技术领域
本申请涉及医疗器械领域,特别是涉及一种介入医疗器械。
背景技术
介入医疗器械是近二十年来新兴的医疗器械技术。其中,支架在介入医疗器械领域的表现尤其突出。对于因血管阻塞或其他原因而引起的血管疾病中,支架被证明是一种比较成功的长期植入血管的介入医疗器械。在手术时,将支架通过输送器输送到血管的阻塞病变部位,然后释放支架,利用支架膨胀将阻塞的血管撑开,使阻塞的血管保持畅通。为提高介入医疗器械在体内的生物相容效果和治疗效果,还可以在这些器械体某一局部或全部的表面上涂覆药物和/或聚合物。目前常用的聚合物材料主要有聚甲基丙烯酸酯类聚合物、含氟聚合物、聚乙烯类聚合物或聚苯乙烯类聚合物,这些聚合物在应用之初均为工业应用,生物相容性较差。因此现有的介入医疗器械在长期植入人体后,由于生物相容性较差会导致较为严重的血栓及术后并发症。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种介入医疗器械,技术方案如下:一种介入医疗器械,所述介入医疗器械外表面设置有一层涂层,且所述涂层中的材料为含有磺酸基团的聚合物。所述含有磺酸基团的聚合物为磺化的热塑性弹性体。所述磺化的热塑性弹性体为磺化苯乙烯-烯烃共聚物。所述苯乙烯-烯烃共聚物为苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物。所述苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中苯乙烯重量百分含量为20%~45%。所述最外层涂层中的含有磺酸基团的聚合物的磺化率为10%~30%。
本发明的积极效果是:本发明提供的介入医疗器械中,涂层材料为含有磺酸基团的聚合物,该磺酸基团的存在,赋予了聚合物与肝素相同的表面特性和适当的亲水性。当该介入医疗器械植入人体后,在体液环境下,材料表面磺酸基团的存在,不仅使得材料能够形成一薄层分子水平的亲水膜,而且表面带负电荷,与细胞相容性增强。

实施例1
一种介入医疗器械,所述介入医疗器械外表面设置有一层涂层,且所述涂层中的材料为苯乙烯-烯烃共聚物为苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物。所述苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中苯乙烯重量百分含量为20%。所述最外层涂层中的含有磺酸基团的聚合物的磺化率为10%。
实施例2
一种介入医疗器械,所述介入医疗器械外表面设置有一层涂层,且所述涂层中的材料为苯乙烯-烯烃共聚物为苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物。所述苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中苯乙烯重量百分含量为30%。所述最外层涂层中的含有磺酸基团的聚合物的磺化率为20%。
实施例3
一种介入医疗器械,所述介入医疗器械外表面设置有一层涂层,且所述涂层中的材料为苯乙烯-烯烃共聚物为苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物。所述苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中苯乙烯重量百分含量为45%。所述最外层涂层中的含有磺酸基团的聚合物的磺化率为30%。

1.一种介入医疗器械,所述介入医疗器械外表面设置有一层涂层,且所述涂层中的材料为含有磺酸基团的聚合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述,所述含有磺酸基团的聚合物为磺化的热塑性弹性体。所述磺化的热塑性弹性体为磺化苯乙烯-烯烃共聚物。所述苯乙烯-烯烃共聚物为苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物。
3.根据权利要求2所述,所述苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中苯乙烯重量百分含量为20%~45%。
4.根据权利要求2所述,所述最外层涂层中的含有磺酸基团的聚合物的磺化率为10%~30%。
