本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体提供了一种环保PVC黑色母料,由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氟乙烯100~120份;炭黑2~30份;聚乙烯低分子蜡3~8份;硬脂酸盐3~8份;热稳定剂0.5~3份。本发明着色效果好,制作工艺简单,易于操作,生产成本低,对环境污染较小,有较广阔的应用前景,解决了现有色母粒热稳定性差造成的颜色不稳定、色差不易控制等问题。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保PVC黑色母料。
背景技术
色母料是由树脂和大量颜料(达50%)或染料配制成高浓度颜色的混合物。色母又名色种,是一种把超常量的颜料或染料均匀载附于树脂之中而制得的聚集体。企业加工时用少量色母料和未着色树脂掺混,就可达到设计颜料浓度的着色树脂,由于它具有优异的机械强度、电绝缘性、耐热性和耐化学品性,因而它主要应用于合成纤维、电器绝缘材料和胶片等领。但是随着色母粒广泛的应用,对色母粒也提出更好的要求,在成型加工时由于色母粒热稳定性差容易造成颜色不稳定、色差不易控制等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种提高颜色的均匀性和稳定性,抗老化效果较好,可降低生产成本低的环保PVC黑色母料。
为此,本发明提供了一种环保PVC黑色母料,由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氟乙烯100 ~ 120份;炭黑2 ~ 30份;聚乙烯低分子蜡3 ~ 8份;硬脂酸盐3 ~8份;热稳定剂0 .5~ 3份。

作为优选,由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氟乙烯120份;炭黑30份;聚乙烯低分子蜡8份;硬脂酸盐8份;热稳定剂3份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的这种环保PVC黑色母料,着色效果好,制作工艺简单,易于操作,生产成本低,对环境污染较小,有较广阔的应用前景,解决了现有色母粒热稳定性差造成的颜色不稳定、色差不易控制等问题。

实施例1:本实施例提供了一种环保PVC黑色母料,由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氟乙烯100 ~ 120份;炭黑2 ~ 30份;聚乙烯低分子蜡3 ~ 8份;硬脂酸盐3 ~8份;热稳定剂0.5 ~ 3份。
实施例2,根据实施例1所述的环保PVC黑色母料中:由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氟乙烯100份;炭黑2份;聚乙烯低分子蜡3份;硬脂酸盐3份;热稳定剂0 .5份。
实施例3,根据实施例1或2所述的环保PVC黑色母料中:由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氟乙烯120份;炭黑30份;聚乙烯低分子蜡8份;硬脂酸盐8份;热稳定剂3份。
实施例4,根据实施例1-3任意所述的环保PVC黑色母料中:由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氟乙烯110份;炭黑30份;聚乙烯低分子蜡5份;硬脂酸盐5份;热稳定剂0 .5份。
