技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫新材料领域,尤其涉及一种用象草制成的除臭鞋垫。
背景技术
象草是禾本科、黍族多年生丛生大型草本。目前,象草大多被用作饲料。但用着饲料,经济价值较低,人工种植象草收益较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用象草制成的除臭鞋垫,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种用象草制成的除臭鞋垫,其特征在于,由以下质量比的原料制成:
象草17份、软化处理液10.2份、勃姆石粉8份、硅藻泥22份、水15份。
作为优选,所述勃姆石粉的粒度分布为60-120微米。
作为优选,所述软化处理液为乙酸水溶液,乙酸的质量分数为7.5%。
作为优选,所述软化处理液为乙酸水溶液与尿囊素的混合物,乙酸水溶液与尿囊素的质量比为15:1,乙酸水溶液的乙酸质量分数为7.5%。
作为优选,所述象草破碎成粗料、中料和细料三个等级,粗料长度为8mm,中料长度为2.5mm,细料为50目;粗料、中料、细料混配的质量比为10:5:2。
除臭鞋垫的制备方法,步骤为:
(1)不同粗细度的象草在振动筛内混合均匀,得象草混合物料,象草混合物料连同振动筛转移至恒温室内处理3小时,恒温室内利用水蒸气保温保湿,温度为125℃,相对湿度为85%;振动筛在恒温室内持续振动,每隔30min向象草混合物料喷洒一次软化处理液,喷洒量为象草混合物料质量的10%;
(2)将处理后的象草混合物料与勃姆石粉、硅藻泥、水混合,搅拌均匀后得鞋垫基料,象草混合物料、勃姆石粉、硅藻泥、水混合的质量比为17:8:22:15;
(3)鞋垫基料通过模具热压成鞋垫材料,热压温度为160℃,压强为2KPa;
(4)鞋垫材料经过裁剪、包边即得除臭鞋垫。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明为象草的处理提供了一种新的方法,可以提高象草的应用价值,制成用于制作鞋垫的材料,具有较好的吸汗和吸臭作用,可以长时间保持形状,不容易变形。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种以象草为原料制备除臭鞋垫的方法,步骤为:
(1)象草割倒后,就地摊晒2~3天,晒成半干,搂成草垄,使其进一步风干,待象草的含水量降至16%时运回保存;
(2)象草破碎成粗料、中料和细料三个等级,粗料长度为8mm,中料长度为2.5mm,细料为50目;
(3)按质量比取粗料10份、中料5份、细料2份混合,并在振动筛内混合均匀,得象草混合物料,象草混合物料连同振动筛转移至恒温室内处理3小时,恒温室内利用水蒸气保温保湿,温度为125℃,相对湿度为85%;振动筛在恒温室内持续振动,每隔30min向象草混合物料喷洒一次软化处理液,喷洒量为象草混合物料质量的10%;
(4)将处理后的象草混合物料与勃姆石粉、硅藻泥、水混合,搅拌均匀后得鞋垫基料,象草混合物料、勃姆石粉、硅藻泥、水混合的质量比为17:8:22:15;
(5)鞋垫基料通过模具热压成鞋垫材料,热压温度为160℃,压强为2KPa;
(6)鞋垫材料经过裁剪、包边即得除臭鞋垫。
上述步骤中,勃姆石粉的粒度分布为60-120微米,软化处理液为乙酸水溶液与尿囊素的混合物,乙酸水溶液与尿囊素的质量比为15:1,乙酸水溶液的乙酸质量分数为7.5%。
实验资料,上述实施例制备的除臭鞋垫,放入运动鞋内使用,试穿人员,运动一天后,晚上回去脱鞋,基本无臭味。

3.根据权利要求1所述用象草制成的除臭鞋垫,其特征在于,所述软化处理液为乙酸水溶液,乙酸的质量分数为7.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述用象草制成的除臭鞋垫,其特征在于,所述软化处理液为乙酸水溶液与尿囊素的混合物,乙酸水溶液与尿囊素的质量比为15:1,乙酸水溶液的乙酸质量分数为7.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述用象草制成的除臭鞋垫,其特征在于,所述象草破碎成粗料、中料和细料三个等级,粗料长度为8mm,中料长度为2.5mm,细料为50目;粗料、中料、细料混配的质量比为10:5:2。
