技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘结剂,尤其涉及一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂。
背景技术
玻璃钢即纤维强化塑料,一般指用玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚脂、环氧树脂与酚醛树脂基体。以玻璃纤维或其制品作增强材料的增强塑料,称谓为玻璃纤维增强塑料,或称谓玻璃钢。具有质轻而硬,不导电,机械强度高,回收利用少,耐腐蚀等优点。可以代替钢材制造机器零件和汽车、船舶外壳等。现有的玻璃钢通常需要通过胶粘剂粘结在物体表面以达到使用效果,但是粘结效果差,不能满足需求。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂,包括以下重量份的组分:
树脂 40-50份;
抗静电剂 1-3份;
抗氧化剂 2-4份;
二氧化硅 0.5-1.5份;
增稠剂 0.3-0.8份;
烟草灰 5-10份;
引发剂 1-3份。
进一步的,所述抗静电剂为石墨。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠。
进一步的,所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰或磷酸三丁酯。
进一步的,所述树脂为环氧树脂或酚醛树脂。
本发明的有益效果是:以树脂为主要原料,添加的烟草灰和其它物质制成的粘结剂粘结力强、防水性好,性能优越,同时制作成本低,适用于各行各业的需求。

一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂,包括以下重量份的组分:
环氧树脂 40份;
石墨 1份;
抗氧化剂 2份;
二氧化硅 0.5份;
氢氧化铝 0.3份;
烟草灰 5份;
过氧化苯甲酰 1份。
本发明的有益效果是:以树脂为主要原料,添加的烟草灰和其它物质制成的粘结剂粘结力强、防水性好,性能优越,同时制作成本低,适用于各行各业的需求。

一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂,包括以下重量份的组分:
酚醛树脂 45份;
石墨 2份;
抗氧化剂 3份;
二氧化硅 1份;
氢氧化钙 0.5份;
烟草灰 7份;
磷酸三丁酯 2份。
本发明的有益效果是:以树脂为主要原料,添加的烟草灰和其它物质制成的粘结剂粘结力强、防水性好,性能优越,同时制作成本低,适用于各行各业的需求。
实施例3
一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂,包括以下重量份的组分:
酚醛树脂 50份;
石墨 3份;
抗氧化剂 4份;
二氧化硅 1.5份;
氢氧化钠 0.8份;
烟草灰 10份;
磷酸三丁酯 3份。
本发明的有益效果是:以树脂为主要原料,添加的烟草灰和其它物质制成的粘结剂粘结力强、防水性好,性能优越,同时制作成本低,适用于各行各业的需求。

树脂 40-50份;
抗静电剂 1-3份;
抗氧化剂 2-4份;
二氧化硅 0.5-1.5份;
增稠剂 0.3-0.8份;
烟草灰 5-10份;
引发剂 1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为石墨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰或磷酸三丁酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度塑料模具钢用粘结剂,其特征在于:所述树脂为环氧树脂或酚醛树脂。
