本发明公开了一种抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、新鲜剑麻切成小段,木锤捶打剑麻,直至剑麻纤维暴露,且无浆液流出,冲洗;将冲洗后的剑麻小段浸泡于果胶酶水溶液;再浸泡于清水,置于流动水冲洗;步骤二、将步骤一处理得到的剑麻小段降温至‑25℃预冻,再经冷冻干燥,得干燥的剑麻粗纤维;步骤三、在鞋垫治具内由下往上铺设3~4个单元层;步骤四、将该半成品置于鞋垫模具内,并灌注鞋垫用注塑浇,然后压制成型;步骤五、经过后处理,制成鞋垫成品;本发明制备的鞋垫耐磨耐穿,而且穿着舒服,透气性强,环保实用;还可有效吸收鞋子里的脚臭和脚汗等有味物质;而且银颗粒具有消毒杀菌作用,对鞋垫起到了很好的杀菌保健功效。

抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫制备领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的鞋垫基本都是采用发泡橡胶作为原料,虽然可以起到很好的缓冲作用,但是其没有什么保健功效,功能单一,不能满足人们日益增长的生活需求;
剑麻属单子叶、旱生、肉质、多年生草本植物;须根系,茎粗而短,叶片无叶柄,呈剑形,硬而狭长;剑麻纤维质地坚韧,耐磨、耐盐碱、耐腐蚀,广泛运用在运输、渔业、石油、冶金等各种行业,具有重要的经济价值,但是其优越的中药性能并没得到广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、采取新鲜剑麻,切成长度1cm宽度1cm的小段,然后用木锤捶打剑麻,直至剑麻纤维暴露,且无浆液流出,将剑麻置于流动水冲洗3min,再浸泡于无水乙醇溶液中30min,再置于流动水冲洗20min;将冲洗后的剑麻小段浸泡于浓度为2g/ml的果胶酶水溶液20min,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,使得剑麻小段处于运动状态;再浸泡于清水2h,保证清水浸泡过程处于超声振动环境中,再置于流动水冲洗30min;
步骤二、将步骤一处理得到的剑麻小段以4℃/min降温速率降温至-25℃预冻2h,再经冷冻干燥14h,得干燥的剑麻粗纤维;
步骤三、在鞋垫治具内由下往上铺设3~4个单元层,每个单元层包括厚度比1:1的位于下层的剑麻粗纤维层和位于上层的浆料层,形成半成品;在铺设单元层之前,其中,浆料层由经过预处理得到的浆料铺设得到,剑麻粗纤维层由步骤二得到的剑麻粗纤维铺设得到;
步骤四、将该半成品置于鞋垫模具内,并灌注鞋垫用注塑浇,然后压制成型;
步骤五、经过后处理,制成鞋垫成品;
其中,步骤三中浆料由以下步骤制得:
A、按重量份取15~18份秸秆、23~27份柚子皮以及13~16份橘子皮混合,切碎,向其中加入25份的磁化水、发酵剂、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌混合,置于65℃密封静置5天,第2天,向其中投入8重量份的竹炭颗粒,得第一混合物,4天后,将所述第一混合物进行真空抽滤,取滤渣,并置于红外线环境中加热处理12h,加热过程中每隔30min向加热装置中通入空气,并排出空气,得植株混合粉末;
B、按重量份取0.8份三氧化二铁粉末、1.0份银颗粒、0.6份活性炭粉以及20份花瓣水混合,并向其中投入所述步骤A得到的植株混合粉末,混合均匀,置于频率为21KHz的超声波中,超声处理35min;
C、将步骤B超声得到的混合物于0.13MPa下挤压脱水,并于波长为200nm的紫外线中照射处理2h,即得所述浆料。
优选的是,所述的抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,所述花瓣水由以下步骤制得:按重量份取16份金银花花瓣、4份薰衣草花瓣、4份菊花花瓣以及10~12份深层海水,混合打浆,将浆液于0.08MPa、40~45℃下蒸馏,得第一蒸馏液,向第一蒸馏液中投入事先切好的柚子皮的碎末浸泡6h,过滤除去柚子皮碎末,再置于0.05~0.06MPa、50~55℃下蒸馏,所得蒸馏水,即所述花瓣水。
优选的是,所述的抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,步骤一中,所述新鲜剑麻在使用前,其表面经过砂纸打磨。
优选的是,所述的抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,所述步骤三中在鞋垫治具内由下往上铺设3~4个单元层,具体为:
在鞋垫治具内由下往上铺设3~4个单元层,每次在铺设下一个单元层之前,先用烤灯烘烤上一个单元层上部的浆料层30min,并用红外灯照射30min,两者轮流进行,循环2次。
优选的是,所述的抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,所述银颗粒是纳米银颗粒。
优选的是,所述的抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,所述三氧化二铁粉末是纳米粉末颗粒。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
1、本发明以纤维质地坚韧,耐磨、耐盐碱、耐腐蚀的剑麻为原料,而且剑麻纤维透气性好,因此剑麻鞋垫不仅耐磨耐穿,而且穿着舒服,透气性强,环保实用;
2、本发明在鞋垫制备原料中引入活性炭分以及竹炭颗粒,不仅提高鞋垫的透气性,还可有效吸收鞋子里的脚臭和脚汗等有味物质,本发明在软瓷砖制备原料中引入秸秆、柚子皮以及橘子皮,不仅绿色环保,而本发明在制备原料中引入秸秆、柚子皮以及橘子皮,不仅绿色环保,而且还能改善室内空气质量,秸秆具有纤维多孔结构,可以吸收空气中的有害气体;而柚子皮和橘子皮味道清香,提高鞋内的空气质量;
3、本发明在步骤A中加入磁化水、发酵剂、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌混合,置于68~70℃密封静置4天,对植株进行改性处理,使得植株内部结构蓬松,有利于在空隙中填充三氧化二铁粉末、银颗粒,不仅提高了鞋垫的结构强度,而且又不影响整体的柔韧性,而银颗粒具有消毒杀菌作用,对鞋垫起到了很好的杀菌保健功效。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。

