The edge wire 17 and the top wire need to be welded to the bottom and top of the base 16, respectively.
The wire lifting mechanism 5 comprises an L-shaped device 21 which performs lifting motion and a travel switch 19; the L-shaped device 21 is drivingly connected to the pneumatic element 20. The main rotating platform 2 rotates for an angle at intervals according to the command of the host of the control system 3; after the main machine of the control system 3 finishes rotating the main rotating platform 2, the wire lifting mechanism 5 is operated once. Wherein L-shaped member 21 contacts side wire 17 during the raising process and raises side wire 17 as shown by the dashed arc in fig. 2 in preparation for the next process riser.
