Description

贮存容器的制作方法
本发明涉及一种贮存容器的制作方法,其中容器本体用薄板材,尤其是用铝带材或者镀锡带钢经深冲压而成以及至少在其平的法兰周边上涂有涂层,特别是密封涂层;并且,在压力和/或温度的作用下,使涂有另一种涂层,特别是另一种密封涂层,将由薄膜材料,尤其是由铝箔制成的盖密封在法兰周边上。
德国专利DE 33 44 441公开了上述方法,其中容器本体和盖在密封过程中相互密封结合,同时,在压力和/或温度的作用下,借助于密封工具使密封涂层密封。密封过程是在容器本体装入待贮存物之后进行。在这种装入过程中,不可能排除待贮存物会部分落在贮存容器的平法兰周边上的情况,以致使密封层断开并在随后的密封过程可能出现密封不良的问题。
为此,实际上,有一种贮存容器的制作方法被公开,该方法把一密封中间层(即所谓“密封环”)附加到容器本体上,该密封中间层与盖或者盖状薄膜呈层状结合,并且在贮存容器装满之后可贴在容器本体的法兰周边上。这种方法的一个缺点在于,通常形成密封环的容器本体和密封中间层必须相互分开地制作。在制作密封环时,同时产生了较多的加工上有限制的边角料,因为密封环仅需要放在法兰周边平面上,而环内以及相邻环之间的薄板材就无用。
德国专利DE-OS 15 86 288公开了另一种贮存容器的制作方法。其中应用一种由热塑性塑料构成的附加封入的密封中间层。
本发明的目的在于提供一种经济性得以改善的贮存容器的制作方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种贮存容器的制作方法,容器本体用薄板材经深冲压而成,该薄板材可以是铝带材或镀锡带钢,且至少在其平的法兰周边上涂有密封涂层;在压力和/或温度的作用下,用密封涂层将盖薄膜密封在密封中间层上,盖薄膜可由铝箔制成。为了制作具有附加的密封中间层的容器本体,该密封中间层是在密封过程中被封入容器本体的,首先,由薄板材冲压出容器本体和密封中间层连在一起的下料毛坯,接着在法兰周边区使密封中间层与容器本体分开,然后经深冲压的容器本体向其法兰周边扩展后和/或将密封中间层的尺寸缩减后,将密封中间层放到容器本体的法兰周边上。
密封中间层为密封环。
经深冲的容器本体以锥形进行扩展或逐渐向法兰周边扩展。
容器本体经深冲压之后可与密封中间层分开。
密封中间层通过物料装封可与盖薄膜结合,接着放在法兰周边上。
通过使密封中间层的外周边折向内周边,可缩减密封中间层的尺寸。
在压力作用下可使密封中间层的外周边折向内周边。
这样,本发明就达到了提高经济性的目的,其中通过一起制作密封中间层及容器本体,可大大地减少边角料(废料部分),因为在材料上可以合理地应用容器本体和密封中间层在一起的下料毛坯,通过周边区外形扩大还可以共同形成法兰周边和密封环。随后在法兰周边区将容器本体与密封环分开,之后在下料毛坯内不同时产生废料。然后可以以较简单的方式,将容器本体与盖上所装的密封中间层进行结合,其中不是容器本体向其法兰周边扩大,就是密封中间层尺寸的缩小。上述两种方式也可以进行组合。
密封中间层最好做成密封环,其外形与法兰周边的外形相适应。
经深冲的容器本体不仅可以扩展成锥形,例如3~10%锥度,而且可以使容器本体逐渐向法兰周边扩展。
密封中间层与容器本体分开可以以较为合适的方式在深冲本身前或后进行。
当通过减小密封中间层的尺寸进行容器本体和密封中间层匹配,例如减小做成密封环的密封中间层的直径时,则可以以较简单的方式,通过将其外周边折入到内周边上来达到。为此,最好施加合适的压力,以致于可以避免产生皱纹。
以下,将结合附图对本发明的实施例做更详细地叙述。
图1所示实际上为说明已公开的具有在密封过程中附加封入的密封中间层的容器本体的制作方法的示意图;
图2(a)至图2(d)所示为本发明的一个实施例的制作方法的步骤;以及