本发明提供一种抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

所述的抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,所述花瓣水由以下步骤制得:按重量份取16份金银花花瓣、4份薰衣草花瓣、4份菊花花瓣以及10~12份深层海水,混合打浆,将浆液于0.08MPa、40~45℃下蒸馏,得第一蒸馏液,向第一蒸馏液中投入事先切好的柚子皮的碎末浸泡6h,过滤除去柚子皮碎末,再置于0.05~0.06MPa、50~55℃下蒸馏,所得蒸馏水,即所述花瓣水。
为了判断本发明制备的鞋垫的品质如何,进行以下测试,随机挑选500个被脚臭、脚气问题困扰的使用者,随机分为2组,一组为实验组250人,一人1双,使用本方法制备的剑麻鞋垫;另一组为对比组,一人一双,使用市面上售卖的普通鞋垫;坚持使用6个月之后,进行回访;
对回访结果进行统计,得出如下结论:
由上表可知,本发明制备的鞋垫,具有很好的耐磨性和极佳的杀菌消毒作用;而且穿本发明鞋垫的使用者的脚臭症状得到明显改善。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、采取新鲜剑麻,切成长度1cm宽度1cm的小段,然后用木锤捶打剑麻,直至剑麻纤维暴露,且无浆液流出,将剑麻置于流动水冲洗3min,再浸泡于无水乙醇溶液中30min,再置于流动水冲洗20min;将冲洗后的剑麻小段浸泡于浓度为2g/ml的果胶酶水溶液20min,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,使得剑麻小段处于运动状态;再浸泡于清水2h,保证清水浸泡过程处于超声振动环境中,再置于流动水冲洗30min;
步骤二、将步骤一处理得到的剑麻小段以4℃/min降温速率降温至-25℃预冻2h,再经冷冻干燥14h,得干燥的剑麻粗纤维;
步骤三、在鞋垫治具内由下往上铺设3~4个单元层,每个单元层包括厚度比1:1的位于下层的剑麻粗纤维层和位于上层的浆料层,形成半成品;在铺设单元层之前,其中,浆料层由经过预处理得到的浆料铺设得到,剑麻粗纤维层由步骤二得到的剑麻粗纤维铺设得到;

2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,其特征在于,所述花瓣水由以下步骤制得:按重量份取16份金银花花瓣、4份薰衣草花瓣、4份菊花花瓣以及10~12份深层海水,混合打浆,将浆液于0.08MPa、40~45℃下蒸馏,得第一蒸馏液,向第一蒸馏液中投入事先切好的柚子皮的碎末浸泡6h,过滤除去柚子皮碎末,再置于0.05~0.06MPa、50~55℃下蒸馏,所得蒸馏水,即所述花瓣水。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗菌剑麻鞋垫的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,所述新鲜剑麻在使用前,其表面经过砂纸打磨。
