Abstract

本发明涉及一种口腔修复体的成型方法,特别涉及一种复合修复体的成型方法。其工艺步骤为:制作蜡型、安插铸道、包埋、去蜡、树脂陶瓷材料注塑。与现有树脂陶瓷复合修复体的制作工艺相比,本发明制作出的修复体美观性更强,修复体的适应症范围更广,能够制作出厚度较薄或者刃状边缘的修复体,制作精度高,并且整个制作过程减少了材料的浪费,能够同时完成多个修复体的制作,降低了制作成本和时间成本。

一种树脂陶瓷复合修复体的成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种口腔修复体的成型方法,特别涉及一种树脂陶瓷复合修复体的成型方法。
背景技术
树脂陶瓷复合材料是由树脂基质和陶瓷颗粒混合而成的一种复合材料,结合了树脂和陶瓷的优点,在力学性能、美学性能和生物安全性能等方面表现出色,能够满足口腔临床嵌体、高嵌体和贴面的要求,因此用该材料制作的树脂陶瓷复合修复体在临床应用越来越广泛。这些修复体的加工方式目前只有进行切削的机加工,该方法一次只能加工成型一个修复体,材料浪费大,制作成本高,并且细节制作和加工外形受到加工设备的限制,无法制作出刃状边缘和厚度低于0.2mm的修复体。为解决上述问题,本方案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种树脂陶瓷复合修复体的成型方法。它是通过热压铸完成树脂陶瓷复合修复体制作的成型方法,能减少材料浪费,降低制作成本,增加复合树脂修复体的美观性,扩大适应症范围。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种树脂陶瓷复合修复体的成型方法,其特征是成型步骤为:
(1)制作蜡型:在修复体代型上涂布分离剂,按照口腔修复体的要求在代型上制作目标修复体蜡型,或者在数字化代型上设计修复体,3D打印其蜡型。
(2)安插铸道:在制作好的修复体蜡型上安插铸道。
(3)包埋:从修复体代型上取下修复体蜡型,使用牙科包埋材料,包埋修复体蜡型。
(4)去蜡:加热去除包埋料中的蜡型,获得目标修复体空间。
(5)树脂陶瓷复合材料注塑:将包埋型盒固定于注塑机上,加热融化树脂陶瓷复合材料,进行热压铸成型。
采用上述方案,与现有树脂陶瓷复合修复体的制作工艺相比,本发明具有以下显著特征:
1.由于采用制作蜡型来获取目标修复体空间,因此制作出的树脂陶瓷复合修复体美观性更强,适应症范围更广。
2. 由于通过蜡型设计修复体外形,因此能够制作出厚度较薄或者刃状边缘的树脂陶瓷复合修复体,制作精度高。
3.由于采用注塑工艺制作树脂陶瓷复合修复体,因此整个制作过程减少了材料的浪费,能够同时完成多个修复体的制作,降低了制作的材料成本和时间成本。
具体实施方式
一种树脂陶瓷复合修复体的成型方法,其特征是成型步骤为:

1.一种树脂陶瓷复合修复体的成型方法,其特征是成型步骤为:

(2)安插铸道:在制作好的修复体蜡型上安插铸道;
