Abstract

本发明一种具有除尘功能的手持式混凝土墙面打毛装置主要用于建筑工程领域混凝土墙或者柱表面打毛使用，它构造简单且有除尘装置；它主要由打磨盘、风罩、空心转轴、轴承、电机、外罩、手柄、吸尘装置组成；其工作原理是：电机的转子旋转带动空心转轴、风罩及打磨盘旋转，打磨盘上的多个菱形打磨头将混凝土表面打磨平整及打毛，此时吸尘装置的风扇旋转，混凝土表面打磨的灰尘通过多个分布均匀的圆孔进入空心转轴内，灰尘经过吸尘装置后进入手柄的空腔内，当灰尘积满后，打开手柄下端的盖板，将灰尘取出。

本发明主要用于建筑工程领域混凝土墙或者柱表面打毛使用。
背景技术
目前已申请或者已授权的有关混凝土墙面打毛装置，其构造都很复杂且没有除尘装置。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述缺陷，它构造简单且有除尘装置；它主要由打磨盘（1）、风罩（2）、空心转轴（3）、轴承（4）、电机（5）、外罩（6）、手柄（7）、吸尘装置（11）组成；打磨盘（1）有多个分布均匀的圆孔（10）及菱形打磨头（9），风罩（2）的左端与打磨盘（1）固定，风罩（2）的右端与空心轴（3）的左端固定，空心轴（3）左右两端固定有轴承（4），外罩（6）的右端与吸尘装置（11）的左端固定，吸尘装置（11）的右端与手柄（7）的左端固定，手柄（7）的下端安装有盖板（8），电机（5）的转子与空心转轴（3）固定；其工作原理是：电机（5）的转子旋转带动空心转轴（3）、风罩（2）及打磨盘（1）旋转，打磨盘（1）上的多个菱形打磨头（9）将混凝土表面打磨平整及打毛，此时吸尘装置（11）的风扇旋转，混凝土表面打磨的灰尘通过多个分布均匀的圆孔（10）进入空心转轴（3）内，灰尘经过吸尘装置（11）后进入手柄（7）的空腔内，当灰尘积满后，打开手柄（7）下端的盖板（8），将灰尘取出。

1.一种具有除尘功能的手持式混凝土墙面打毛装置，其特征是：它主要由打磨盘（1）、风罩（2）、空心转轴（3）、轴承（4）、电机（5）、外罩（6）、手柄（7）、吸尘装置（11）组成；打磨盘（1）有多个分布均匀的圆孔（10）及菱形打磨头（9），风罩（2）的左端与打磨盘（1）固定，风罩（2）的右端与空心转轴（3）的左端固定，空心转轴（3）左右两端固定有轴承（4），外罩（6）的右端与吸尘装置（11）的左端固定，吸尘装置（11）的右端与手柄（7）的左端固定，手柄（7）的下端安装有盖板（8），电机（5）的转子与空心转轴（3）固定；其工作原理是：电机（5）的转子旋转带动空心转轴（3）、风罩（2）及打磨盘（1）旋转，打磨盘（1）上的多个菱形打磨头（9）将混凝土表面打磨平整及打毛，此时吸尘装置（11）的风扇旋转，混凝土表面打磨的灰尘通过多个分布均匀的圆孔（10）进入空心转轴（3）内，灰尘经过吸尘装置（11）后进入手柄（7）的空腔内，当灰尘积满后，打开手柄（7）下端的盖板（8），将灰尘取出。
