一种抗压且拆卸方便的炉水泵用轴承,包括外环、内环、滚动体;所述内环外圆面设有供所述滚动体滚动的滚槽;所述外环和所述内环同轴设置,所述滚动体设于所述外环和内环之间的所述滚槽内;所述滚动体上设有保持架;所述外环是由若干个梯形块连接而成,每两个所述梯形块之间由弹片连接,弹片所形成面积小于相邻两个梯形块所形成间隙的面积;所述内环上设有取出口,所述取出口两端设有凸起,所述内环上靠近所述取出口的两端设有与所述凸起对应的卡槽。本发明的有益效果为:(1)在整个轴承受力时,所述弹片及梯形块可以将纵向压力分解,减少了滚动体的承受力;(2)所述取出口的设置便于滚动体更换时的拿取,使得滚动体拆卸更加方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及炉水泵领域,具体涉及一种抗压且拆卸方便的炉水泵用轴承。
背景技术
推力轴承是炉水循环泵中常用装置,推力轴承是用来专门承受轴向力的专用轴承,就是轴平行的方向的力的轴承。轴承(Bearing)是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。轴承基本都包括内环、外环、滚动体,滚动体长期在重压力下容易造成本身变形且变形后很难拆卸更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种抗压且拆卸方便的炉水泵用轴承,为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种抗压且拆卸方便的炉水泵用轴承,包括外环、内环、滚动体;所述内环外圆面设有供所述滚动体滚动的滚槽;所述外环和所述内环同轴设置,所述滚动体设于所述外环和内环之间的所述滚槽内;所述滚动体上设有保持架;所述外环是由若干个梯形块连接而成,每两个所述梯形块之间由弹片连接,所述弹片为V型,弹片所形成面积小于相邻两个梯形块所形成间隙的面积;所述内环上设有取出口,所述取出口两端设有凸起,所述内环上靠近所述取出口的两端设有与所述凸起对应的卡槽。
进一步的,所述滚动体具体为钢珠。
进一步的,所述凸起与所述卡槽卡合连接。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)在整个轴承受力时,所述弹片及梯形块可以将纵向压力分解,减少了滚动体的承受力;(2)所述取出口的设置便于滚动体更换时的拿取,使得滚动体拆卸更加方便。

为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识,用以较佳的实施例及附图配合详细的说明,说明如下:
如附图1所示,一种抗压且拆卸方便的炉水泵用轴承,包括外环100、内环200、滚动体300;所述内环200外圆面设有供所述滚动体300滚动的滚槽500;所述外环100和所述内环200同轴设置,所述滚动体300设于所述外环100和内环200之间的所述滚槽500内;所述滚动体300上设有保持架400;所述外环100是由若干个梯形块101连接而成,每两个所述梯形块101之间由弹片102连接,所述弹片102为V型,具体的,在整个轴承受压时,如附图1所示,所述弹片102会将一部分的纵向压力转化为横向张力,在横向张力的作用下,所述弹片102会拉伸,从而两个所述梯形块101会增大两者之间的间距,这样的话就会减少所述滚动体300所承受的压力,避免了压力大而造成的所述滚动体本身变形或者损坏;其中所述弹片102所形成面积小于相邻两个所述梯形块101所形成间隙的面积,这样的话,在纵向压力消除时,如附图2所示,两个所述梯形块101可以在所述弹片102的作用下恢复而且两个所述梯形块101之间可以闭合至没有间隙,可以达到防尘的目的。
所述内环200上设有取出口201,所述取出口201两端设有凸起2011,所述内环200上靠近所述取出口201的两端设有与所述凸起2011对应的卡槽202,所述凸起2011与所述卡槽202卡合连接。如附图1~2所示,所述取出口201的宽度d略大于所述滚动体300的直径,方便所述滚动体300从所述取出口201中取出,在需要更换所述滚动体300时,更加的方便快捷。 在本发明中我们选用的所述滚动体300具体为钢珠,但根据具体实际需要,我们不限制所述滚动体300材质的选择。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)在整个轴承受力时,所述弹片及梯形块可以将纵向压力分解,减少了滚动体的承受力;(2)所述取出口的设置便于滚动体更换时的拿取,使得滚动体拆卸更加方便。

1.一种抗压且拆卸方便的炉水泵用轴承,包括外环(100)、内环(200)、滚动体(300);其特征在于:所述内环(200)外圆面设有供所述滚动体(300)滚动的滚槽(500);所述外环(100)和所述内环(200)同轴设置,所述滚动体(300)设于所述外环(100)和内环(200)之间的所述滚槽(500)内;所述滚动体(300)上设有保持架(400);所述外环(100)是由若干个梯形块(101)连接而成,每两个所述梯形块(101)之间由弹片(102)连接,所述弹片(102)为V型,所述弹片(102)所形成面积小于相邻两个所述梯形块(101)所形成间隙的面积;所述内环(200)上设有取出口(201),所述取出口(201)两端设有凸起(2011),所述内环(200)上靠近所述取出口(201)的两端设有与所述凸起(2011)对应的卡槽(202)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗压且拆卸方便的炉水泵用轴承,其特征在于:所述滚动体(300)具体为钢珠。
