本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体提供了一种抗菌ABS色母粒,由如下重量份数的组分组成:PE载体100~120份;色粉2~20份;表面处理剂5~10份;分散剂3~8份;热稳定剂0.5~3份;塑料抗菌剂0.1~10份。本发明抗菌效果好,制作工艺简单,易于操作,生产成本低,对环境污染较小,有较广阔的应用前景,解决了现有色母粒热稳定性差造成的颜色不稳定、色差不易控制等问题。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌ABS色母粒。
背景技术
色母料是由树脂和大量颜料(达50%)或染料配制成高浓度颜色的混合物。色母又名色种,是一种把超常量的颜料或染料均匀载附于树脂之中而制得的聚集体。企业加工时用少量色母料和未着色树脂掺混,就可达到设计颜料浓度的着色树脂,由于它具有优异的机械强度、电绝缘性、耐热性和耐化学品性,因而它主要应用于合成纤维、电器绝缘材料和胶片等领。但是随着色母粒广泛的应用,对色母粒也提出更好的要求,在成型加工时由于色母粒热稳定性差容易造成颜色不稳定、色差不易控制等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种提高颜色的均匀性和稳定性,抗菌效果较好,可降低生产成本低的抗菌ABS色母粒。
为此,本发明提供了一种抗菌ABS色母粒,由如下重量份数的组分组成:PE载体100~ 120份;色粉2 ~ 20份;表面处理剂5~10份;分散剂3 ~ 8份;热稳定剂0 .5 ~ 3份;塑料抗菌剂0.1 ~ 10份。

作为优选,由如下重量份数的组分组成:PE载体120份;色粉20份;表面处理剂10份;分散剂8份;热稳定剂3份;塑料抗菌剂10份。
作为优选,由如下重量份数的组分组成:PE载体110份;色粉8份;表面处理剂7份;分散剂3份;热稳定剂0 .8份;塑料抗菌剂0.8份。
作为优选,所述色粉为无机色粉。
作为优选,所述无机色粉为钛白粉、炭黑、氧化铁红或者氧化铁黄。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的这种抗菌ABS色母粒,抗菌效果好,制作工艺简单,易于操作,生产成本低,对环境污染较小,有较广阔的应用前景,解决了现有色母粒热稳定性差造成的颜色不稳定、色差不易控制等问题。

实施例1:本实施例提供了一种抗菌ABS色母粒,由如下重量份数的组分组成:PE载体100 ~ 120份;色粉2 ~ 20份;表面处理剂5~10份;分散剂3 ~ 8份;热稳定剂0 .5 ~ 3份;塑料抗菌剂0.1 ~ 10份。
实施例2,根据实施例1所述的抗菌ABS色母粒中:由如下重量份数的组分组成:PE载体100份;色粉2份;表面处理剂5份;分散剂3份;热稳定剂0 .5份;塑料抗菌剂0.1份。
实施例3,根据实施例1或2所述的抗菌ABS色母粒中:由如下重量份数的组分组成:PE载体120份;色粉20份;表面处理剂10份;分散剂8份;热稳定剂3份;塑料抗菌剂10份。
实施例4,根据实施例1-3任意所述的抗菌ABS色母粒中:由如下重量份数的组分组成:PE载体110份;色粉8份;表面处理剂7份;分散剂3份;热稳定剂0 .8份;塑料抗菌剂0.8份。
实施例5,根据实施例1-4任意所述的抗菌ABS色母粒中:所述色粉为无机色粉。
实施例6,根据实施例1-5任意所述的抗菌ABS色母粒中:所述无机色粉为钛白粉、炭黑、氧化铁红或者氧化铁黄。
