Abstract

本发明公开了一种万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板,该接骨板与锁定接骨螺钉配合,由胫骨外侧将胫骨近端杆骨两骨折段进行加压固定,同时将胫骨近段关节面的粉碎性骨折也通过接骨板进行固定。该接骨板设有胫骨近端外侧接骨板,所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板设有贯通板厚的万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔,孔内分别设有万向锁定开口环和加压锁定块,万向锁定开口环和加压锁定块内分别设有锁定接骨螺钉,所述万向锁定胫骨近端外侧关节接骨板设有关节部,所述关节部设有多个安装锁定螺钉的万向锁定开口环孔和万向锁定开口环,用以增加穿钉位置的选择性或穿钉数量。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别是一种万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板
背景技术
在骨折患者中,胫骨近端杆骨骨折伴随胫骨近段关节面粉碎性骨折时有发生,此类病例目前常采用的治疗方法是,胫骨近端杆骨骨折用接骨板和接骨螺钉连接固定,再用接骨螺钉单独将关节面粉碎性骨折的骨块固定到整体骨上,因此存在固定不牢的缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板,该接骨板与锁定接骨螺钉配合,由胫骨外侧将胫骨近端杆骨两骨折段进行加压固定,同时将胫骨近段关节面的粉碎性骨折也通过接骨板进行固定。
所述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板设有胫骨近端外侧接骨板,所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板与胫骨近端外侧形状贴合,所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板设有贯通板厚的万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔,所述万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔内分别设有万向锁定开口环和加压锁定块,所述万向锁定开口环和加压锁定块内分别设有锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板设有关节部,所述关节部设有多个安装锁定接骨螺钉的万向锁定开口环孔和万向锁定开口环,用以增加穿钉位置的选择性或穿钉数量。
优选的,在上述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板中,所述关节部由关节中部、关节前部、关节后部和前凹部、后凹部组成,所述关节中部是由所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板贴服胫骨平台外侧解剖面向上延伸至胫骨近段关节面而成,所述关节前部是由关节中部贴服胫骨平台前侧解剖面向前延伸而成,所述关节后部是由所述关节中部贴服胫骨平台后侧面向后延伸而成,所述前凹部设于关节前部下端,用以减少接骨板占位而导致的附着点肌肉损伤,所述后凹部设于关节后部下端,用以避开腓骨头。
优选的,在上述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板中,所述万向锁定开口环孔内壁设为球形或弧形,所述万向锁定开口环与所述万向锁定开口环孔滑动配合设置,使所述万向锁定开口环在所述万向锁定开口环孔内任意方向转动或摆动,且不会自由脱落。
优选的,在上述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板中,所述万向锁定开口环设有锥螺纹孔,锥螺纹孔孔壁设有贯通的开口,所述万向锁定开口环孔孔壁向内设有销,所述销插入所述开口中约束万向锁定开口环围绕其锥螺纹孔的轴线转动。
优选的,在上述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板中,所述加压锁定块孔设为长形孔,长边沿接骨板长度方向设置,内壁设为弧形,所述加压锁定块长度短于所述加压锁定块孔,其宽度两侧与所述加压锁定块孔内壁两长边滑动配合设置,并使所述加压锁定块在所述加压锁定块孔内既能移动又能转动或摆动。
优选的,在上述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板中,所述加压锁定块上面设有凹槽和贯通的锥螺纹孔,使用时,将所述锁定接骨螺钉旋入锥螺纹孔后继续旋紧时,会将所述凹槽撑开,从而将所述加压锁定块锁紧于所述加压锁定块孔内。
优选的,在上述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板中,装入所述接骨板的万向锁定开口环与加压锁定块,其锥螺纹孔的两端面,均不高于其所对应的接骨板面。
所述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板的技术效果,在于增加了一种胫骨关节面粉碎性骨折的治疗手段且固定安全牢固。

