Abstract
本发明涉及硅晶体生产技术领域,特别是一种硅晶体切削液,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂15‑20份,低泡聚醚23‑30份,乳化螯合剂5‑10份,乙二胺多价酸12‑18份,防腐杀菌剂5‑15份,2‑氨基‑2‑甲基‑1‑丙醇胺15‑30份,有机酸10‑22份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯8‑15份。采用上述配方后,本发明的硅晶体切削液具有良好的润滑、防锈、清洗、冷却和沉降效果;另外,能够解决目前硅晶体切削液防锈性差和渗透性不足的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及硅晶体生产技术领域,特别是一种硅晶体切削液。
背景技术
目前市场上硅晶体切削液不是很多,硅本身是一种比较容易腐蚀的材质,作为晶体本体,它是一种很精密,光洁度要求很高的材质,特别是在刚加工完,容易出现蚀斑,影响后续加工的精度和使用要求,另外一些沉降性能不好的硅晶体切削液,一些晶体碎屑容易残留在材质表面,导致晶体表面光洁度不够或者划伤,另外就是硅晶体加工是持续不断的,加工压力比较大,要求比较严,一些切削液泡沫比较大,容易造成现场机床报警等供压不足现象,以及晶体表面残留泡沫导致“白斑”等不良现象。
中国发明专利CN 104673472 A公开了一种硅晶体切削液,包括以下质量百分比的组合:pH调节剂5-15%、乳化螯合剂3-8%、低泡聚醚8-18%、金属保护剂3-8%、其余为去离子水。它是一种融合先进的表面处理技术,拥有优异的金属抗腐蚀能力、卓越的沉降性能以及强啊的抑泡能力的硅晶体切削液。在硅晶体切削液的使用过程中,液体能够保持清澈透明,表面无废渣和泡沫,几乎可以做到起多少泡沫,下一秒全部消完,加工出来的工件更是光亮如新,无腐蚀和变色,它的使用寿命非常长,无需担心长菌的现象,变相的节约了成本和减少了不必要的维护以及损耗,产品中不含对环境有害的物质,经处理后排放不会导致环境恶化。

本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能电池用电极浆料。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明的一种硅晶体切削液,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂15-20份,低泡聚醚23-30份,乳化螯合剂5-10份,乙二胺多价酸12-18份,防腐杀菌剂5-15份,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇胺15-30份,有机酸10-22份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯8-15份。
进一步的,所述有机酸为油酸、十一酸、十二酸、正辛酸和异辛酸中的一种。
更进一步的,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂15份,低泡聚醚23份,乳化螯合剂5份,乙二胺多价酸12份,防腐杀菌剂5份,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇胺15份,油酸10份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯8份。
更进一步的,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂20份,低泡聚醚30份,乳化螯合剂10份,乙二胺多价酸18份,防腐杀菌剂15份,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇胺30份,十一酸22份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯15份。

采用上述配方后,本发明的硅晶体切削液具有良好的润滑、防锈、清洗、冷却和沉降效果;另外,能够解决目前硅晶体切削液防锈性差和渗透性不足的问题。

1.一种硅晶体切削液,其特征在于,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂15-20份,低泡聚醚23-30份,乳化螯合剂5-10份,乙二胺多价酸12-18份,防腐杀菌剂5-15份,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇胺15-30份,有机酸10-22份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯8-15份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种硅晶体切削液,其特征在于:所述有机酸为油酸、十一酸、十二酸、正辛酸和异辛酸中的一种。
3.按照权利要求2所述的一种硅晶体切削液,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂15份,低泡聚醚23份,乳化螯合剂5份,乙二胺多价酸12份,防腐杀菌剂5份,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇胺15份,油酸10份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯8份。
4.按照权利要求2所述的一种硅晶体切削液,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂20份,低泡聚醚30份,乳化螯合剂10份,乙二胺多价酸18份,防腐杀菌剂15份,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇胺30份,十一酸22份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯15份。
5.按照权利要求2所述的一种硅晶体切削液,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂18份,低泡聚醚26份,乳化螯合剂8份,乙二胺多价酸15份,防腐杀菌剂12份,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇胺23份,十二酸17份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯11份。
6.按照权利要求2所述的一种硅晶体切削液,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:pH调节剂15份,低泡聚醚23份,乳化螯合剂5份,乙二胺多价酸12份,防腐杀菌剂5份,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇胺15份,正辛酸10份,三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯8份。
