Abstract

Description
技术领域
本说明书涉及一种用于对尤其是辐射同轴电缆的细长体进行墙壁固定的改善的装置。
本发明的领域是被用于支撑诸如例如辐射同轴电缆的细长体的系统的领域。
背景技术
装置由于这种类型的申请而是已知的,该装置以使用分隔件的方式将通过特定的电缆夹扣压的辐射同轴电缆固定到墙壁。之后使用金属螺钉用以使得电缆夹和分隔件相互成为一体,以及还用以在合适的木钉(dowel)或类似物的协助下将该分隔件固定到墙壁,金属螺钉的轴线位于包含电缆的轴线的同一平面上。
在这种类型的已知的申请中发现了缺陷,首先应归因于对由辐射电缆发射的信号的干扰,该干扰是由该辐射电缆靠近螺钉的金属体引起的。
在上文提及的类型的已知的装置上发现了进一步的缺点,该缺点表现为当电缆已经被安装在其处于电缆夹上的座部中时不能够将系统安装在墙壁上。在这种情况下,事实上,由于被容纳在其座部中并且在该座部中进行操作的电缆的存在,阻止了接近固定螺钉。

专利公布CA 2 618 941A1公开了一种用于将管道系统(canalization)固定在悬挂位置的杆,该杆大致由通过螺钉被固定到墙壁的金属板构成。这种解决方案具有下述缺点:在火车在隧道中通过期间,尤其由于杆体上的空气移动的压力,致使该解决方案提供了极低的抗变形性。另一方面,也被施加在螺钉上的弯曲应力有害于将板固定在悬挂位置的稳定性。
根据专利公布US 2005/011996 A1、DE 92 12 516 U1和EP 0 722 196 A1,还已知用于将电缆固定在悬挂位置的系统。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种用于对细长体进行墙壁固定的新的装置,该新的装置与这种类型的已知装置不同,该新的装置提供了改善的抗弯曲应力性和抗扭转应力性,而且防止墙壁固定系统的金属部分的干扰。
本发明的进一步的目的在于提供一种上文指出的类型的装置,该装置具有与电缆夹装置对应的改善的加强系统。
本发明还具有下述目的:设想适合于抗弯曲应力的分隔件,使得将电缆夹装置更稳定和更安全地固定到墙壁。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种如上文所描述的装置,该装置适合于而且在电缆夹的盖意外打开的情况下也适合于支撑电缆。
通过权利要求1的装置,这些目的和其它的目的被达成。在其余的权利要求中详细说明了本发明的装置的优选实施例。
相对于辐射同轴电缆的已知的墙壁固定装置,根据本发明的墙壁固定装置提供了下述优点:其具有改善的抗弯曲应力性和抗扭转应力性,而且防止墙壁固定系统的金属部分的干扰。
本发明的装置尤其设有加强物,该加强物能够抵抗弯曲应力和扭转应力,使得将电缆夹固定到墙壁的功能交给单个螺钉。
本发明的进一步的优点为,在装置被竖向地或水平地装配在墙上的情况下,电缆的重量绝不会施加在安全盖上。

具体实施方式
根据已知的现有技术的用于对在悬挂位置的细长体3进行墙壁固定6的装置在图1中作为整体被指代为1。该装置大致由被成型的板4构成,该板作用为分隔件,该板在面对墙壁6的端部处设有基座7,该基座通过螺钉5a、5b被附接到同一墙壁6。在其相反的一侧,板4具有电缆夹钩2,细长体3被容纳在该电缆夹钩中,以便将该细长体保持在墙壁6上处于悬挂位置。
图1的系统具有下述缺点:用于固定细长体3的板4未提供足够的对弯曲应力和扭转应力的耐抗性,该弯曲应力和扭转应力例如是因火车在隧道中通过产生的空气冲击而产生的。此外,已知的系统不仅赋予了螺钉5a和5b将板4固定到墙壁6的功能,而且还赋予了抵抗弯曲应力的功能,事实上,板4的带状结构不能够抵抗该弯曲应力。

如从之前指出的图示可见的,本发明的装置的臂15a、15b相对于用于同一装置11的墙壁固定螺钉20的座部19的轴线22具有倾斜的定向。此外,由于上文提及的臂15a和15b的所描述的倾斜布置,使得上文提及的座部19的轴线22处于与电缆夹12的纵向轴线21分开并且远离的位置,避免被用于将本发明的装置固定到墙壁的螺钉20的金属头部23对由电缆3发射的信号造成干扰。
如已知的,用于辐射电缆的电缆夹由塑料材料制成,以避免对由上文提及的辐射电缆发射的信号造成干扰。为了防止由可能的火灾产生的热量导致由于电缆夹的材料毁坏而使电缆掉落,例如每十个由塑料制成的电缆夹中插入一金属的电缆夹。
在本发明的于图11至图13中更好地示出的装置中,设想电缆3的安全固定系统,该安全固定系统由柔性的金属线24构成,该金属线在一个端部处设有可打开的套圈25并且在相对的端部处设有固定环26,该套圈围绕着电缆3闭合,该固定环在合适的座部27内部,该合适的座部形成在到墙壁的基座板18的后部部分上。通过用于将本发明的装置11固定到墙壁的同一螺钉20来确保将环26加固固定到板18。例如每十个装置11中插入一这种安全固定系统24,也在隧道内部发生火灾的情况下防止电缆掉落的风险。
Claims (7)
1.一种辐射同轴电缆的墙壁固定装置,所述墙壁固定装置为配备有分隔件的类型,所述分隔件设有电缆夹(12),所述电缆夹用于将所述辐射同轴电缆(3)支撑在墙壁(6,14)上的悬挂位置,其特征在于,所述分隔件具有:
第一基座(18),所述第一基座的形状被设置为适于被附接至所述墙壁的板;
第二基座(16),所述第二基座与所述第一基座平行,所述电缆夹被联接至所述第二基座;以及
大致为方格状并包括两个臂(15a,15b)的结构,所述两个臂将所述第一基座连接至所述第二基座,其中在所述第一基座中以及在所述两个臂之间限定出用于接纳螺钉(20)的第一座部(19),所述螺钉将所述分隔件联接至所述墙壁,所述第一座部的形状被设置为具有一开口,所述开口具有纵向轴线(22),所述电缆夹被联接至所述第二基座的远离所述螺钉的端部处,并且
