本发明涉及一种组合轴连双列满装球轴承,它包括外圈、内轴、非金属套以及钢球,所述外圈的内周面和内轴的外周面两侧设置有沟槽,沟槽的外侧均开有环槽,环槽内安装有密封圈;所述钢球满装在外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽之间,钢球在外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽内滚动;所述非金属套压嵌在外圈的内周面中部,套在内轴的外周面中部,位于两侧钢球之间,非金属套与内轴之间相对滑动,非金属套两端与钢球之间具有空隙。优点是设计巧妙,结构合理,轴承承载能力与轴承寿命大幅提高,能够适应载荷要求较高的环境,轴承组装更加方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及满装球轴承领域,具体涉及一种组合轴连双列满装球轴承。
背景技术
普通双列满装球轴承和非金属套的滑动轴承,都可以承受径向负荷,以及作用在两个方向的轴向负荷,但双列满装球轴承较非金属套的滑动轴承相比,其径向负荷能力偏弱;非金属套的滑动轴承较双列满装球轴承相比,其轴向负荷能力偏弱;在载荷要求较高的环境,普通双列满装球轴承和非金属套的滑动轴承都无法很好的适应,轴承实用寿命短。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种组合轴连双列满装球轴承及其组装工艺,设计巧妙,结构合理,轴承承载能力与轴承寿命大幅提高,能够适应载荷要求较高的环境,轴承组装更加方便快捷。
一种组合轴连双列满装球轴承,它包括外圈、内轴、非金属套以及钢球,所述外圈的内周面和内轴的外周面两侧设置有沟槽,沟槽的外侧均开有环槽,环槽内安装有密封圈;所述钢球满装在外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽之间,钢球在外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽内滚动;所述非金属套压嵌在外圈的内周面中部,套在内轴的外周面中部,位于两侧钢球之间,非金属套与内轴之间相对滑动,非金属套两端与钢球之间具有空隙。
所述非金属套与外圈的内周面、内轴的外周面之间的径向间隙小于0.05mm。
所述非金属套与外圈的内周面、内轴的外周面之间的径向间隙小于钢球与外圈的内周面沟槽、内轴的外周面沟槽之间的径向间隙。
一种组合轴连满装球轴承组装工艺,它包括以下几个步骤:
(1)利用压套工装,将非金属套压嵌在轴承外圈的内周面中部。
(2)将轴承内轴穿入外圈与非金属套内孔中,调节内轴位置,使内轴的外周面沟槽与外圈的内周面沟槽位置对应。
(3)将钢球放在轴承外圈与内轴之间空隙外侧,用敲棒敲击钢球,使钢球进入外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽之间。
(4)重复步骤(3)将钢球一个一个填入外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽之间,至外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽内填满钢球。
(5)将密封圈安装在轴承外圈的内周面与内轴的外周面两侧环槽内,完成组合轴连满装球轴承的组装。
在步骤(1)中,所述压套工装为三阶阶梯式圆柱体,非金属套套在第三阶柱体上,第二阶柱体外周面直径小于轴承外圈的内周面直径,第一阶柱体外周面直径大于外圈的外周面直径。
本发明优点是设计巧妙,结构合理,设计有双列满装钢球以及非金属套,将普通双列满装球轴承和非金属套的滑动轴承有机结合在一起,轴承承载能力与轴承寿命大幅提高,能够适应载荷要求较高的环境;配合设计有压套工装,使得轴承组装更加方便快捷。

具体实施方式
参照附图1-2,一种组合轴连双列满装球轴承,它包括外圈1、内轴2、非金属套3以及钢球4,所述外圈1的内周面和内轴2的外周面两侧设置有沟槽5(6),沟槽5(6)的外侧均开有环槽7,环槽7内安装有密封圈8;所述钢球4满装在外圈1的内周面沟槽5和内轴2的外周面沟槽6之间,钢球4在外圈1的内周面沟槽5和内轴2的外周面沟槽6内滚动;所述非金属套3压嵌在外圈1内周面中部,套在内轴2的外周面中部,位于两侧钢球4之间,非金属套3与内轴2之间相对滑动,非金属套3两端与钢球4之间具有空隙。
所述非金属套3与外圈1的内周面、内轴2的外周面之间的径向间隙小于0.05mm。
所述非金属套3与外圈1的内周面、内轴2的外周面之间的径向间隙小于钢球与外圈1的内周面沟槽5、内轴2的外周面沟槽6之间的径向间隙。
一种组合轴连满装球轴承组装工艺,它包括以下几个步骤:
(1)利用压套工装9,将非金属套3压嵌在轴承外圈1的内周面中部。
(2)将轴承内轴2穿入外圈1与非金属套3内孔中,调节内轴2位置,使内轴2的外周面沟槽5与外圈1的内周面沟槽5位置对应。
(3)将钢球4放在轴承外圈1与内轴2之间空隙外侧,用敲棒敲击钢球4,使钢球4进入外圈1的内周面沟槽5和内轴2的外周面沟槽5之间。
(4)重复步骤(3)将钢球4一个一个填入外圈1的内周面沟槽5和内轴2的外周面沟槽6之间,至外圈1的内周面沟槽5和内轴2的外周面沟槽6内填满钢球4。
(5)将密封圈8安装在轴承外圈1的内周面与内轴2的外周面两侧环槽7内,完成组合轴连满装球轴承的组装。
在步骤(1)中,所述压套工装9为三阶阶梯式圆柱体,非金属套套在第三阶柱体上,第二阶柱体外周面直径小于轴承外圈1的内周面直径,第一阶柱体外周面直径大于外圈2的外周面直径。

1.一种组合轴连双列满装球轴承,其特征在于,它包括外圈、内轴、非金属套以及钢球,所述外圈的内周面和内轴的外周面两侧设置有沟槽,沟槽的外侧均开有环槽,环槽内安装有密封圈;所述钢球满装在外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽之间,钢球在外圈的内周面沟槽和内轴的外周面沟槽内滚动;所述非金属套压嵌在外圈的内周面中部,套在内轴的外周面中部,位于两侧钢球之间,非金属套与内轴之间相对滑动,非金属套两端与钢球之间具有空隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合轴连双列满装球轴承,其特征是所述非金属套与外圈的内周面、内轴的外周面之间的径向间隙小于0.05mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种组合轴连双列满装球轴承,其特征是所述非金属套与外圈的内周面、内轴的外周面之间的径向间隙小于钢球与外圈的内周面沟槽、内轴的外周面沟槽之间的径向间隙。
4.一种组合轴连满装球轴承组装工艺,其特征在于,它包括以下几个步骤:
(1)利用压套工装,将非金属套压嵌在轴承外圈的内周面中部;
(2)将轴承内轴穿入外圈与非金属套内孔中,调节内轴位置,使内轴的外周面沟槽与外圈的内周面沟槽位置对应;
