本发明涉及一种除渣切割锯,本除渣切割锯包括有基座、锯片和操作柄,操作柄可转动的安装在基座上,在所述操作柄内设置有驱动电机,所述锯片由驱动电机带动转动;在所述基座上设置有收集罩,所述收集罩正对锯片的锯齿;在收集罩的尾部安装有导流管,导流管的末端与设置在基座上的集尘腔连通;在所述收集罩内同轴的安装有导流扇,所述导流扇与驱动电机电气连接;在所述基座上还设置有喷气枪,所述喷气枪的出气口正对收集罩,在喷气枪的出气口设置有导气环;该切割锯能够有效防止金属残渣飞溅,提高切割锯的使用安全性,有效保护家庭装修。

本发明涉及一种切割器具,特别的,是一种切割锯。
背景技术
切割锯是一种电动工具,可用来切割角钢、管体、木材等,常用于建筑工地、家庭装修中;在切割金属材料时,切割锯的锯片与材料高速摩擦、切削,摩擦产生高温,切割过程中产生较大的火花,金属块上的金属残渣也随之飞溅;高温的金属残渣掉落在地板、墙面或电视柜上后,会对表面的釉质层进行破坏,影响表面的美观,更严重的是,釉质层被破坏后,表面的防水效果下降,墙体、地板容易受潮、渗水,对房屋装修带来较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种除渣切割锯,该切割锯能够有效防止金属残渣飞溅,提高切割锯的使用安全性,有效保护家庭装修。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本除渣切割锯包括有基座、锯片和操作柄,操作柄可转动的安装在基座上,在所述操作柄内设置有驱动电机,所述锯片由驱动电机带动转动;
在所述基座上设置有收集罩,所述收集罩正对锯片的锯齿;在收集罩的尾部安装有导流管,导流管的末端与设置在基座上的集尘腔连通;在所述收集罩内同轴的安装有导流扇,所述导流扇与驱动电机电气连接;
在所述基座上还设置有喷气枪,所述喷气枪的出气口正对收集罩,在喷气枪的出气口设置有导气环。
本发明的有益效果是:将待切割的材料放置在基座上,启动驱动电机,控制操作柄缓慢将锯片放下;驱动电机带动锯片高速转动的同时,带动导流扇高速转动,导流扇形成抽吸扇,它将收集罩外部的气体抽吸入收集罩内部;
锯片切割材料,碎屑在离心力的作用下,沿着锯片的切线方向飞溅;与此同时,喷气枪持续性的喷射高速气流,高速气流引导碎屑向收集罩方向运动,当碎屑接近收集罩时,被收集罩抽吸、抓取,进而收集;收集后的碎屑经过导流管后进入集尘腔。
相较于传统的切割锯,碎屑向外飞溅再撞击在挡板上,碎屑与挡板垂直撞击,难免会发生二次反弹、飞射,出现火花迸射;本发明利用喷气枪引导碎屑移动,在侧向上改变碎屑移动方向,进而实现稳定、全面的收集,不会出现碎屑二次反弹、火花迸射;有效改善了切割时的安全性。
作为优选,在所述喷气枪内设置有电子发射器,在所述收集罩内设置有携带正电的除电网;在所述基座上还平行的设置有异极相对的永磁板,所述永磁板与锯片平行、且分布在锯片的两侧;携带负电的金属碎屑在磁场中运动,受到磁场的作用而发生偏转;该结构能够有效防止金属碎屑飞扬过度、甩出,促进金属碎屑进入收集罩中。

具体实施方式
实施例:
在图1所示的实施例中,本除渣切割锯包括有基座1、锯片2和操作柄3,操作柄3可转动的安装在基座1上,在所述操作柄3内设置有驱动电机,所述锯片2由驱动电机带动转动;
在所述基座1上设置有收集罩5,所述收集罩5正对锯片2的锯齿;在收集罩5的尾部安装有导流管51,导流管51的末端与设置在基座1上的集尘腔11连通;在所述收集罩5内同轴的安装有导流扇52,所述导流扇52与驱动电机电气连接;在所述收集罩5内还设置有携带正电的除电网53;
在所述基座1上还设置有喷气枪4,所述喷气枪4的出气口正对收集罩5,在喷气枪4的出气口设置有导气环41;在所述喷气枪4内设置有电子发射器。
将待切割的材料放置在基座1上,启动驱动电机,控制操作柄3缓慢将锯片2放下;驱动电机带动锯片2高速转动的同时,带动导流扇52高速转动,导流扇52形成抽吸扇,它将收集罩5外部的气体抽吸入收集罩5内部;
在所述基座1上还平行的设置有一对异极相向的永磁板6,所述永磁板6与锯片2平行、且分布在锯片2的两侧。
锯片2切割材料,碎屑在离心力的作用下,沿着锯片2的切线方向飞溅;与此同时,喷气枪4持续性的喷射高速气流,高速气流引导碎屑向收集罩5方向运动,当碎屑接近收集罩5时,被收集罩5抽吸、抓取,进而收集;收集后的碎屑经过导流管51后进入集尘腔11。
在本实施例中,导气环41能够调节喷气枪喷出气体的粗细、聚散程度,便于引导碎屑移动;在本实施例中,喷气枪4喷出的气流携带大量的电子,电子与空气及碎屑结合后,形成负离子风,该负离子风雨收集罩5内携带正电的除电网53相互吸引,有利于碎屑的捕捉、聚拢、收集;同时,在负离子风经过磁场时,带电颗粒在磁场中受到磁场的作用力,进而产生转向力,该转向力能够改变碎屑的运动方向,有效防止碎屑飞扬过度,逃脱收集罩5的吸引,从而进一步的提高收集罩5的收集效果。如图1中点划线为碎屑传统的飞溅方向,喷射角度大,虚线为本发明中碎屑的飞溅方向,其喷射角度小,便于收集罩5的收集、聚拢。
相较于传统的切割锯,碎屑向外飞溅再撞击在挡板上,碎屑与挡板垂直撞击,难免会发生二次反弹、飞射,出现火花迸射;本发明利用喷气枪4引导碎屑移动,在侧向上改变碎屑移动方向,进而实现稳定、全面的收集,不会出现碎屑二次反弹、火花迸射;有效改善了切割时的安全性;能够有效防止火花飞溅带来的家装破坏风险。

Claims (2)

1.一种除渣切割锯,本除渣切割锯包括有基座、锯片和操作柄,操作柄可转动的安装在基座上,在所述操作柄内设置有驱动电机,所述锯片由驱动电机带动转动;其特征在于:在所述基座上设置有收集罩,所述收集罩正对锯片的锯齿;在收集罩的尾部安装有导流管,导流管的末端与设置在基座上的集尘腔连通;在所述收集罩内同轴的安装有导流扇,所述导流扇与驱动电机电气连接;在所述基座上还设置有喷气枪,所述喷气枪的出气口正对收集罩,在喷气枪的出气口设置有导气环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除渣切割锯,其特征在于:在所述喷气枪内设置有电子发射器,在所述收集罩内设置有携带正电的除电网;在所述基座上还平行的设置有异极相对的永磁板,所述永磁板与锯片平行、且分布在锯片的两侧。