所述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板设有胫骨近端外侧接骨板1,所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板1与胫骨近端外侧形状贴合,所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板1设有贯通板厚的万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔,所述万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔内分别设有万向锁定开口环2和加压锁定块3,所述万向锁定开口环2和加压锁定块3内分别设有锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板设有关节部11,所述关节部11设有多个安装锁定接骨螺钉的万向锁定开口环孔和万向锁定开口环2,用以增加穿钉位置的选择性或穿钉数量。
所述关节部11由关节中部、关节前部、关节后部和前凹部12、后凹部13组成,所述关节中部是由所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板1贴服胫骨平台外侧解剖面向上延伸至胫骨近段关节面而成,所述关节前部是由关节中部贴服胫骨平台前侧解剖面向前延伸而成,所述关节后部是由所述关节中部贴服胫骨平台后侧面向后延伸而成,所述前凹部12设于关节前部下端,用以减少接骨板占位而导致的附着点肌肉损伤,所述后凹部13设于关节后部下端,用以避开腓骨头。
所述万向锁定开口环孔内壁设为球形或弧形,所述万向锁定开口环2与所述万向锁定开口环孔滑动配合设置,使所述万向锁定开口环2在所述万向锁定开口环孔内任意方向转动或摆动,且不会自由脱落。
所述万向锁定开口环2设有锥螺纹孔21,锥螺纹孔孔壁设有贯通的开口22,所述万向锁定开口环孔孔壁向内设有销,所述销插入所述开口中约束万向锁定开口环围绕其锥螺纹孔的轴线转动。
所述加压锁定块孔设为长形孔,长边沿接骨板长度方向设置,内壁设为弧形,所述加压锁定块3短于所述加压锁定块孔,其宽度两侧与所述加压锁定块孔内壁两长边滑动配合设置,并使所述加压锁定块在所述加压锁定块孔内既能移动又能转动或摆动。
所述加压锁定块3上面设有凹槽31和贯通的锥螺纹孔32,使用时,将所述锁定接骨螺钉旋入锥螺纹孔32后继续旋紧时,会将所述凹槽31撑开,从而将所述加压锁定块3锁紧于所述加压锁定块孔内。
所述万向锁定开口环2与加压锁定块3,其锥螺纹孔的两端面,均不高于其所对应的接骨板表面。
图8示出了本发明万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板的第二种实施方式。
所述第二种实施方式的万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板,是为了适应骨折线发生在胫骨近端关节面下面时而设计的,所述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板设有胫骨近端外侧接骨板1,所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板1与胫骨近端外侧形状贴合,所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板1设有贯通板厚的万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔,所述万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔内分别设有万向锁定开口环2和加压锁定块3,所述万向锁定开口环2和加压锁定块3内分别设有锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板设有后关节部14,所述后关节部14设有多个安装锁定接骨螺钉的万向锁定开口环孔和万向锁定开口环2,所述后关节部14下端设有后凹部15。

1.万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板设有胫骨近端外侧接骨板(1),所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板(1)与胫骨近端外侧形状贴合,所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板(1)设有贯通板厚的万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔,所述万向锁定开口环孔和加压锁定块孔内分别设有万向锁定开口环(2)和加压锁定块(3),所述万向锁定开口环(2)和加压锁定块(3)内分别设有锁定螺钉,其特征在于所述万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板设有关节部(11),所述关节部(11)设有多个安装锁定螺钉的万向锁定开口环孔和万向锁定开口环(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板,其特征在于所述关节部(11)由关节中部、关节前部、关节后部和前凹部(12)、后凹部(13)组成,所述关节中部是由所述胫骨近端外侧接骨板(1)贴服胫骨平台外侧解剖面向上延伸至胫骨近段关节面而成,所述关节前部是由关节中部贴服胫骨平台前侧解剖面向前延伸而成,所述关节后部是由所述关节中部贴服胫骨平台后侧面向后延伸而成,所述前凹部(12)设于关节前部下端,用以减少接骨板占位而导致的附着点肌肉损伤,所述后凹部(13)设于关节后部下端,用以避开腓骨头。

5.根据权利要求1所述的万向锁定加压胫骨近端外侧平台接骨板,其特征在于所述加压锁定块孔设为长形孔,长边沿接骨板长度方向设置,内壁设为弧形,所述加压锁定块(3)短于所述加压锁定块孔,其宽度两侧与所述加压锁定块孔内壁两长边滑动配合设置,并使所述加压锁定块在所述加压锁定块孔内既能移动又能转动或摆动。
