Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,包含以下操作步骤:(1)将桉木基材板进行冷冻干燥,干燥至含水量为10~15%;(2)将冷冻干燥后所得桉木基材板放入聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中浸泡3~5h,取出后直接放入阻燃剂溶液中浸泡30~60min;(3)取出步骤(2)中在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡后所得桉木基材板,陈化10~24h,即得。本发明制备方法制备所得阻燃桉木板具有较高的阻燃性能,阻燃指数最高可达29.4;且根据本发明制备所得桉木阻燃胶合板制备工艺简单易操作,能够实现大批量工业化生产,提高生产效率。

一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种桉木胶合板的制备方法,特别涉及一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法。
背景技术
木材本身主要由纤维素、半纤维素、木质素三种物质构成,是一种多孔性各向异性有机材料。现代家具常用纤维板、胶合板、刨花板等人造板及实木作为原材料,人造板能够充分利用木材资源,实木加工产生的木屑、刨花都能经过一系列的加工制成人造板。木材因为易加工、易获得、传热系数低、可调温调湿等独特的性能和优异的环境学特性而在人类的发展史中一直扮演非常重要的角色,一直被广泛应用于建筑、装修、家具等各个与人类生活密切相关的领域。然而,木质材料同时也存在诸多严重的缺陷,其中一项就是易燃性。
桉木胶合板是我国最常见的胶合板种类之一,因其价格低廉、原材料易获得而被广泛使用。现有的商用阻燃剂的阻燃性受到广泛认同,其阻燃性能已被很多前人研究过,但这些商用阻燃剂对胶合板胶合性能影响很大,从而使得胶合板容易脱胶,影响胶合板的使用寿命,因此,亟需一种阻燃剂以期提高阻燃桉木胶合板力学性能和亲水性,从而提高胶合板质量的方法。

发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,发明一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,旨在得到一种阻燃性能高,且成本低的阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,包含以下操作步骤:
(1)将桉木基材板进行冷冻干燥,干燥至含水量为10~15%;
(2)将冷冻干燥后所得桉木基材板放入聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中浸泡3~5h,取出后直接放入阻燃剂溶液中浸泡30~60min;
(3)取出步骤(2)中在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡后所得桉木基材板,陈化10~24h,即得。
其中,步骤(1)中所述冷冻干燥的温度为-3~-1℃。
其中,步骤(2)中所述的聚乙烯醇树脂溶液温度为75~85℃,调节pH值为5~6。
其中,步骤(2)中所述的聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中浸泡保持压力为3~5MPa,在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡压力为1~3MPa。
其中,步骤(2)中所述的阻燃剂溶液按照质量百分比由以下组分组成:磷酸氢二铵40~50%、蔗糖酯5~15%、乳酸钠5~15%和水合肼30~40%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明制备方法制备所得阻燃桉木板具有较高的阻燃性能,阻燃指数最高可达29.4;且根据本发明制备所得桉木阻燃胶合板制备工艺简单易操作,能够实现大批量工业化生产,提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1
阻燃剂溶液按照质量百分比由以下组分组成:磷酸氢二铵45%、蔗糖酯10%、乳酸钠10%和水合肼35%,将各组分混合搅拌均匀,即得,备用。
一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,操作步骤如下:
(1)将桉木基材板保持温度为-1℃进行冷冻干燥,干燥至含水量为12%;
(2)将冷冻干燥后所得桉木基材板放入80℃聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中保持压力为4MPa浸泡4h,取出后直接放入上述备用的阻燃剂溶液中保持压力为2MPa浸泡45min;其中,聚乙烯醇溶液用柠檬酸调节pH值为6;
(3)取出步骤(2)中在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡后所得桉木基材板,陈化17h,即得,检测所得桉木基材板阻燃性能为29.4。
实施例2
阻燃剂溶液按照质量百分比由以下组分组成:磷酸氢二铵40%、蔗糖酯15%、乳酸钠15%和水合肼30%,将各组分混合搅拌均匀,即得,备用。
一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,操作步骤如下:
