本发明公开了一种破碎搅拌机，包括壳体，壳体底端中心处设置有出料口，壳体顶端两侧分别设置有进料口，壳体内竖直的设置有主轴，主轴顶端延伸至壳体外与电机连接，主轴从上到下设置有多个水平的搅拌臂，多个搅拌臂长度由上下两端向中间递减排列，主轴底端设置有横臂，横臂下端设置有多个锯齿，壳体内壁设置有多个破碎臂，破碎臂包括一端连接的上臂和下臂，上臂和下臂的另一端分别固定在壳体的内壁的上部和下部。本发明搅拌臂与破碎臂形成破碎空隙，破碎大体积的物料，以使搅拌更均匀；搅拌臂上设置有导流槽，转动时带动更多物料加入搅拌旋流，使搅拌更均匀；横臂上设置有与壳体底部接触的锯齿，防止物料沉底，使搅拌更均匀。

本发明属于工业搅拌技术领域，涉及一种破碎搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌器是工业生产中的常用设备，常用来搅拌物料使其充分混合。现有的搅拌器侧壁容易粘连残留，物料容易沉底。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种破碎搅拌机，解决了现有技术中物料容易残留在侧壁容易沉底的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是，一种破碎搅拌机，包括壳体，壳体底端中心处设置有出料口，壳体顶端两侧分别设置有进料口，壳体内竖直的设置有主轴，主轴顶端延伸至壳体外与电机连接，主轴从上到下设置有多个水平的搅拌臂，多个搅拌臂长度由上下两端向中间递减排列，主轴底端设置有横臂，横臂下端设置有多个锯齿，壳体内壁设置有多个破碎臂，破碎臂包括一端连接的上臂和下臂，上臂和下臂的另一端分别固定在壳体的内壁的上部和下部，破碎臂与多个搅拌臂之间具有破碎空隙。
本发明的特点还在于，
破碎臂上均匀设置有多个尖状突起。
锯齿外表面设置有弹性垫层。
搅拌臂为正方形板。
所述搅拌臂侧面设置有导流槽。
本发明一种破碎搅拌机的有益效果是，搅拌臂与破碎臂形成破碎空隙，破碎大体积的物料，以使搅拌更均匀；搅拌臂上设置有导流槽，转动时带动更多物料加入搅拌旋流，使搅拌更均匀；横臂上设置有与壳体底部接触的锯齿，防止物料沉底，使搅拌更均匀。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明一种破碎搅拌机，如图1所示，包括壳体1，壳体1底端中心处设置有出料口8，壳体1顶端两侧分别设置有进料口9，壳体1内竖直的设置有主轴2，主轴2顶端延伸至壳体1外与电机3连接，主轴3从上到下设置有多个水平的搅拌臂4，多个搅拌臂4长度由上下两端向中间递减排列，主轴3底端设置有横臂6，横臂6下端设置有多个锯齿7，壳体2内壁设置有多个破碎臂5，破碎臂5包括一端连接的上臂和下臂，上臂和下臂的另一端分别固定在壳体2的内壁的上部和下部，破碎臂5与多个搅拌臂4之间具有破碎空隙。
破碎臂5上均匀设置有多个尖状突起。锯齿7外表面设置有弹性垫层。搅拌臂4为正方形板。搅拌臂4侧面设置有导流槽。
本发明是一种破碎搅拌机，物料从进料口9进入壳体1内，电机3开始工作带动主轴2转动，因此主轴2上的搅拌臂4开始转动，多个搅拌臂4与壳体1侧壁上的多个破碎臂5形成破碎空隙，一些大颗粒的物料在破碎空隙内被挤压再次粉碎，以使得物料搅拌更均匀。破碎臂5上的尖状突起增加了与物料接触的面积，使得破碎更加充分。
搅拌臂4上设置有导流槽，随着主轴2转动带动物料旋转，横臂6上的锯齿7在搅拌时能够带动壳体1底部的物料转动，防止物料沉底，使得搅拌更加均匀充分。锯齿7外表面为弹性垫层，防止搅拌时划伤壳体1底部。搅拌完成后物料由出料口8排出进行下一个工序。

1.一种破碎搅拌机，其特征在于，包括壳体(1)，所述壳体(1)底端中心处设置有出料口(8)，所述壳体(1)顶端两侧分别设置有进料口(9)，所述壳体(1)内竖直的设置有主轴(2)，所述主轴(2)顶端延伸至壳体(1)外与电机(3)连接，所述主轴(3)从上到下设置有多个水平的搅拌臂(4)，多个所述搅拌臂(4)长度由上下两端向中间递减排列，所述主轴(3)底端设置有横臂(6)，所述横臂(6)下端设置有多个锯齿(7)，所述壳体(2)内壁设置有多个破碎臂(5)，所述破碎臂(5)包括一端连接的上臂和下臂，所述上臂和下臂的另一端分别固定在壳体(2)的内壁的上部和下部，所述破碎臂(5)与多个搅拌臂(4)之间具有破碎空隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种破碎搅拌机，其特征在于，所述破碎臂(5)上均匀设置有多个尖状突起。
