本发明涉及一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置,包括烘箱箱体,烘箱箱体的左右两侧分别安装有分别安装有循环风机箱,循环风机箱内安装有风机,烘箱箱体左、右两侧壁上设置有进风口,循环风机箱出风口与烘箱箱体的进风口连接;烘干箱体内侧与进风口对应处分别安装有加热装置;烘干箱体的外侧安装有进料和出料两输送带,两输送带分布于烘干箱体的两侧,烘干箱体内安装有曲线输送装置,曲线输送装置的两端分别连接两输送带。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池加工领域,具体涉及一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置。
背景技术
锂电池盖帽的零件如上盖、防爆片等是冲压件,在冲压的过程中会有油污。在盖帽组装前,通常使用酒精进行清洗,酒精清洗后会在零件表面残留,需要放置很长的时间等待挥发;增加工盖帽的生产工时,严重影响了生产的进度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置,能够在线上或者线外对盖帽进行烘干处理,节约时间。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置,包括烘箱箱体,其特征在于,烘箱箱体的左右两侧分别安装有分别安装有循环风机箱,循环风机箱内安装有风机,烘箱箱体左、右两侧壁上设置有进风口,循环风机箱出风口与烘箱箱体的进风口连接;所述烘干箱体内侧与进风口对应处分别安装有加热装置;烘干箱体的外侧安装有进料和出料两输送带,两输送带分布于烘干箱体的两侧,烘干箱体内安装有曲线输送装置,所述曲线输送装置的两端分别连接两输送带。
进一步地,所述曲线输送装置包括设置于烘干箱体内的两螺栓竖直螺旋输送机,与进料输送带连接的螺旋送料机自上而下送料,与出料输送带连接的螺旋输送机自下而上送料,两螺旋输送机的底部经输送带连接。
进一步地,所述曲线输送装置为一级以上的振动盘,进料输出带导向第一级振动盘内,各振动盘的输出端分别导向下一级振动盘,最后一级振动盘的输出端连接出料输送带。
再进一步地,所述烘干箱体顶部或者底部设置有出风口,各循环风机箱上设置有新风口,所述出风口与新风口经管道连接。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:利用相对设置的循环风机对烘干箱体进行空气对流,并在风口加热,促进酒精的挥发;利用一级以上的螺旋输送或者一级以上的振动盘的方式在烘干箱体内传送,增加盖帽在烘干箱体内的停留时间,提高烘干的效果。本装置可以安装于连线机或者单独使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图所示,一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置,包括烘箱箱体1,烘箱箱体的左右两侧分别安装有分别安装有循环风机箱2,循环风机箱2内安装有风机,烘箱箱体1左、右两侧壁上设置有进风口3,循环风机箱出风口与烘箱箱体的进风口3连接;两循环风机箱2产生的风在箱体内对流,增加蒸发效果;所述烘干箱体1内侧与进风口3对应处分别安装有加热装置4,加热装置可选择电热丝或者空外加热器;为了更好的控制烘干箱体内的温度,可以在箱体内设置温度传感器,温度传感器测试温度并反馈至PLC控制模块,由PLC控制模块控制加热装置的开启和关闭;烘干箱体1的外侧安装有进料输送带5和出料输送带6,两输送带分布于烘干箱体的两侧,烘干箱体内安装有曲线输送装置,所述曲线输送装置的两端分别连接两输送带。
烘干箱体顶部或者底部设置有出风口7,各循环风机箱上设置有新风口8,所述出风口7与新风口8经管道连接,将烘干箱体内的热空气回收再送人箱体,能够有效利用热能,增加烘干效果。
曲线输送装置可采取两种方案:
方案1:
曲线输送装置包括设置于烘干箱体内的两螺栓竖直螺旋输送机9,与进料输送带5连接的螺旋送料机自上而下送料,与出料输送带6连接的螺旋输送机自下而上送料,两螺旋输送机的底部经输送带10连接,盖帽在两螺旋送料机上传送后再输出,有效增加了烘干的时间。
方案2:
曲线输送装置为一级以上的振动盘11,进料输出带5导向第一级振动盘内,各振动盘的输出端分别导向下一级振动盘,最后一级振动盘的输出端连接出料输送带6,同样通过振动盘的方式增加盖帽在烘箱内的停留时间。
本技术方案从影响烘干(蒸发)的三个要素:时间、温度一级空气流通速度入手,在这三个方面做了加强,充分保障了烘干的充分性。

1.一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置,包括烘箱箱体,其特征在于,烘箱箱体的左右两侧分别安装有分别安装有循环风机箱,循环风机箱内安装有风机,烘箱箱体左、右两侧壁上设置有进风口,循环风机箱出风口与烘箱箱体的进风口连接;所述烘干箱体内侧与进风口对应处分别安装有加热装置;烘干箱体的外侧安装有进料和出料两输送带,两输送带分布于烘干箱体的两侧,烘干箱体内安装有曲线输送装置,所述曲线输送装置的两端分别连接两输送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述曲线输送装置包括设置于烘干箱体内的两螺栓竖直螺旋输送机,与进料输送带连接的螺旋送料机自上而下送料,与出料输送带连接的螺旋输送机自下而上送料,两螺旋输送机的底部经输送带连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述曲线输送装置为一级以上的振动盘,进料输出带导向第一级振动盘内,各振动盘的输出端分别导向下一级振动盘,最后一级振动盘的输出端连接出料输送带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池盖帽生产用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述烘干箱体顶部或者底部设置有出风口,各循环风机箱上设置有新风口,所述出风口与新风口经管道连接。
