Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有大红粉的闪光型粉末涂料,其特征在于其配方按重量配比组成中含有如下组份:双酚A型环氧树脂28-30份、饱和聚酯树脂28-30份、沈淀硫酸钡25-28份、流平消泡剂1-1.2份、硬脂酸0.5-1份、二氧化钛7-9份、碳黑0.5-1份、大红粉3-4份;将各组份经过混合,然后熔融挤出冷压成片料,再将片料破碎磨成粉末,将粉末过筛后粉末同粒径为30-50毫米的铝粉混合,制成成品闪光型粉末涂料;采用上述配方与工艺制的闪光型粉末涂料,具有闪光效果稳定,持久的特点。

Description

一种含有大红粉的闪光型粉末涂料
技术领域
本发明属于金属涂料技术领域,具体公开了一种含有大红粉的闪光型涂料。
背景技术
偶氮有机颜料大红粉广泛应用于涂料、油墨、油漆、皮革、橡胶、塑料、乳胶制品、建材及化妆品等的着色功能。相对于无机颜料,现有的含有大红粉的涂料配方与艺,存在着耐光度低、耐候性较差、遮盖力较差以及成本较高等缺点,难以满足使用要求。有机颜料工业一直在通过简单混合法添加无机填料的方式降低成本,但这种方式已经不能满足提高有机颜料耐光、耐热及耐候性的要求。如何采用最佳的配比与艺,提高涂料的耐热性和水分散性,包括颜料的色力、色光和遮盖力就成了大家共同努力的方向。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种利用色料浮色原理,采用二次喷涂,经过高温烘烤,浮色于工件表面,能有效提高涂料颜色的渗透性、分散性及稳定持久性的含有大红粉的涂料。
本发明为解决其技术问题而提供的技术方案为:
一种含有大红粉的闪光型粉末涂料,其特征在于其配方按重量配比组成中含有如下组份 :双酚A型环氧树脂28-30份、饱和聚酯树脂28-30份、沈淀硫酸钡25-28份、流平消泡剂1-1.2份、硬脂酸0.5-1份、二氧化钛7-9份、碳黑0.5-1份、大红粉3-4份。
其工艺为将各组份经过混合,然后熔融挤出冷压成片料,再将片料破碎磨成粉末,将粉末过筛后粉末同粒径为30-50毫米的铝粉混合,制成成品闪光型粉末涂料。
铝粉的重量配比为3份。
本发明相比现有技术有益的技术效果:
采用上述配方与工艺制成的涂料,当工件涂装完成后,即进行二次喷涂,经过高温烘烤后浮色于工件表面,使颜料渗透到粉末涂料中,造成闪光效果,并能有效提高涂料的装饰性及持久性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的配方对本发明作进上步的描述:
实施例一
配方按重量配比组成中含有如下组份 :双酚A型环氧树脂30份、饱和聚酯树脂30份、沈淀硫酸钡25份、流平消泡剂1份、硬脂酸0.5份、二氧化钛7份、碳黑0.5份、大红粉3份。
其工艺为将各组份经过混合,然后熔融挤出冷压成片料,再将片料破碎磨成粉末,将粉末过筛后粉末同粒径为30-50毫米的铝粉混合,制成成品闪光型粉末涂料。
铝粉的重量配比为3份。
实施例二

1.一种含有大红粉的闪光型粉末涂料,其特征在于其配方按重量配比组成中含有如下组份 :双酚A型环氧树脂28-30份、饱和聚酯树脂28-30份、沈淀硫酸钡25-28份、流平消泡剂1-1.2份、硬脂酸0.5-1份、二氧化钛7-9份、碳黑0.5-1份、大红粉3-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有大红粉的闪光型粉末涂料,其特征在于其工艺为将各组份经过混合,然后熔融挤出冷压成片料,再将片料破碎磨成粉末,将粉末过筛后粉末同粒径为30-50毫米的铝粉混合,制成成品闪光型粉末涂料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有大红粉的闪光型粉末涂料,其特征在于铝粉的重量配比为3份。
