本发明公开了一种硅橡胶的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:硅橡胶80份‑100份、低苯基硅橡胶60份‑80份、聚金属有机硅氧烷20份‑30份、烷氧基封端聚硅氧烷5份‑15份、碳黑10份‑15份、石墨10份‑15份、乙烯基硅油4份‑8份、氧化锌6份‑12份、硬脂酸1份‑6份、烷烃油2份‑4份、双二五硫化剂1份‑3份、甲基乙基硅油1份‑1.5份、羟基硅油0.5份‑1.5份、含氢硅油0.5份‑1.5份,本发明一种硅橡胶的配方具有很好的耐高温耐腐蚀性,而且抗撕裂性能大大的得到提高,综合提高了硅橡胶的质量。

本发明涉及硅橡胶领域,具体是一种硅橡胶的配方。
背景技术
硅橡胶是一种优良的特种橡胶,它具有优良的耐热性、耐低温、绝缘性、抗震、抗压、抗磨以及很好的生物特性,使其具有广泛的应用范围,比如建筑、交通运输、电子电器、化工、生物材料以及现在的航空航天材料等。现在硅橡胶可以在 -65℃~ 200℃长期使用,但随着科技的发展,对其耐热性提出了更高的要求,而现在的航空航天技术要求硅橡胶在更高的温度下长期使用,进一步提高硅橡胶的耐高温性能有很大的意义,另外,在耐热性提高的情况下,硅橡胶的抗撕裂性也需要进一步完善。因此需要一种新的硅橡胶在耐热性、抗撕裂性方面有所改进。
现有的硅橡胶在耐热性、抗撕裂性和耐腐蚀性方面还有待提高。就解决以上问题提出本发明。

本发明的目的在于提供一种硅橡胶的配方,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种硅橡胶的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:硅橡胶80份-100份、低苯基硅橡胶60份-80份、聚金属有机硅氧烷20份-30份、烷氧基封端聚硅氧烷5份-15份、碳黑10份-15份、石墨10份-15份、乙烯基硅油4份-8份、氧化锌6份-12份、硬脂酸1份-6份、烷烃油2份-4份、双二五硫化剂1份-3份、甲基乙基硅油1份-1.5份、羟基硅油0.5份-1.5份、含氢硅油0.5份-1.5份。
上述一种硅橡胶的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:硅橡胶80份-98份、低苯基硅橡胶60份-78份、聚金属有机硅氧烷20份-28份、烷氧基封端聚硅氧烷5份-13份、碳黑10份-13份、石墨10份-13份、乙烯基硅油4份-6份、氧化锌6份-10份、硬脂酸1份-4份、烷烃油2份-3份、双二五硫化剂1份-2份、甲基乙基硅油1份-1.3份、羟基硅油0.5份-1.3份、含氢硅油0.5份-1.3份。
上述一种硅橡胶的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:硅橡胶90份、低苯基硅橡胶70份、聚金属有机硅氧烷25份、烷氧基封端聚硅氧烷10份、碳黑12份、石墨12份、乙烯基硅油6份、氧化锌8份、硬脂酸4份、烷烃油3份、双二五硫化剂2份、甲基乙基硅油1.2份、羟基硅油1份、含氢硅油1份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种硅橡胶的配方具有很好的耐高温耐腐蚀性,而且抗撕裂性能大大的得到提高,综合提高了硅橡胶的质量。

一种硅橡胶的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:硅橡胶80份-100份、低苯基硅橡胶80份、聚金属有机硅氧烷30份、烷氧基封端聚硅氧烷15份、碳黑15份、石墨15份、乙烯基硅油8份、氧化锌12份、硬脂酸6份、烷烃油4份、双二五硫化剂3份、甲基乙基硅油1.5份、羟基硅油1.5份、含氢硅油1.5份。
