一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、将花盆表面进行清洁处理,干燥待用;S2、将花盆的表面喷底漆,静放8‑10小时,使底漆完全固化;S3、喷所需颜色的水性底漆,并将花盆放入红外线烤箱,2‑4分钟后,干燥完成;S4、按所需效果喷水性漆、油漆或用手绘打点,制成所需效果后进入70‑80℃的烤箱烘烤4‑6分钟,冷却后,手摸没有粘手的感觉,进入下道工序;S5、喷PU面漆或UV面漆,并烤干,即得到带有装饰涂层的花盆。本发明使得花盆的外表面花纹美观、大气,确保了整个花盆的轻盈,而且,工艺简单,制备得到的花盆成本比较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及园艺制品类的花盆装饰技术领域,具体涉及一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺。
背景技术
人们喜欢借助室内植物把大自然清新引到自己的居室、办公室、会展场所或阳台中,不仅改变所在场所的空气质量,而且也为场所添置了一抹绿意花香,使之生机勃勃,让人感到疲劳顿消,心旷神怡。
花盆是一种种植室内制作的器皿载体,种植与花盆内的植物方便管理和移动,能够根据现实需要将其摆成特定形状,目前花盆主要有以下几种材质:陶瓷材质、大理石材质、塑料材质。
陶瓷材质、大理石材质的花盆花纹比较美观、大气,但是缺点在于易碎、过于笨重,价格也较高;塑料材质的花盆虽然比较轻,但是印刷图案比较呆板,不够大气美观。人们更希望有一种类似于大理石、陶瓷花纹,而且轻盈、价格相对较低的花盆。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,以在确保花盆美观大气的前提下,降低成本。
一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将花盆表面进行清洁处理,干燥待用;
S2、将花盆的表面喷底漆,静放8-10小时,使底漆完全固化;
S3、喷所需颜色的水性底漆,并将花盆放入红外线烤箱,2-4分钟后,干燥完成;
S4、按所需效果喷水性漆、油漆或用手绘打点,制成所需效果后进入70-80℃的烤箱烘烤4-6分钟,冷却后,手摸没有粘手的感觉,进入下道工序;
S5、喷PU面漆或UV面漆,并烤干,即得到带有装饰涂层的花盆。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤S1中,所述花盆包括塑料花盆或玻纤花盆。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤S1中,采用PP水或丙酮水进行清洁处理。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤S2中,采用附着力较强的底漆。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤S4中,可以重复喷涂水性漆或油漆,让其自然流成所需效果。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤S5中,喷PU面漆的,在烤干时,利用烤箱在65-75℃下烘干4-6分钟,然后静放12-15小时。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤S5中,喷UV面漆的,在烤干时,用紫外线冷烤2-5分钟。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤S5中,紫外线冷烤的温度为25-30℃。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用塑料花盆或玻纤花盆为基础,通过以上装饰涂层的制作工艺进行加工制成的花盆,用肉眼几乎难与真正的大理石、陶瓷花纹区分,使得花盆的外表面花纹美观、大气,同时,采用的塑料花盆或玻纤花盆为基础,确保了整个花盆的轻盈,而且,工艺简单,制备得到的花盆成本比较低。

