Abstract
The invention discloses a test fixture for a PCB soft board in the field of electronic component testing, which comprises a lower die fixture and an upper die fixture, wherein the lower die fixture comprises a lower bottom frame, a lower bottom plate and a lower panel, a groove is arranged on the lower panel, a tested PCB is placed in the groove, the upper die fixture comprises an upper top plate, an upper bottom frame and an upper panel, a test needle die is arranged at a position corresponding to the tested PCB in the upper panel, an external test PCB is connected with the test needle die, a probe elastic module is arranged above the test needle die, a grounding needle die is fixed on the upper panel, and the lower end of the grounding needle die is connected with a grounding needle in the lower die fixture. The invention solves the manpower productivity problem, can simultaneously test 10pcs at one time, reduces the investment of technicians, and is convenient for management in the whole process; the occurrence of missing measurement is reduced, the sucking disc is adopted to grab the plate, and the misplacement of the plate is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic component testing, in particular to a testing fixture for a PCB soft board.
Background
At present, after the soft PCB is attached, particularly for the connection test of the TP part, a large amount of manual equipment and human resources are needed, so that the test effect (manual leakage test) of a product cannot be ensured, and the test efficiency of the tested product cannot be ensured. The current manual test is: basically, 3-4 test devices are manually operated by each person, and the test is performed by manually placing a board and manually operating a device pressing board, and sometimes the test is performed by automatically operating a mouse button; after the test is completed, the good plates and the bad plates are respectively placed according to the display. Under the condition, each person produces about 5000pcs every day, and the test speed is low because the test time and the proficiency are adjusted by 10% according to different test times, and when the soft board with higher density is encountered, only about 1000pcs can be tested; when a problem occurs in the test equipment, more technicians are required to complete the calibration of the equipment. In addition, in order to reduce the error probability, there is a need for separate programming and testing of the on-chip program, and there are also some manufacturers to integrate the programming, but there are high requirements for internal management.
The defects are worth solving.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a test fixture for a PCB soft board.

the lower die clamp is sequentially provided with a lower bottom frame, a lower bottom plate and a lower panel from bottom to top, the lower panel is provided with a plurality of grooves, the PCB to be tested is placed in the grooves, the lower panel is also provided with a grounding needle,
the upper die clamp is sequentially provided with an upper top plate, an upper bottom frame and an upper panel from top to bottom, the upper panel is provided with a detection device corresponding to the groove, the detection device is that a test needle die is arranged at a position, corresponding to the tested PCB, in the upper panel, an external test PCB is connected with the test needle die, a probe elastic module is arranged above the test needle die, a grounding needle die is fixed on the upper panel, and the lower end of the grounding needle die is connected with the grounding needle.
The invention according to the scheme is characterized in that the lower bottom plate, the lower bottom frame, the upper top plate and the upper bottom frame are annular supporting plates with hollowed-out middle parts.
The invention according to the above scheme is characterized in that the lower panel is embedded with a magnet, and the magnet is positioned below the tested PCB.
According to the scheme, the invention is characterized in that the elastic ejector pins are also fixed on the lower panel, and the number of the elastic ejector pins is the same as that of the grooves.
Further, the elastic thimble comprises an elastic thimble rod and an elastic thimble sleeve, and the elastic thimble rod is sleeved in the elastic thimble sleeve.
According to the scheme, the invention is characterized in that a fake finger is arranged in the lower panel at a position corresponding to the tested PCB key, and the lower end of the fake finger is connected with an aluminum block.

