Abstract
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of beach sheep fur, which comprises the following steps: (1) selecting materials; (2) pretreatment; (3) degreasing; (4) pickling; (5) tanning; and (6) finishing. Because the beach sheep fur is treated by the oxidant under the acidic condition, scales on wool can be removed, the wool is treated by the anti-felting resin, the difference between the forward friction coefficient and the reverse friction coefficient of the wool scales becomes small, and the migration from the tip to the root of the wool is stopped, so that the anti-felting effect is obtained.

Technical Field

The tanning industry in China plays a role in underestimating the export foreign exchange, enriching the market of urban commodity and developing the economy of rural pasture areas. (5) Tanning: putting the Chan sheep skin into a blending tanning solution, stirring for 5 minutes in a rotating way, soaking for 3 hours, taking out, cleaning with clear water, and drying at a low temperature of 23-28 ℃;
(6) And (3) finishing: and (3) treating wool on the Tan sheep skin by using anti-sticking resin, and then performing natural drying and then finishing and warehousing.

(5) Tanning: putting the Chan sheep skin into tanning solution prepared by taking chromium-aluminum compound tanning agent, sodium carbonate and water=1:11:700 according to parts by weight, stirring for 5 minutes in a rotating way, soaking for 3 hours, taking out, cleaning with clear water, and drying at a low temperature of 23 ℃;