具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用塑料花盆,将花盆表面采用PP水进行清洁处理,干燥待用;
S2、将花盆的表面喷底漆,采用附着力较强的底漆,静放8小时,使底漆完全固化;
S3、喷所需颜色的水性底漆,并将花盆放入红外线烤箱,2分钟后,干燥完成;
S4、按所需效果喷水性漆,重复喷涂水性漆,让其自然流成所需效果(仿大理石纹路),制成所需效果后进入70℃的烤箱烘烤4分钟,冷却后,手摸没有粘手的感觉,进入下道工序;
S5、喷PU面漆,利用烤箱在65℃下烘干4分钟,然后静放12小时,即得到带有仿大理石花纹装饰涂层或仿陶瓷花纹装饰涂层的花盆。
实施例2
一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用玻纤花盆,将花盆表面采用丙酮水进行清洁处理,干燥待用;
S2、将花盆的表面喷底漆,采用附着力较强的底漆,静放8小时,使底漆完全固化;
S3、喷所需颜色的水性底漆,并将花盆放入红外线烤箱,2分钟后,干燥完成;
S4、按所需效果喷油漆,让其自然流成所需效果,制成所需效果后进入70℃的烤箱烘烤4分钟,冷却后,手摸没有粘手的感觉,进入下道工序;
S5、喷UV面漆,用紫外线冷烤2分钟,紫外线冷烤的温度为25℃,即得到带有仿陶瓷花纹装饰涂层的花盆。
实施例3
一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用塑料花盆或玻纤花盆,将花盆表面采用丙酮水进行清洁处理,干燥待用;
S2、将花盆的表面喷底漆,采用附着力较强的底漆,静放9小时,使底漆完全固化;
S3、喷所需颜色的水性底漆,并将花盆放入红外线烤箱,3分钟后,干燥完成;
S4、按所需效果用手绘打点,制成所需效果后进入75℃的烤箱烘烤5分钟,冷却后,手摸没有粘手的感觉,进入下道工序;
S5、喷PU面漆利用烤箱在70℃下烘干5分钟,然后静放13小时即得到带有仿陶瓷花纹装饰涂层的花盆。
实施例4
一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用玻纤花盆,将花盆表面采用丙酮水进行清洁处理,干燥待用;
S2、将花盆的表面喷底漆,采用附着力较强的底漆,静放10小时,使底漆完全固化;
S3、喷所需颜色的水性底漆,并将花盆放入红外线烤箱,4分钟后,干燥完成;
S4、按所需效果喷水性漆,重复喷涂水性漆或油漆,让其自然流成所需效果,制成所需效果后进入80℃的烤箱烘烤6分钟,冷却后,手摸没有粘手的感觉,进入下道工序;
S5、喷PU面漆利用烤箱在75℃下烘干6分钟,然后静放15小时即得到带有仿大理石花纹装饰涂层花盆。
实施例5
一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用玻纤花盆,将花盆表面采用PP水进行清洁处理,干燥待用;
S2、将花盆的表面喷底漆,采用附着力较强的底漆,静放9小时,使底漆完全固化;
S3、喷所需颜色的水性底漆,并将花盆放入红外线烤箱,3分钟后,干燥完成;
S4、按所需效果油漆,重复喷涂水性漆或油漆,让其自然流成所需效果,制成所需效果后进入80℃的烤箱烘烤5分钟,冷却后,手摸没有粘手的感觉,进入下道工序;
S5、喷UV面漆,用紫外线冷烤5分钟,紫外线冷烤的温度为30℃,即得到带有仿陶瓷花纹装饰涂层的花盆。

Claims (8)

1.一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将花盆表面进行清洁处理,干燥待用;
S2、将花盆的表面喷底漆,静放8-10小时,使底漆完全固化;
S3、喷所需颜色的水性底漆,并将花盆放入红外线烤箱,2-4分钟后,干燥完成;
S4、按所需效果喷水性漆、油漆或用手绘打点,制成所需效果后进入70-80℃的烤箱烘烤4-6分钟,冷却后,手摸没有粘手的感觉,进入下道工序;
S5、喷PU面漆或UV面漆,并烤干,即得到带有装饰涂层的花盆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述花盆包括塑料花盆或玻纤花盆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,步骤S1中,采用PP水或丙酮水进行清洁处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,步骤S2中,采用附着力较强的底漆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,步骤S4中,可以重复喷涂水性漆或油漆,让其自然流成所需效果。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石仿陶瓷的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,步骤S5中,喷PU面漆的,在烤干时,利用烤箱在65-75℃下烘干4-6分钟,然后静放12-15小时。