图3所示为说明减小以密封环作为密封中间层的尺寸的示意图。
图1所示实际上为一种已公开的容器本体制作方法,该容器本体具有在密封过程中附加封入的密封中间层。首先,容器本体1由薄板材,尤其是由铝带材深冲成图示的形状。其时,容器本体1设有密封涂层2,与容器本体1分开,再由薄板材冲压成作为密封中间层3,其最好做成密封环。使上述所形成的容器本体的上端设置一盖薄膜4,盖薄膜4可由铝箔制成且其下侧设有另外的密封涂层5。密封中间层3和盖薄膜4诸如通过热封或者粘合而相互结合。在待贮存物装满之后,在压力和/或温度的作用下,通过一般的密封过程或者,另外通过附加的密封中间层3在容器本体1的法兰周边区的折边,实现容器本体与密封中间层3或者盖薄膜4的结合。
按照图2(a)至图2(d)所示的本发明的方法,首先,在图示所未表明的步骤中,由薄板材,尤其由铝带材或镀锡带钢冲出下料毛坯;所形成的毛坯不仅包含形成容器本体的材料,而且也包含形成密封环所需的平面材料。接着,如图2(a)所示,深冲容器主体1并将剩余的材料部分延伸成一平的部分。
接着,在平面和深冲部分之间的周边区沿着如图2(b)所示的划线进行切割,由此使密封中间环与剩下的容器本体分开。
如图2(c)所示,再使容器本体大体上拉开以致于形成向上扩展的锥形,此后,将待贮存的物质装入容器本体1中。
如图2(d)所示,下一步再把设有盖薄膜4的密封中间层3放置在容器本体1的平的法兰周边区上。再者,通过密封中间层3和盖薄膜4在容器本体1的法兰周边区的折边与容器本体紧密结合。
容器主体1逐渐向法兰周边区扩大也是一种可供选择的方法或者采用如图2(c)所示的容器本体1的锥形扩大。
密封中间层3和容器本体1之间的结合也可以不按照以上在图2(c)和图2(d)方法步骤中所述的制作过程来实现,其中使密封中间层3直径减小到使密封中间层3与容器本体1的法兰周边区匹配。如图3(a)及图3(b)所示,这种方法是这样实现的:图3(a)中所示的部分密封中间层3沿虚线做部分重叠折边,其中密封中间层3的外周边以箭头方向向内周边折叠。如图3(b)所示的形状,其中内环的内径比图3(a)所示的内径要小。为了防止皱纹形成,在外周边折向内周边之后加以压力。

Claims (8)

1.一种贮存容器的制作方法,其中容器本体(1)用薄板材经深冲压而成,该薄板材可以是铝带材或镀锡带钢,且至少在其平的法兰周边上涂有密封涂层(2);在压力和/或温度的作用下,用密封涂层(5)将盖薄膜(4)密封在密封中间层(3)上,盖薄膜(4)可由铝箔制成,
其特征在于,为了制作具有附加的密封中间层(3)的容器本体,该密封中间层(3)是在密封过程中被封入容器本体的,首先,由薄板材冲压出容器本体(1)和密封中间层(3)连在一起的下料毛坯,接着在法兰周边区使密封中间层(3)与容器本体(1)分开,然后经深冲压的容器本体向其法兰周边扩展后和/或将密封中间层(3)的尺寸缩减后,将密封中间层(3)放到容器本体(1)的法兰周边上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,密封中间层(3)为密封环。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,经深冲的容器本体(1)以锥形进行扩展。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,经深冲的容器本体(1)逐渐向法兰周边扩展。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,容器本体(1)经深冲压之后可与密封中间层(3)分开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,密封中间层(3)通过物料装封可与盖薄膜(4)结合,接着放在法兰周边上。