Further, the elastic PIN comprises an elastic PIN needle and an elastic PIN sleeve, and the elastic PIN needle is sleeved inside the elastic PIN sleeve.
Further, the upper end of the fingerprint key module is also provided with a detection positioning cylinder.
According to the scheme, the invention solves the manpower and productivity problems, can test 10pcs at one time, and can test 10000pcs each day, including burning and testing; the invention reduces the investment of technicians in the test process and is convenient for management in the whole process; the occurrence of missing measurement is reduced, the sucking disc is adopted to grab the plate, and the misplacement of the plate is avoided.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and embodiments:
as shown in fig. 1-2, a test fixture for a PCB flexible board includes a lower mold fixture 100 and an upper mold fixture 200, the lower mold fixture 100 is used for positioning and fixing the PCB flexible board, and the upper mold fixture 200 is installed in a tester and tests the PCB flexible board on the lower mold fixture.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the lower mold clamp 100 is provided with a lower bottom frame 111, a lower bottom plate 112 and a lower panel 113 from bottom to top, and the lower bottom frame 111, the lower bottom plate 112 and the lower panel 113 are fixedly connected in sequence.
Both ends of the lower plate 112 protrude beyond the edge of the lower frame 111, and one end thereof is provided with a handle 150. One end of the lower plate 112 without the handle 150 is positioned in front of the test during the test, and can contact with the baffle of the test machine during the movement before the test, so that the whole lower die clamp 100 is prevented from moving excessively, and the proper stay position is ensured.
The lower panel 113 is provided with a plurality of grooves 120, the PCB300 to be tested is placed in the grooves 120, the lower panel 113 is also provided with a grounding pin (not shown in the figure, the same applies below),
the lower panel 113 is further fixed with elastic pins 130, and the number of the elastic pins 130 is the same as the number of the grooves 120, that is, one groove 120 for fixing the PCB300 to be tested corresponds to one elastic pin 130. The elastic thimble 130 comprises an elastic thimble rod and an elastic thimble sleeve, and the elastic thimble rod is sleeved in the elastic thimble sleeve.
In the lower panel 113, a dummy finger 140 is disposed at a position corresponding to the key of the tested PCB300, the lower end of the dummy finger 140 is connected to the aluminum block 160, and the dummy finger 140 and the aluminum block 160 are used for performing a finger touch simulation test on the key of the tested PCB 300.
Preferably, the magnet 170 is embedded in the lower panel 113, the magnet 170 is located below the tested PCB300, weak magnetic force in the magnet 170 acts on the tested PCB300 through the lower panel 113, so as to position the tested PCB300, ensure proper position of the tested PCB, and avoid deviation of the testing process.
As shown in fig. 5-6, the upper mold clamp 200 is provided with an upper top plate 211, an upper bottom frame 212 and an upper panel 213 from top to bottom, and in this embodiment, three layers of upper bottom frames 212 are provided between the upper panel 213 and the upper top plate 211. The upper ceiling 211 is fixed to the tester.
The upper panel 213 is provided with detection devices corresponding to the grooves 120, in this embodiment, the lower panel 113 is provided with ten grooves 120, and the upper panel 213 is provided with ten sets of detection devices, so that ten PCBs 300 to be tested can be tested simultaneously in the same detection period, thereby accelerating the test speed.
The detecting device is that a test pin die 220 is disposed at a position corresponding to the tested PCB300 in the upper panel 213, the external test PCB is connected with the test pin die 220, the test pin die 220 includes a tornado block 221, a double-ended pin 222 and an adapter plate 223, the lower end of the double-ended pin 222 penetrates out from the lower end of the tornado block 221 and contacts with the tested PCB300, the upper end of the double-ended pin 222 is connected with the adapter plate 223, and the adapter plate 223 is connected with the probe elastic module 250.
The probe elastic module 250 is disposed above the test pin mold 220, the ground pin mold 240 is fixed on the upper panel 213, the ground pin mold 240 includes a pin and a pin sleeve, and the pin is disposed inside the pin sleeve. The lower end of the ground pin die 240 is connected to a ground pin.
In the upper panel 213, an elastic PIN232 is provided at a position corresponding to the key of the PCB300 to be tested, the elastic PIN232 includes an elastic PIN needle and an elastic PIN sleeve, and the elastic PIN needle is sleeved inside the elastic PIN sleeve.
The elastic PIN232 is sleeved in the bakelite block 231, and the upper end of the bakelite block 231 is connected with the fingerprint key module 260. The upper end of the fingerprint key module 260 is also provided with a detection positioning cylinder 270.
In this embodiment, the lower base plate 112, the lower base frame 111, the upper top plate 211 and the upper base frame 212 are all annular supporting plates with hollow middle, which can fully support and protect the components on the lower panel 113 or the upper panel 213 without affecting the whole testing performance.
It will be understood that modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description, and it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the scope of the following claims.
While the invention has been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent that the implementation of the invention is not limited by the above manner, and it is within the scope of the invention to apply the inventive concept and technical solution to other situations as long as various improvements made by the inventive concept and technical solution are adopted, or without any improvement.
Claims (8)
1. A test fixture for a PCB soft board is characterized by comprising a lower die fixture and an upper die fixture,
the lower die clamp is sequentially provided with a lower bottom frame, a lower bottom plate and a lower panel from bottom to top, the lower panel is provided with a plurality of grooves, the PCB to be tested is placed in the grooves, the lower panel is also provided with a grounding needle,
the upper die clamp is sequentially provided with an upper top plate, an upper bottom frame and an upper panel from top to bottom, the upper panel is provided with a detection device corresponding to the groove, the detection device is that a test needle die is arranged at a position corresponding to the tested PCB in the upper panel, the external test PCB is connected with the test needle die, a probe elastic module is arranged above the test needle die, a grounding needle die is fixed on the upper panel, and the lower end of the grounding needle die is connected with the grounding needle;
an elastic thimble is also fixed on the lower panel, and the number of the elastic thimble is the same as that of the grooves;
the lower panel is embedded with a magnet, and the magnet is positioned below the PCB to be tested.
2. The test fixture of claim 1, wherein the elastic ejector pin comprises an elastic ejector pin rod and an elastic ejector pin sleeve, the elastic ejector pin rod being sleeved inside the elastic ejector pin sleeve.
3. The test fixture of the PCB soft board according to claim 1, wherein a fake finger is arranged in the lower panel at a position corresponding to the tested PCB key, and the lower end of the fake finger is connected with an aluminum block.
4. The PCB flexible board testing jig according to claim 1, wherein the ground pin mold includes a pin and a pin housing, the pin being provided inside the pin housing.

The test fixture of the PCB soft board according to claim 1, wherein the test pin die comprises a support dragon block, a double-ended needle and an adapter plate, the lower end of the double-ended needle penetrates out of the lower end of the support dragon block and contacts the tested PCB, the upper end of the double-ended needle is connected with the adapter plate, and the adapter plate is connected with the probe elastic module.
6. The test fixture of the PCB soft board according to claim 1, wherein an elastic PIN is arranged at a position corresponding to a key of the tested PCB in the upper panel, the elastic PIN is sleeved in an electric wood block, and the upper end of the electric wood block is connected with a fingerprint key module.
7. The test fixture of the PCB soft board of claim 6, wherein the elastic PIN comprises an elastic PIN needle and an elastic PIN sleeve, the elastic PIN needle being sleeved inside the elastic PIN sleeve.
8. The test fixture of the PCB soft board of claim 6, wherein the upper end of the fingerprint key module is further provided with a detection positioning cylinder.
