本发明涉及一种新型固体废物处理设备,包括缸体、搅拌轴和过滤网,所述缸体上侧设有排气管和入料口,所述缸体的前方设置有控制面板和电源接口,所述控制面板包括指示灯、操作按键和显示屏,所述排气管固定连接有引风机,所述引风机包括底座、出气管、储气罐、风扇,所述底座与风扇固定连接,所述出气管固定设有储气罐,所述出气管与所述风扇固定连接,所述搅拌轴垂直固定于所述缸体中部,所述搅拌轴下端与所述缸体底部的驱动装置连接。本发明能对废气气体进行单独的处理,避免了对环境的二次污染,设有若干个旋转刀片可以使固体废物粉碎的更加彻底,缩短了处理时间,节约能源,其具有自动化程度高、效率高、无污染和使用成本低等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及废物处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型固体废物处理设备。
背景技术
固体废物处理是通过物理的手段或生物化学作用和热解气化等化学作用以缩小其体积、加速其自然进化的过程。通常也指人类在生产和生活活动中丢弃的固体和泥状物质,包括从废水、废气中分离出来的固体颗粒。但是不管采用何种处理方法,最终仍有一定量的固体废物残存,对这部分废物需要妥善的加以处置。特别在处理废物时,应避免产生二次污染,对有毒有害废物应确保不致对人类产生危害。
现有的固体废物处理设备大多对废气的处理不够彻底,很容易造成二次污染,建设成本和运行成本相对高管理水平和设备维修要求高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种新型固体废物处理设备。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型固体废物处理设备,包括缸体、搅拌轴和过滤网,所述缸体上侧设有排气管和入料口,所述缸体的前方设置有控制面板和电源接口,所述控制面板包括指示灯、操作按键和显示屏;
所述排气管固定连接有引风机,所述引风机包括底座、出气管、储气罐、风扇,所述底座与风扇固定连接,所述出气管固定设有储气罐,所述出气管与所述风扇固定连接;
所述搅拌轴垂直固定于所述缸体中部,所述搅拌轴下端与所述缸体底部的驱动装置连接,所述搅拌轴上中部设有若干个旋转刀片,所述缸体中下部内壁设有与横截面平行的固定槽,所述过滤网外沿安装在所述固定槽内部,所述缸体底部设有出液口,所述缸体下部侧面设有出料口;
所述排气管、入料口和出料口上均设有密闭开关,所述密闭开关上均设有PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器和驱动装置的输入端均与所述控制面板的输出端连接。
进一步的,所述过滤网的材质为金属。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设有引风机,其能对废气气体进行单独的处理,避免了对环境的二次污染,还设置有若干个旋转刀片可以使固体废物粉碎的更加彻底,缩短了处理时间,节约能源,设置的过滤网可以进一步的保证污水顺畅流下的同时避免杂质进入缸体底部,并且通过控制面板控制PLC控制器,可以实现自动化固体废物处理,提高了工作效率,其具有自动化程度高、效率高、无污染和使用成本低等优点。

请参阅图1和图2所示的一种新型固体废物处理设备,包括缸体4、搅拌轴6和过滤网3,所述缸体4上侧设有排气管7和入料口1,所述缸体4 的前方设置有控制面板11和电源接口15,所述控制面板11包括指示灯14、操作按键13和显示屏12,所述排气管7固定连接有引风机16,所述引风机16包括底座16a、出气管16b、储气罐16c、风扇16d,所述底座16a与风扇16d固定连接,所述出气管16b固定设有储气罐16c,所述出气管16b 与所述风扇16d固定连接,所述搅拌轴6垂直固定于所述缸体4中部,所述搅拌轴6下端与所述缸体4底部的驱动装置5连接,所述搅拌轴6上中部设有若干个旋转刀片2,所述缸体4中下部内壁设有与横截面平行的固定槽 9,所述过滤网3外沿安装在所述固定槽9内部,所述缸体4底部设有出液口10,所述缸体4下部侧面设有出料口8,所述排气管7、入料口1和出料口8上均设有密闭开关,所述密闭开关上均设有PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器和驱动装置5的输入端均与所述控制面板11的输出端连接,所述过滤网3的材质为金属。
本发明设有引风机16,其能对废气气体进行单独的处理,避免了对环境的二次污染,还设置有若干个旋转刀片2可以使固体废物粉碎的更加彻底,缩短了处理时间,节约能源,设置的过滤网3可以进一步的保证污水顺畅流下的同时避免杂质进入缸体4底部,并且通过控制面板11控制 PLC控制器,可以实现自动化固体废物处理,提高了工作效率。

1.一种新型固体废物处理设备,其特征在于:包括缸体(4)、搅拌轴(6)和过滤网(3),所述缸体(4)上侧设有排气管(7)和入料口(1),所述缸体(4)的前方设置有控制面板(11)和电源接口(15),所述控制面板(11)包括指示灯(14)、操作按键(13)和显示屏(12);
所述排气管(7)固定连接有引风机(16),所述引风机(16)包括底座(16a)、出气管(16b)、储气罐(16c)、风扇(16d),所述底座(16a)与风扇(16d)固定连接,所述出气管(16b)固定设有储气罐(16c),所述出气管(16b)与所述风扇(16d)固定连接;
所述搅拌轴(6)垂直固定于所述缸体(4)中部,所述搅拌轴(6)下端与所述缸体(4)底部的驱动装置(5)连接,所述搅拌轴(6)上中部设有若干个旋转刀片(2),所述缸体(4)中下部内壁设有与横截面平行的固定槽(9),所述过滤网(3)外沿安装在所述固定槽(9)内部,所述缸体(4)底部设有出液口(10),所述缸体(4)下部侧面设有出料口(8);
所述排气管(7)、入料口(1)和出料口(8)上均设有密闭开关,所述密闭开关上均设有PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器和驱动装置(5)的输入端均与所述控制面板(11)的输出端连接。
