2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养生膳食配方,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料组成:
南瓜12-22份、西兰花13-17份、紫甘蓝10-15份、燕麦20-35份、胡萝卜4-10份、苹果9-15份、无花果8-14份、香蕉5-9份、猕猴桃5-10份、沙棘果8-14份、橙子4-8份、山楂6-12份、黑芝麻8-18份、核桃仁3-7份、大豆3-7份、黑米15-30份、茯苓8-12份、龙眼肉5-7份、麦芽6-12份、西洋参2-6份、百合3-7份、红枣7-12份、花生6-11份、甜杏仁4-8份、腰果3-9份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种养生膳食配方,其特征在于:最优选的组份由如下重量份的原料组成:
南瓜18份、西兰花12份、紫甘蓝10份、燕麦15份、胡萝卜6份、苹果9份、无花果9份、香蕉7份、猕猴桃7份、沙棘果11份、橙子4份、山楂8份、黑芝麻14份、核桃仁5份、大豆3份、黑米15份、茯苓8份、龙眼肉5份、麦芽7份、西洋参3份、百合4份、红枣5份、花生7份、甜杏仁5份、腰果7份。
