基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种用于交通指示牌外壳的橡胶材料,交联密度极高,防水性能极强,耐老化性好,不仅拉伸强度高,而且具有较大的弯曲模量及较强的缺口冲击强度。

优选地,聚丙烯复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将5-12份碳纤维置于浓度为12-14wt%的1-己基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐乙醇稀释液中浸渍,过滤,60-70℃烘干,升温至90-96℃,保温1-2h,加入20-40份聚丙烯、5-10份煅烧麦饭石、0.2-0.6份硅烷偶联剂,升温至300-320℃搅拌5-12min,搅拌速度为1400-1600r/min,冷却,干燥得到聚丙烯复合物。
本发明采用聚硫橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯复合物复配,经1,1-双-(叔丁基过氧)环己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(苯甲酰过氧)己烷、重铬酸钾组成硫化体系交联固化,交联密度极高,使本发明防水性能极强,耐老化性好,加工性好;而在聚丙烯复合物中,碳纤维浸渍在1-己基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐的乙醇稀释液中,对碳纤维表面活化,与聚丙烯、煅烧麦饭石反应,碳纤维与煅烧麦饭石结合在聚丙烯表面,不仅拉伸强度高,而且具有较大的弯曲模量及较强的缺口冲击强度;其与沉淀法白炭黑、青石棉、二氧化硅、玻璃微珠分散性好,混合均匀性能好,使本发明密度高,结合力强,防水与耐老化性能进一步增强,进一步采用四季戊四醇酯、水杨酸对叔丁基苯酯协同作用,可促进韧性与硬度达到均衡不易折断,力学性能进一步增强。

6.根据权利要求3-5任一项所述用于交通指示牌外壳的橡胶材料,其特征在于,聚丙烯复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将5-12份碳纤维置于浓度为12-14wt%的1-己基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐乙醇稀释液中浸渍,过滤,60-70℃烘干,升温至90-96℃,保温1-2h,加入20-40份聚丙烯、5-10份煅烧麦饭石、0.2-0.6份硅烷偶联剂,升温至300-320℃搅拌5-12min,搅拌速度为1400-1600r/min,冷却,干燥得到聚丙烯复合物。
