本发明公开了一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料及其制备方法,其主要组成成分及重量配比为:丙烯酸树脂30%‑40%,聚碳酸酯树脂8%‑10%,纳米二氧化硅5%‑8%,助剂0.8%‑1%,聚醚改性硅氧烷0.2%‑0.5%,溶剂35%‑40.5%,功能性填料0.5%‑4.5%。本发明其采用聚碳酸酯树脂改性丙烯酸树脂,利用纳米材料对有机树脂的补强作用,使之能提高涂料干燥后的硬度、耐刮擦等性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
哑光又称亚光,各种颜色的涂料都有亚光和亮光之分,亚光的表面有点发毛,像毛玻璃的表面那样,其反射光是“漫反射”,没有眩光,不刺眼,给人以稳重素雅的感觉,现有的油性哑光涂料特别是深色哑光涂料,其在抗划伤、耐刮擦性能上存在很多问题,其不耐划不耐刮擦,而主要原因是树脂的硬度不够,同时消光粉的大粒径的存在也容易造成耐刮擦性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料及其制备方法,其采用聚碳酸酯树脂改性丙烯酸树脂,利用纳米材料对有机树脂的补强作用,使之能提高涂料干燥后的硬度、耐刮擦等性能。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料,其主要组成成分及重量配比为:丙烯酸树脂30%-40%,聚碳酸酯树脂8%-10%,纳米二氧化硅5%-8%,助剂0.8%-1%,聚醚改性硅氧烷0.2%-0.5%,溶剂35%-40.5%,功能性填料0.5%-4.5%。
优选的,所述纳米二氧化硅表面经过蜡处理,外形为球形。
优选的,所述的功能性填料其主要组成成分及重量配比为玻璃粉30%,陶瓷粉40%,蜡粉30%。
一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料的制备方法,其主要包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:将丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯树脂,纳米二氧化硅,助剂,聚醚改性硅氧烷,溶剂,功能性填料按照上述重量配比进行备料;
(2)混料:将溶剂和助剂搅拌至完全溶解,依次加入功能性填料,丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯树脂,纳米二氧化硅,聚醚改性硅氧烷,充分搅拌均匀,得到涂料;
(3)试涂膜:在实验产品上涂膜上述制成的涂料,静置至完全干燥;
(4)性能测试:试验产品涂膜完全干燥后,对其表面用耐99.5%无水乙醇500g力来回500次,涂膜无露底;耐RCA纸带175g力耐磨测试200次不漏底;百格法附着力100%测试,0级;
(5)成品包装:将通过步骤(4)性能测试的涂料进行成品包装。
本发明的有益效果是:其采用聚碳酸酯树脂改性丙烯酸树脂,利用纳米材料对有机树脂的补强作用,使之能提高涂料干燥后的硬度、耐刮擦等性能。

为了进一步优化技术方案,所述纳米二氧化硅表面经过蜡处理,外形为球形。
为了进一步优化技术方案,所述的功能性填料其主要组成成分及重量配比为玻璃粉30%,陶瓷粉40%,蜡粉30%。
一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料的制备方法,其主要包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:将丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯树脂,纳米二氧化硅,助剂,聚醚改性硅氧烷,溶剂,功能性填料按照上述重量配比进行备料;
(2)混料:将溶剂和助剂搅拌至完全溶解,依次加入功能性填料,丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯树脂,纳米二氧化硅,聚醚改性硅氧烷,充分搅拌均匀,得到涂料;
(3)试涂膜:在实验产品上涂膜上述制成的涂料,静置至完全干燥;
(4)性能测试:试验产品涂膜完全干燥后,对其表面用耐99.5%无水乙醇500g力来回500次,涂膜无露底;耐RCA纸带175g力耐磨测试200次不漏底;百格法附着力100%测试,0级;
(5)成品包装:将通过步骤(4)性能测试的涂料进行成品包装。
实施例1:
丙烯酸树脂40%,聚碳酸酯树脂10%,纳米二氧化硅8%,助剂1%,聚醚改性硅氧烷0.5%,溶剂40.5%,功能性填料0.5%。
实施例2:
丙烯酸树脂38%,聚碳酸酯树脂9%,纳米二氧化硅7%,助剂0.8%,聚醚改性硅氧烷0.2%,溶剂40.5%,功能性填料4.5%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅表面经过蜡处理,外形为球形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的功能性填料其主要组成成分及重量配比为玻璃粉30%,陶瓷粉40%,蜡粉30%。
4.一种高抗刮哑光黑涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,其主要包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:将丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯树脂,纳米二氧化硅,助剂,聚醚改性硅氧烷,溶剂,功能性填料按照上述重量配比进行备料;
(2)混料:将溶剂和助剂搅拌至完全溶解,依次加入功能性填料,丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯树脂,纳米二氧化硅,聚醚改性硅氧烷,充分搅拌均匀,得到涂料;
