Avermectin is an insecticidal nematicide consisting of a family of sixteen-membered macrolactone compounds with similar structures. The action sites of the compound on the nematodes are gamma-aminobutyric acid and chloride ion channels in nerve conduction pathways, inhibit nerve conduction of the nematodes and lead the nematodes to die in a paralytic way. At present, abamectin is a common medicament for preventing and controlling wheat cyst nematodes in production.
Imidacloprid is a nitromethylene systemic insecticide, which acts on an effector of a nicotinic acid acetylcholinesterase receptor of pests to interfere the transmission of a motor nervous system chemical signal, and after the pests contact the insecticide, normal conduction of central nerves is blocked, so that the pests die in a paralytic way.
The difenoconazole is a triazole broad-spectrum bactericide, and the action mechanism of the difenoconazole is to inhibit the activity of fungal lanosterol-14 alpha-demethylase and the biosynthesis of ergosterol, so that the formation of fungal cell membranes is hindered, the structural integrity of the cell membranes is damaged, and the growth of germs is inhibited.

The wetting agent is one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and nekal.
The suspension stabilizer is one or more of xanthan gum, cellulose ether and derivatives thereof, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, magnesium aluminum silicate, diatomite, bentonite, attapulgite and white carbon black.
The antifreezing agent is one or more of ethylene glycol, glycerol, propylene glycol or urea.
The film forming agent is one or more of acacia, animal glue, pectin, xanthan gum, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, light propyl cellulose, sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene pyrrolidone, polyacrylamide or sodium polyacrylate.
The defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent; the preservative is one or more of industrial formaldehyde, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
The colorant is one or more of acid scarlet, acid red B, Congo red and alkaline rose essence.
Aiming at the current situation of occurrence of sporangium nematode of wheat crops and the problems existing in field control, the abamectin, imidacloprid and difenoconazole are compounded to prepare the suspension seed coating agent which is mainly used for controlling the sporangium nematode of the wheat crops.
The preparation method of the suspension seed coating agent comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the abamectin, the imidacloprid, the difenoconazole, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the stabilizing agent, the film forming agent, the antifreezing agent, the preservative, the coloring agent and the supplementary water in a high-shear emulsifying and dispersing machine according to the proportion, and stirring and mixing;
(2) and (3) starting a high-speed shearing machine, shearing at a high speed of 10000r/min for 10-20 minutes, and grinding by using a sand mill until more than 95% of the sample has the grain diameter of 1-5 micrometers to obtain the suspension seed coating agent.
The application method of the seed coating agent comprises the following steps: before wheat crops are sown, the seed coating agent is coated according to the seed ratio of the seed coating agent to wheat crops seeds of 1:200-1:500, and then the seeds are naturally aired and sown.
