Abstract
本发明涉及一种轴承,具体是涉及特殊修型结构的轴承,适应大距离轴向滑移与不对心工况下的运用,应用于连铸机扇形段浮动端支撑、造纸设备、鼓风机、研磨机等,属于冶金领域。包括外圈、修型滚子、内圈;所述的外圈内侧两端分别设有外滚道,所述的内圈内侧中间设有线形内滚道,修型滚子置于外圈与内圈之间。该轴承滚动体工作表面为圆弧球面和直面组合的变曲率表面,可与球面外滚道和线形内滚道配合,有效引导滚子平稳运转,并使轴承能够实现大距离轴向滑移和0.5°以下的不对心运用;同时,避免了原球面滚子轴承的滚子与滚道单点接触造成的滚子运转不平稳现象,可有效引导滚子平稳运转,防止滚子歪斜,无卡滞。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种轴承,具体是涉及特殊修型结构的轴承,适应大距离轴向滑移与不对心工况下的运用,应用于连铸机扇形段浮动端支撑、造纸设备、鼓风机、研磨机等,属于冶金领域。
背景技术 连铸机扇形段浮动端支撑上运用球面滚子轴承,传统的球面滚子轴承在运行中滚子与滚道为单点接触,从而造成滚子运转不平稳、滚子歪斜,产生卡滞,影响整个轴承运转,如轴承在不对心工作状态下,滚子与内外圈滚道偏离无法调整到正常接触状态,难以保证轴承承载区内承载应力均匀。
发明内容 本发明是鉴于上述技术存在的问题,提供了一种特殊修型结构的轴承。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:特殊修型结构的轴承,其特征在于包括外圈、修型滚子、内圈;所述的外圈内侧两端分别设有外滚道,所述的内圈内侧中间设有线形内滚道,修型滚子置于外圈与内圈之间。
所述的滚子为为修型结构,中间为直线表面,两端为圆弧球面。
所述的直线表面与两端的圆弧球面形成双接触点。
安装时,修型滚子的两端圆弧球面与外圈内侧的外滚道配合,中间的直线表面与外圈内侧形成空隙,修型滚子的另一端直线表面与内圈内侧的线形内滚道配合;运行后,如轴承滚子与内外滚道偏离,在0.5°以下的不对心状态时,滚子由于本身为特殊的修型结构能够自动调整与内外圈的接触状态,恢复到正常的内外圈滚道接触状态。
本发明的有益效果在于:该轴承滚动体工作表面为圆弧球面和直面组合的变曲率表面,可与球面外滚道和线形内滚道配合,有效引导滚子平稳运转,并使轴承能够实现大距离轴向滑移和0.5°以下的不对心运用;同时,避免了原球面滚子轴承的滚子与滚道单点接触造成的滚子运转不平稳现象,可有效引导滚子平稳运转,防止滚子歪斜,无卡滞。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
参见图1,本实施例的结构,包括外圈1、修型滚子2、内圈3;所述的外圈1内侧两端分别设有外滚道,所述的内圈3内侧中间设有线形内滚道,修型滚子2置于外圈1与内圈3之间。
所述的滚子为为修型结构,中间为直线表面4,两端为圆弧球面5。
所述的直线表面与两端的圆弧球面形成双接触点。
安装时,修型滚子2的两端圆弧球面5与外圈1内侧的外滚道配合,中间的直线表面4与外圈1内侧形成空隙,修型滚子2的另一端直线表面与内圈1内侧的线形内滚道配合;运行后,如轴承滚子与内外滚道偏离,在0.5°以下的不对心状态时,滚子由于本身为特殊的修型结构能够自动调整与内外圈的接触状态,恢复到正常的内外圈滚道接触状态。

1. 特殊修型结构的轴承,其特征在于包括外圈、修型滚子、内圈;所述的外圈内侧两端分别设有外滚道,所述的内圈内侧中间设有线形内滚道,修型滚子置于外圈与内圈之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的特殊修型结构的轴承,其特征在于所述的滚子为为修型结构,中间为直线表面,两端为圆弧球面。
