Abstract

本发明公开了一种均匀煅烧窑装置,包括用于整机动力的电机、用于降低转速的减速器,用于装载物料的煅烧窑体,用于密封的封盖,用于支撑煅烧窑体的底座,搅拌器通过轴承安装在煅烧窑体上,电机通过第一联轴器与减速器连接,减速器通过第二联轴器与搅拌器连接,煅烧窑体远离电机一端开有出料孔,本发明解决了传统类似装置煅烧不均匀,效率低的问题,利用搅拌器结构搅拌的功能,实现了煅烧时连续混料作业,增加了煅烧的均匀性,降低了成本,采用拌料块和搅拌片协同工作,更有效使物料充分煅烧,具有结构稳定性高,可操纵性强,煅烧效果好的优点。

一种均匀煅烧窑装置
技术领域
本发明属于化工原料加工设备技术领域,特别是煅烧窑装置。
背景技术
目前化工厂物料煅烧的主要设备有回转窑、立式炒锅、沸腾炉及彼德磨;回转窑可分为水平回转窑,套筒式回转窑。水平回转窑又分顺流式和逆流式两种,即指物料与热流方向相同或相反。顺流式为低温煅烧石膏,而逆流式为高温煅烧石膏。回转窑的燃烧方式有直接加热( 内烧式) 和间接( 外烧式和内加热管式) 加热两种。
内烧连续式煅烧窑,主要是利用高温热烟气与原料的直接接触来完成物料的煅烧脱水,由于物料与烟气为直接完成热交换,设备热效率和热利用率均较高,煅烧速度快,生产能耗低,缺点是燃料燃烧中的粉尘和杂质被带入到了原料中,。
外烧式和内加热管式煅烧窑,主要是利用高温热烟气与原料的间接接触来完成物料的煅烧脱水,由于物料与烟气以间接方式完成热交换,不会污染原料,但是换热效率一般较低,生产能耗偏高。这种煅烧窑中,设置有一根或多根加热管,原料围绕在加热管周围;为了提高原料与加热管的接触机率,提高热效率,有的在煅烧窑中设计有扬料板,随着煅烧窑的旋转,扬料板搅动物料不停运动。煅烧过程中物料不停的运动,煅烧时物料比表面积越大,原料与热源的接触面积越大,传热速度越快,热效率越高,设备越节能。
近几年国内专利数据库公开了一些类似的β石膏煅烧窑技术报道:
【申请号】ZL2015103929584,【名称】一种β石膏煅烧窑,【公开号】CN 105130229A,公开了一种β石膏煅烧窑,包括窑身、反应室、加热管、物料进口、物料废气出口、物料出口、热源高温气体进口、热源废气出口、导流管、扬料板;在窑身上设计有热源高温气体与物料的顺流式通道,加热管为热源高温气体与物料的逆流式通道,窑身热源通道通过导流管与加热管连通,该窑身热源通道与加热管热源通道组成顺流式和逆流式综合体;扬料板位于反应室中,固定在窑身内壁上,扬料板设计成将反应室均匀等分的隔板。但由于该装置过于复杂,装置成本高,可靠性低的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种性能优良、煅烧均匀的均匀煅烧窑装置,解决传统类似装置煅烧不均匀,效率低的问题。
本发明提供一种均匀煅烧窑装置,包括用于整机动力的电机、用于降低转速的减速器,用于装载物料的煅烧窑体,用于密封的封盖,用于支撑煅烧窑体的底座,搅拌器通过轴承安装在煅烧窑体上,电机通过第一联轴器与减速器连接,减速器通过第二联轴器与搅拌器连接,煅烧窑体远离电机一端开有出料孔。
所述的搅拌器包括转轴、搅拌片、拌料块,搅拌片具有螺旋形状,拌料块安装在搅拌片上。
所述的封盖具有烟气孔。
本发明采用加入新型搅拌装置的设计,利用搅拌器结构搅拌的功能,实现煅烧时连续混料作业,增加煅烧的均匀性,降低了成本,采用拌料块和搅拌片协同工作,更有效使物料充分煅烧,解决了传统类似装置煅烧不均匀,效率低的问题,结构稳定性高,可操纵性强,煅烧效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明主要包括用于整机动力的电机1、用于降低转速的减速器2,用于装载物料的煅烧窑体4,用于密封的封盖5,用于支撑煅烧窑体4的底座7,搅拌器通过轴承安装在煅烧窑体4上,电机1通过第一联轴器6与减速器2连接,减速器2通过第二联轴器3与搅拌器连接,煅烧窑体4远离电机1一端开有出料孔8,搅拌器包括转轴9、搅拌片10、拌料块11,搅拌片10具有螺旋形状,拌料块11安装在搅拌片10上。
工作时,将原料投入煅烧窑体4中远离出料孔8所在部分,封闭封盖5,煤烟热气从封盖5上的孔进入煅烧窑体4,开动电机1,电机1通过减速器2带动转轴9转动,拌料块11和搅拌片10共同混料,搅拌片10在混料的同时缓慢将料往出料孔8推送。

1.一种均匀煅烧窑装置,包括用于整机动力的电机(1)、用于降低转速的减速器(2),用于装载物料的煅烧窑体(4),用于密封的封盖(5),用于支撑煅烧窑体(4)的底座(7),其特征在于:搅拌器通过轴承安装在煅烧窑体(4)上,电机(1)通过第一联轴器(6)与减速器(2)连接,减速器(2)通过第二联轴器(3)与搅拌器连接,煅烧窑体(4)远离电机(1)一端开有出料孔(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的均匀煅烧窑装置,其特征在于:所述的搅拌器包括转轴(9)、搅拌片(10)、拌料块(11),搅拌片(10)组合具有螺旋形状,拌料块(11)安装在搅拌片(10)上,所述的封盖(5)具有烟气孔。
