴线与内壁高温水喷枪6所在内壁清洗圆筒4的直径偏离,所有的内壁高温水喷枪6与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同,另一侧的粘性皮套外圈均匀设置有内壁高温刀片5,内壁高温刀片5的垂直线与内壁高温刀片5所在的内壁清洗圆筒4的直径偏离,所有的内壁高温刀片5与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同;所述外壁清洗圆筒1采用环形磁铁制成,置于内壁清洗圆筒4所对应的油管壁3外侧,外壁清洗圆筒1上与内壁清洗圆筒4设置有粘性皮套的同一侧边缘设置有粘性皮套,外壁清洗圆筒1上的粘性皮套内圈均匀设置中有多个外壁高温水喷枪2,外壁高温水喷枪2的轴线与外壁高温水喷枪2所在外壁清洗圆筒1的直径偏离,所有的外壁高温水喷枪2与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同。
所有的内壁高温刀片5的垂直线与所有的内壁高温水喷枪6的中轴线平行。
内壁清洗圆筒4的圆心处设置有一个固定装置8,所述固定装置8的外侧与内壁清洗圆筒4的内表面均匀设置有多根支撑杆7,所述固定装置8中部设置有曲形孔9。
在内壁清洗圆筒4内侧还设置有双螺旋轨道,双螺旋轨道与曲形孔9匹配同时穿过曲形孔9。

1.基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器,包括油管壁(3),其特征在于,还包括外壁清洗圆筒(1)、内壁清洗圆筒(4),所述内壁清洗圆筒(4)采用环形磁铁制成,置于油管壁(3)内侧,内壁清洗圆筒(4)的两侧边缘部分均设置有一层粘性皮套,其中一侧的粘性皮套外圈均匀设置有多个内壁高温水喷枪(6),内壁高温水喷枪(6)的轴线与内壁高温水喷枪(6)所在内壁清洗圆筒(4)的直径偏离,所有的内壁高温水喷枪(6)与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同,另一侧的粘性皮套外圈均匀设置有内壁高温刀片(5),内壁高温刀片(5)的垂直线与内壁高温刀片(5)所在的内壁清洗圆筒(4)的直径偏离,所有的内壁高温刀片(5)与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同;所述外壁清洗圆筒(1)采用环形磁铁制成,置于内壁清洗圆筒(4)所对应的油管壁(3)外侧,外壁清洗圆筒(1)上与内壁清洗圆筒(4)设置有粘性皮套的同一侧边缘设置有粘性皮套,外壁清洗圆筒(1)上的粘性皮套内圈均匀设置中有多个外壁高温水喷枪(2),外壁高温水喷枪(2)的轴线与外壁高温水喷枪(2)所在外壁清洗圆筒(1)的直径偏离,所有的外壁高温水喷枪(2)与它自身所在直径之间的偏离角度相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器,其特征在于,所有的内壁高温刀片(5)的垂直线与所有的内壁高温水喷枪(6)的中轴线平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器,其特征在于,所述内壁清洗圆筒(4)的圆心处设置有一个固定装置(8),所述固定装置(8)的外侧与内壁清洗圆筒(4)的内表面均匀设置有多根支撑杆(7),所述固定装置(8)中部设置有曲形孔(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的基于高温除蜡的抽油杆刮蜡器,其特征在于,在内壁清洗圆筒(4)内侧还设置有双螺旋轨道,双螺旋轨道与曲形孔(9)匹配同时穿过曲形孔(9)。
