Abstract
本发明公开了一种冲压机械用润滑油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:III类基础油100‑300份、PAO合成油500‑800份、矿物油50‑80份、动植物油脂10‑20份、二烷基二硫代磷酸酚锌盐1‑5份、石油磺酸盐5‑7份、苯甲酸1‑6份、T2XX抗氧抗腐剂3‑5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯1‑3份、PPD改进剂1‑2份、三乙基己基磷酸1‑5份。本发明的冲压机械用润滑油,用合成油作为基础油添加矿物油与脂类油,然后以III类基础油作为中和油加入添加剂,能够合理控制润滑油油的挥发时间,提高冲压过程中的润滑和冷却效果,并消除了环境污染,改善了生产环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲压机械用润滑油。
背景技术
目前市场上大多数冲压油是由石油提取物组成,由于是从石油中提取,有一定的石蜡成分,石蜡在应用中无法挥发,因为应用于制冷压缩机电机是不允许含有石蜡成分的,所以,在冲压硅钢片时无法使用。另外的一些冲压油,挥发太快,这会造成生产现场环境严重污染,而且由于挥发太快,造成高速冲模在冲制冲片时,冲片的应力集中,冲片毛刺较大,局部冲片的涂层会破损,对电机性能尤其是电机效率造成了很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种提高冲压过程中的润滑和冷却效果,并消除了环境污染,改善了生产环境的冲压机械用润滑油。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种冲压机械用润滑油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:III类基础油100-300份、PAO合成油500-800份、矿物油50-80份、动植物油脂10-20份、二烷基二硫代磷酸酚锌盐1-5份、石油磺酸盐5-7份、苯甲酸1-6份、T2XX抗氧抗腐剂3-5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯1-3份、PPD改进剂1-2份、三乙基己基磷酸1-5份。
进一步的,一种冲压机械用润滑油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:III类基础油150-200份、PAO合成油600-700份、矿物油60-70份、动植物油脂10-15份、二烷基二硫代磷酸酚锌盐1-3份、石油磺酸盐5-6份、苯甲酸3-5份、T2XX抗氧抗腐剂3-5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯1-3份、PPD改进剂1-2份、三乙基己基磷酸3-5份。
再进一步的,一种冲压机械用润滑油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:III类基础油180份、PAO合成油650份、矿物油65份、动植物油脂12份、二烷基二硫代磷酸酚锌盐2份、石油磺酸盐5份、苯甲酸4份、T2XX抗氧抗腐剂4份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯2份、PPD改进剂1份、三乙基己基磷酸4份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的冲压机械用润滑油,用合成油作为基础油添加矿物油与脂类油,然后以III类基础油作为中和油加入添加剂,能够合理控制润滑油油的挥发时间,提高冲压过程中的润滑和冷却效果,并消除了环境污染,改善了生产环境。

具体实施例2:一种冲压机械用润滑油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:III类基础油180份、PAO合成油650份、矿物油65份、动植物油脂12份、二烷基二硫代磷酸酚锌盐2份、石油磺酸盐5份、苯甲酸4份、T2XX抗氧抗腐剂4份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯2份、PPD改进剂1份、三乙基己基磷酸4份。
具体实施例3:一种冲压机械用润滑油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:III类基础油300份、PAO合成油800份、矿物油80份、动植物油脂20份、二烷基二硫代磷酸酚锌盐5份、石油磺酸盐7份、苯甲酸6份、T2XX抗氧抗腐剂5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯3份、PPD改进剂2份、三乙基己基磷酸5份。

1.一种冲压机械用润滑油,其特征在于:按照以下原料的重量份数组成:III类基础油100-300份、PAO合成油500-800份、矿物油50-80份、动植物油脂10-20份、二烷基二硫代磷酸酚锌盐1-5份、石油磺酸盐5-7份、苯甲酸1-6份、T2XX抗氧抗腐剂3-5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯1-3份、PPD改进剂1-2份、三乙基己基磷酸1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压机械用润滑油,其特征在于:按照以下原料的重量份数组成:III类基础油150-200份、PAO合成油600-700份、矿物油60-70份、动植物油脂10-15份、二烷基二硫代磷酸酚锌盐1-3份、石油磺酸盐5-6份、苯甲酸3-5份、T2XX抗氧抗腐剂3-5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯1-3份、PPD改进剂1-2份、三乙基己基磷酸3-5份。