(1)将桉木基材板保持温度为-3℃进行冷冻干燥,干燥至含水量为15%;
(2)将冷冻干燥后所得桉木基材板放入75℃聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中保持压力为5MPa浸泡3h,取出后直接放入上述备用的阻燃剂溶液中保持压力为1MPa浸泡60min;其中,聚乙烯醇溶液用柠檬酸调节pH值为5;
(3)取出步骤(2)中在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡后所得桉木基材板,陈化10h,即得,检测所得桉木基材板阻燃性能为28.7。
实施例3
阻燃剂溶液按照质量百分比由以下组分组成:磷酸氢二铵50%、蔗糖酯5%、乳酸钠5%和水合肼40%,将各组分混合搅拌均匀,即得,备用。
一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,操作步骤如下:
(1)将桉木基材板保持温度为-2℃进行冷冻干燥,干燥至含水量为10%;
(2)将冷冻干燥后所得桉木基材板放入85℃聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中保持压力为3MPa浸泡5h,取出后直接放入上述备用的阻燃剂溶液中保持压力为3MPa浸泡30min;其中,聚乙烯醇溶液用柠檬酸调节pH值为6;
(3)取出步骤(2)中在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡后所得桉木基材板,陈化24h,即得,检测所得桉木基材板阻燃性能为29.1。
实施例4
阻燃剂溶液按照质量百分比由以下组分组成:磷酸氢二铵45%、蔗糖酯10%、乳酸钠10%和水合肼35%,将各组分混合搅拌均匀,即得,备用。
一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,操作步骤如下:
(1)将桉木基材板保持温度为-1℃进行冷冻干燥,干燥至含水量为12%;
(2)将冷冻干燥后所得桉木基材板放入80℃聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中保持压力为4MPa浸泡4h,取出后直接放入上述备用的阻燃剂溶液中保持压力为2MPa浸泡45min;
(3)取出步骤(2)中在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡后所得桉木基材板,陈化17h,即得,检测所得桉木基材板阻燃性能为27.1。
实施例5
一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,操作步骤如下:
(1)将桉木基材板保持温度为-1℃进行冷冻干燥,干燥至含水量为12%;
(2)将冷冻干燥后所得桉木基材板放入80℃聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中保持压力为4MPa浸泡4h,取出后直接放入市售所得木材阻燃剂JL201溶液中保持压力为2MPa浸泡45min;其中,聚乙烯醇溶液用柠檬酸调节pH值为6;
(3)取出步骤(2)中在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡后所得桉木基材板,陈化17h,即得,检测所得桉木基材板阻燃性能为26.3。
本发明制备方法,将再酸化后的聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中浸泡后所得的桉木基材板直接放入阻燃剂溶液中浸泡,能够提高阻燃剂浸润基材板的程度。桉木板为微酸性木材,一定程度的酸能够降低其表面张力。且本发明阻燃剂溶液降低木材表面张力后的基材板中能起到互相促进的作用,能够使得在前述工序后在本发明中阻燃剂中浸泡后的木材板具有更高的阻燃性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃桉木胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下操作步骤:
(1)将桉木基材板进行冷冻干燥,干燥至含水量为10~15%;
(2)将冷冻干燥后所得桉木基材板放入聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中浸泡3~5h,取出后直接放入阻燃剂溶液中浸泡30~60min;
(3)取出步骤(2)中在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡后所得桉木基材板,陈化10~24h,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述冷冻干燥的温度为-3~-1℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的聚乙烯醇树脂溶液温度为75~85℃,调节pH值为5~6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的聚乙烯醇树脂溶液中浸泡保持压力为3~5MPa,在阻燃剂溶液中浸泡压力为1~3MPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的阻燃剂溶液按照质量百分比由以下组分组成:磷酸氢二铵40~50%、蔗糖酯5~15%、乳酸钠5~15%和水合肼30~40%。
