本发明涉及一种浇注料,具体说是一种石灰窑用抗结皮耐磨浇注料,属于耐火材料领域。
背景技术
石灰窑中,石灰窑顶部、侧墙等,这些地方容易结皮,对浇注料的损坏非常严重,经常停窑检修。通常这些部位使用的是钢纤维浇注料或高铝质低水泥浇注料,如专利号为CN101805198B公开的一种莫来石钢纤维浇注料,以重量百分含量表示,该莫来石钢纤维浇注料原料配比中含有棕刚玉29~40%,高铝矾土熟料10~15%,烧结莫来石18~32%,电熔莫来石8~12%,硅微粉3~7%,促凝剂2~5%和不锈钢纤维1~3%,与现有普通高铝浇注料相比,具有较高的耐压强度和抗折强度,并且体积密度大。本发明产品莫来石钢纤维浇注料具有良好的抗热震性能、抗冲刷性能和体积稳定性。但是,使用过程中都会存在石灰生料结皮与堵塞的问题,破坏了耐火材料内部组织和内部材料结构,同时材料表面黏附成层结皮,严重者造成堵塞,导致系统通风不畅,热工制度紊乱,煤耗提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有的耐火砖在石灰窑使用时存在的上述缺陷,提供一种石灰窑用抗结皮耐磨浇注料,可以优化材料石灰窑浇注料内部结构组成,提高材料组织均匀性,进而使得材料具有较高的耐高温性能和较好的耐碱性、抗结皮,耐磨性及抗热震性,保证石灰窑系统运行顺畅。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种抗结皮耐磨浇注料,包括基料、配料和添加剂,所述基料的主成分包括如下重量份的组分:10-15份Cr2AlC,5-8份Ti2AlC,20~25份电熔镁锆尖晶石、25~28份烧结钛酸铝、20~30份电熔莫来石、5~10份电熔镁钙砂和3~8份电熔铝酸钙水泥,所述电熔镁钙砂中氧化镁的含量在80%以上,所述配料包括微粒配料和纤维配料,所述纤维配料的长度为1~2mm,所述纤维配料的添加量为所述基料与所述微粒配料重量之和的30~40%;所述电熔镁锆尖晶石包括质量百分比为16~25%的粒径为0.5-2.5mm的镁锆尖晶石、30~65%的粒径为2.5-6.5mm的镁锆尖晶石和30~65%的粒径为2.5-6.5mm的镁锆尖晶石。
上述技术方案,通过骨料配合基质料,形成一种石灰窑用浇注料,优点在于该配方可以优化材料组织结构,获得材料新物相,形成一种组织均匀,晶体均匀的内部结构,保持材料的整体性能,不仅增强抗侵蚀和抗冲刷性,重要的是能有效防止结皮。

1.一种抗结皮耐磨浇注料,包括基料、配料和添加剂,所述基料的主成分包括如下重量份的组分:10-15份Cr2AlC,5-8份Ti2AlC,20~25份电熔镁锆尖晶石、25~28份烧结钛酸铝、20~30份电熔莫来石、5~10份电熔镁钙砂和3~8份电熔铝酸钙水泥,所述电熔镁钙砂中氧化镁的含量在80%以上,所述配料包括微粒配料和纤维配料,所述纤维配料的长度为1~2mm,所述纤维配料的添加量为所述基料与所述微粒配料重量之和的30~40%;所述电熔镁锆尖晶石包括质量百分比为16~25%的粒径为0.5-2.5mm的镁锆尖晶石、30~65%的粒径为2.5-6.5mm的镁锆尖晶石和30~65%的粒径为2.5-6.5mm的镁锆尖晶石。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗结皮耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,所述微粒配料包括陶瓷微粒、氧化锆空心球微粒和漂珠以及胶体微粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗结皮耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,所述纤维配料包括氧化锆纤维、聚丙烯纤维和莫来石纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抗结皮耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,所述纤维配料各组分的添加重量份为:氧化锆纤维10~15份、聚丙烯纤维1~2.份、莫来石纤维55~75份。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种抗结皮耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,所述电熔镁钙砂包括5~10%的20~15mm的电熔镁钙砂、15~20%的15~5mm的电熔镁钙砂、20~70%的5~1mm的电熔镁钙砂。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种抗结皮耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,所述电熔莫来石中三氧化铝和二氧化硅的含量在68%以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种抗结皮耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括为三聚氰胺、木钙粉、柠檬酸中的2种或3种混合物。
