本发明涉及一种球状医疗研磨器,本球状医疗研磨器包括有研磨体和研磨球;在所述研磨体上开设有向内凹陷的研磨槽,在所述研磨槽上设置有弹性层,弹性层与研磨槽围成气密的存液腔,在所述存液腔内填充有调节液;在研磨体上还设置有调节腔,调节腔与存液腔气密连通,在调节腔上设置有控制器;在所述弹性层的外表面等距阵列排布有研磨片,所述研磨片的截面呈扇面状,研磨片可拼合成曲率半径一致的半个皲裂球面;皲裂球面的曲率半径与研磨球的曲率半径匹配;该球状医疗研磨器可有效提高研磨速度和研磨效果,有效防止药物颗粒崩出,提高研磨安全度,防止药物浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医药领域的药物加工工具,特别的,是一种研磨器。
背景技术
医疗领域在进行药物研制、配比时,需要将药物研磨成精细的粉末,再将药物压制成片状,便于患者定量的服用;在药物研磨的过程中,需要用到研磨器,传统的研磨器底部下凹呈圆润的弧形,药物集中于研磨器底部,研磨棒能够方便的挤压、研磨;由于研磨棒的曲率半径与研磨器内底的曲率半径不一致,因此,研磨过程就如同两个内切的球面,只能实现点接触,此时研磨效率大大降低;此外,遇到颗粒较硬的药物,研磨棒与研磨器挤压的过程中,药物颗粒容易崩出,不仅影响研磨效果、影响实验进度,还会造成药物的浪费。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种球状医疗研磨器,该球状医疗研磨器可有效提高研磨速度和研磨效果,有效防止药物颗粒崩出,提高研磨安全度,防止药物浪费。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本球状医疗研磨器包括有研磨体和研磨球;
在所述研磨体上开设有向内凹陷的研磨槽,在所述研磨槽上设置有弹性层,弹性层与研磨槽围成气密的存液腔,在所述存液腔内填充有调节液;在研磨体上还设置有调节腔,调节腔与存液腔气密连通,在调节腔上设置有控制器;
在所述弹性层的外表面等距阵列排布有研磨片,所述研磨片的截面呈扇面状,研磨片可拼合成曲率半径一致的半个皲裂球面;皲裂球面的曲率半径与研磨球的曲率半径匹配。
作为优选,本球状医疗研磨器包括有两个对称的研磨体,研磨体相对扣合时,弹性层上的研磨片可拼合成完整的皲裂球面;两个对称的研磨体将研磨球包裹,有效增大研磨面积,提高研磨速度。
本发明的有益效果是:在将固体药物放置入研磨体之前,先通过调节器将存液腔内的调节液抽吸到调节腔中,此时存液腔内的液体减小,弹性层被拉大并贴近研磨槽;此时弹性层膨胀扩张,弹性层上的各个研磨片彼此远离,形成离散的碎片;将药物放入,再将研磨球放置在药物上,将另一个研磨体对称的扣置在先前的研磨体上,此时两个研磨体扣合并形成密闭的研磨空间;相对扭转研磨体,使得研磨片与研磨球相对运动,进而将固体药物研磨;随着研磨时间的持续,固体药物逐渐变成粉末,并均匀的分布在研磨球之间;此时调节控制器逐渐的调节液注入存液腔内,存液腔胀起,弹性层逐渐回缩,研磨片之间相互靠拢并逐渐形成完整的皲裂球面,该皲裂球面与研磨球的尺寸匹配,两者之间形成狭小的研磨间隙,此时再次扭转研磨体时,研磨球与研磨片之间将大面积的高速研磨,从传统的点对点研磨,到现在的球面研磨,研磨效率大大提升;为了保证研磨效果,可继续对存液腔输入调节液,使得存液腔胀起,研磨片继续向研磨球靠拢,进而提高研磨力度。
在研磨过程中,两个对称的研磨体密闭接触,不会出现药物的崩出或飞溅,也不会造成药物的浪费,在保证研磨速度的前提下,还有效提高了研磨稳定性,具有较高的市场推广价值。
作为优选,在两个所述研磨体上镶嵌有配套、异极相吸的紧固磁环;以便于研磨体的精准对位,同时提高研磨体接合处的密闭性。
作为优选,在各所述研磨片上设置有传振针,传振针的端部插入研磨片,尾部穿过弹性层后伸入存液腔;在所述研磨体上还设置有振动发生器,所述振动发生器的发射端伸入存液腔中;以便于利用振动促进药物粉碎,加速药物的研磨。

