Background art:
wickerwork is one of the traditional handicraft articles in China, and is only used as a common daily practical article in ancient times, and the wickerwork is gradually made up until decades after the 20 th century and also gradually becomes an export-earning project in parts of China. The wicker is soft and easy to bend, uniform in thickness and elegant in color, and various simple, natural, attractive in appearance, light and durable practical artworks can be woven through a novel design. Wicker products are handcrafts widely distributed among China, namely basket weaving and basket weaving, which are available in families. This is because the raw material sources for this process are quite extensive. The main raw materials for weaving the basket in the north comprise willow branches, tamarix branches, mulberry twigs, wattle twigs, amorpha fruticosa twigs and the like, and the basket is produced in saline-alkali soil and marshland.
The quality of wicker products and the using effect of the products are caused by many aspects, the most important point is the quality of wickers, and wickers are subjected to some treatment and processing in the early stage of use, including polishing, coloring and the like.

(1) selecting straight willow twigs without bending and crusting, polishing and grinding the willow twigs, performing primary grinding by using 60-mesh abrasive paper in the polishing process, eliminating rough edges, and then feeding the willow twigs into a polishing machine for polishing;
(2) putting the polished wicker into a soaking tank for soaking, wherein the soaking adopts a soaking solution specially prepared for the wicker, when the wicker is completely submerged in the soaking solution, heating the soaking solution in the soaking tank until the temperature is raised to 40-60 ℃, stopping heating, and keeping the constant temperature for 30-40 minutes;
(3) after soaking, sending the wickers into a dryer for primary drying, setting the temperature of a hearth of the dryer to be 60-75 ℃, drying for 20 minutes, sending the wickers into a straightening machine for straightening after primary drying, and then carrying out secondary drying, wherein the temperature of the secondary drying is the same as the temperature of the primary drying, and the drying time is 30-35 minutes;
(4) after drying, sending the wicker into a grinding machine for grinding, wherein 500-600-mesh sand powder is used as a medium during grinding, so that fine scratches and grooves can be generated on the surface of the wicker through grinding, and preparation is made for the next procedure;
(5) putting the polished wicker and the crystal powder into a roller for rolling mixing, then rolling the wicker by using a pressing plate, so that the wicker rolls uniformly under the pressing plate, and the crystal powder is uniformly infiltrated into scratches and grooves on the surface of the wicker;
(6) sending the rolled wicker into a paint room for painting, coating a protective film on the wicker by adopting white transparent paint, and drying the wicker for later use after painting is finished;
(7) drying the wickers, then sending the wickers into an ultraviolet sterilization room for sterilization, tightly wrapping the single wickers with a preservative film after sterilization, and sealing;
(8) the sealed wicker is sent into a refrigerating chamber for refrigeration for 10 to 12 hours and then taken out;
(9) the wicker after being taken out can be transported into a warehouse for storage or can be directly woven for use;
