Abstract

Background
The existing lamp production equipment adopts a main rotating platform, a circle of a plurality of stations are uniformly distributed on the main rotating platform, and each station comprises a lamp clamp; the clamp includes two states of open and pinched, which can accommodate many jobs, but is not suitable for automated drawn wire fixture manufacturing equipment that requires a semi-pinched state.

The invention aims to provide a lamp fixture with three stable states.
The object of the invention is achieved in that: manufacturing a plurality of lamp fixtures with three stable states, wherein each lamp fixture comprises a liftable workpiece base and an upper pressing plate. The liftable workpiece base is in transmission connection with a station pneumatic element. The lamp fixture is divided into three stable working states according to the position state of the liftable workpiece base: 1) The liftable workpiece base is in an open state at the lowest position; 2) Lifting the workpiece base to a highest workpiece pressing state and, 3) a semi-workpiece pressing state slightly relaxed compared with the pressing state;
the stress plate of the liftable workpiece base extends out and is in transmission connection with an on-duty pneumatic element; the pneumatic element on duty has two stable states: an operating state in which the output shaft is extended and a standby state in which the output shaft is retracted. When the pneumatic element on duty is in a working state, downward force is applied to the liftable workpiece base through the stress plate, the stress plate drives the liftable workpiece base to descend by 0.8-1.4 mm, and the lamp fixture is in a semi-pressing workpiece state.
The lamp fixtures are uniformly distributed on a main rotating platform of the lamp manufacturing equipment in a circle and used for clamping workpieces; the main rotating platform is provided with a plurality of travel switch triggering ends and at least one travel switch according to the travel distance. When the trigger end of the travel switch triggers the travel switch, each mechanism is enabled to act once.
The periphery of the main rotating platform is provided with a wire dragging mechanism, an edge wire automatic welding mechanism, a top wire automatic welding mechanism, an edge wire pre-welding treatment facility, a top wire pre-welding treatment facility and a control system.
The workpiece comprises a bulb shell and a lamp cap. One side of the lamp holder is provided with a side wire; the top of the lamp holder is provided with a jackscrew. The edge wire and the top wire need to be welded to the bottom and top of the base, respectively. Before welding, drawing the edge wires uniformly, and heating and curing the daub for bonding the lamp holder and the bulb shell by a heater; and then cutting redundant parts of the edge wire and the jackscrew in sequence and flattening the edge wire and the jackscrew on the lamp cap.
Has the advantages that: the lamp fixture with three stable states is matched with the automatic wire pulling mechanism, so that the product consistency is good, the lamp fixture is not influenced by personal states, the production cost is obviously reduced, 3 workers can be saved in two-shift production of one device, and 10 ten thousand yuan of labor cost is saved every year.

When the on-duty pneumatic element 6 is in a working state, downward force is applied to the liftable workpiece base 3 through the stress plate 5, the stress plate 5 drives the liftable workpiece base 2 to descend by 0.8-1.4 mm, and the lamp fixture 1 is in a semi-pressing workpiece state.
The lamp fixtures 1 are uniformly distributed on a main rotating platform 7 of the lamp manufacturing equipment in a circle and used for clamping workpieces; the main rotating platform 7 rotates an angle at intervals according to the command of the host computer of the control system 11; and the control system host computer makes each mechanism act once after the main rotating platform finishes rotating.
A wire dragging mechanism 8, an edge wire automatic welding mechanism 9, a top wire automatic welding mechanism 10, an edge wire pre-welding treatment facility, a top wire pre-welding treatment facility and a control system 11 are arranged on the periphery of the main rotating platform 7.
The workpiece comprises a bulb 12 and a lamp cap 13. One side of the lamp holder 13 is provided with a side wire 14; a jackscrew 15 is provided at the top of the base 13. The edge wire 14 and the top wire 15 need to be welded to the bottom and top of the base 13, respectively. Before welding, drawing the side wires 14 uniformly, and heating and curing the daub for bonding the lamp holder 13 and the bulb shell 12 by a heater; then the edge wire 14 and the top wire 15 are sequentially cut off to remove redundant parts and are flattened on the lamp holder 13.
The wire pulling mechanism 8 comprises a pneumatic clamp 16. The pneumatic clamp 16 is connected with the base through a one-dimensional moving pair mechanism and is in transmission connection with a pneumatic element 17; the pneumatic clamp 16 comprises a set of two symmetrically arranged half-clamps 18; the pneumatic clamp 16 has two stable states: a clamped state and a relaxed state.
The invention has three working processes that the lamp fixture in stable state is matched with the automatic wire drawing mechanism: the main rotating platform 7 rotates an angle at intervals according to the command of the host computer of the control system 11; after the main machine of the control system 11 finishes rotating the main rotating platform 7, the wire pulling mechanism 8 starts to act, and the method comprises the following steps: when the pneumatic element 17 drives the pneumatic clamp 16 to retreat, namely move rightwards, the pneumatic clamp 16 is in a clamping state so as to draw out and straighten the border wire 14; when the pneumatic clamp 16 performs a wire drawing process, the lamp fixture 1 is matched and in a semi-compact state; after the wire drawing process is finished, the lamp fixture 1 is in a clamping state to ensure that the workpiece is clamped stably.

The lamp fixture with three stable states as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main rotary platform is provided at its periphery with a wire pulling mechanism, an automatic side wire welding mechanism, an automatic top wire welding mechanism, a pre-side wire welding facility, a pre-top wire welding facility and a control system;
the workpiece comprises a bulb shell and a lamp holder; one side of the lamp holder is provided with a side wire; the top of the lamp holder is provided with a jackscrew;
the side wires and the top wires are respectively welded to the bottom and the top of the lamp cap, before welding, the side wires are pulled to be uniform, and then the daub for bonding the lamp cap and the bulb shell is heated and cured through a heater; and then cutting redundant parts of the edge wire and the jackscrew in sequence and flattening the edge wire and the jackscrew on the lamp cap.