具体实施方式
实施例:
在图1至图3所示的实施例中,本球状医疗研磨器包括有两个对称的研磨体1和研磨球2;在两个所述研磨体1上镶嵌有配套、异极相吸的紧固磁环21;
在所述研磨体1上开设有向内凹陷的研磨槽,在所述研磨槽上设置有弹性层3,弹性层3与研磨槽围成气密的存液腔4,在所述存液腔4内填充有调节液;在研磨体1上还设置有调节腔5,调节腔5与存液腔4气密连通,在调节腔5上设置有控制器51;
在所述弹性层3的外表面等距阵列排布有研磨片31,所述研磨片31的截面呈扇面状,研磨片31可拼合成曲率半径一致的半个皲裂球面;皲裂球面的曲率半径与研磨球2的曲率半径匹配;研磨体1相对扣合时,两个弹性层3上的研磨片31可拼合成完整的皲裂球面;两个对称的研磨体1将研磨球2包裹,可有效增大研磨面积,提高研磨速度。
在各所述研磨片31上设置有传振针6,传振针6的端部插入研磨片31,尾部穿过弹性层3后伸入存液腔4;在所述研磨体1上还设置有振动发生器61,所述振动发生器61的发射端伸入存液腔4中。
在将固体药物放置入研磨体1之前,先通过调节器将存液腔4内的调节液抽吸到调节腔5中,此时存液腔4内的液体减小,弹性层3被拉大并贴近研磨槽;此时弹性层3膨胀扩张,弹性层3上的各个研磨片31彼此远离,形成离散的碎片;将药物放入,再将研磨球2放置在药物上,将另一个研磨体1对称的扣置在先前的研磨体1上,此时两个研磨体1扣合并形成密闭的研磨空间;研磨体1上的紧固磁环21位置正对且异极相吸,有效增强了研磨体1之间的紧固结合力,同时紧固磁环21能够锁定研磨体1之间的相对位置,防止研磨体1错位结合,有效防止药物洒出,提高研磨的稳定性。
相对扭转研磨体1,使得研磨片31与研磨球2相对运动,进而将固体药物研磨;随着研磨时间的持续,固体药物逐渐变成粉末,并均匀的分布在研磨球2之间;此时调节控制器51逐渐的调节液注入存液腔4内,存液腔4胀起,弹性层3逐渐回缩,研磨片31之间相互靠拢并逐渐形成完整的皲裂球面,该皲裂球面与研磨球2的尺寸匹配,两者之间形成狭小的研磨间隙,此时再次扭转研磨体1时,研磨球2与研磨片31之间将大面积的高速研磨,从传统的点对点研磨,到现在的球面研磨,研磨效率大大提升;为了保证研磨效果,可继续对存液腔4输入调节液,使得存液腔4胀起,研磨片31继续向研磨球2靠拢,进而提高研磨力度。
研磨结束后,使用控制器51将调节液吸出,使得弹性层3贴近研磨槽,此时弹性层3膨胀,研磨后的药物存放在研磨体1中,此时可将药物粉末取出,并对研磨体1和研磨球2进行清洁处理。
在本实施例中,研磨过程中可打开振动发生器61,振动发生器61将振动通过调节液传递,进而通过传振针6均匀的传递至各个研磨片31上,在研磨的同时研磨片31振动促进药物的粉碎,从而有效提高研磨速度。
在研磨过程中,两个对称的研磨体1密闭接触,不会出现药物的崩出或飞溅,也不会造成药物的浪费,在保证研磨速度的前提下,还有效提高了研磨稳定性,具有较高的市场推广价值。

Claims (4)

1.一种球状医疗研磨器,本球状医疗研磨器包括有研磨体(1)和研磨球(2);其特征在于:在所述研磨体(1)上开设有向内凹陷的研磨槽,在所述研磨槽上设置有弹性层(3),弹性层(3)与研磨槽围成气密的存液腔(4),在所述存液腔(4)内填充有调节液;在研磨体(1)上还设置有调节腔(5),调节腔(5)与存液腔(4)气密连通,在调节腔(5)上设置有控制器(51);在所述弹性层(3)的外表面等距阵列排布有研磨片(31),所述研磨片(31)的截面呈扇面状,研磨片(31)可拼合成曲率半径一致的半个皲裂球面;皲裂球面的曲率半径与研磨球(2)的曲率半径匹配。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的球状医疗研磨器,其特征在于:本球状医疗研磨器包括有两个 对称的研磨体(1),研磨体(1)相对扣合时,弹性层(3)上的研磨片(31)可拼合成完整的皲裂 球面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的球状医疗研磨器,其特征在于:在两个所述研磨体(1)上镶嵌有配套、异极相吸的紧固磁环(21)。
4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的球状医疗研磨器,其特征在于:在各所述研磨片(31)上 设置有传振针(6),传振针(6)的端部插入研磨片(31)中,尾部穿过弹性层(3)后伸入存液腔 (4);在所述研磨体(1)上还设置有振动发生器(61),所述振动发生器(61)的发射端伸入存 液腔(4)中。
