本实用新型涉及一种物料输送装置,尤其涉及一种辊筒输送滑道。
背景技术:辊筒输送滑道是装配生产线常用的一种输送装置,由两条直滑道和一条转弯滑道构成。转弯滑道通常由一个半圆形的转弯支架、呈扇形方式布置在该转弯支架顶面的若干辊筒构成;为了保证物料能够顺利通过转弯处,转弯支架必须保持较大的半径,存在占地面积大的缺陷。
发明内容:为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种结构简单、占地面积小的辊筒输送滑道。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它由两条直滑道和一条连接在该两直滑道之间的转弯滑道构成;所述转弯滑道由转弯支架、分布在该转弯支架顶面的若干滚珠构成。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,用滚珠替代原来呈扇形方式分布在转弯支架顶面的辊筒;因此能够实现直角转弯,从而有效地减小了占地面积。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示:转弯滑道连接在两条直滑道之间;所述转弯滑道由转弯支架5、分布在该转弯支架顶面的若干滚珠4构成,所述直滑道由支架1、排列在该支架顶面的若干辊筒2构成。
从图2可以看出:传统辊筒输送滑道的转弯滑道由半圆形的转弯支架5和按扇形方式布置在其顶面的若干辊筒2构成;为了保证物料3能够顺利通过转弯处,转弯支架5必须保持较大的转弯半径,因此占地面积也较大。
