本实用新型涉及一种骨科医疗器械，具体说是一种万向锁定金属接骨板。
背景技术
现有的金属接骨板，是在接骨板本体上设有螺钉固定孔，螺钉固定孔中设有锥螺纹，通过带有锥形外螺纹的螺钉固定。这种金属接骨板由于使用螺钉固定时，螺钉只能作直向连接，而不能倾斜一定角度连接固定，因而不便于螺钉固定，致使操作麻烦，手术时间长。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种螺钉在螺钉固定孔中可作万向固定，操作使用方便的万向锁定金属接骨板。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括接骨板本体，接骨板本体上设有螺钉固定孔，其结构特点是所述的螺钉固定孔内腔纵截面轮廓线呈外弧状，螺钉固定孔中设有与螺钉固定孔内腔形状相适应的、可在螺钉固定孔中作万向摆动的开口螺帽开口螺帽，在接骨板本体上、螺钉固定孔的边缘处设有部分伸入到开口螺帽开口中的限位销。
作为对本实用新型的改进，所述的开口螺帽在其一侧设有沿开口螺帽侧壁贯通的开口；所述的开口螺帽上的螺纹为锥螺纹。
采用上述结构后，由于在螺钉固定孔中设有与螺钉固定孔内腔形状相适应的、可在螺钉固定孔中作万向摆动的开口螺帽，接骨板本体上螺钉固定孔的边缘处设有部分伸入到开口螺帽开口中的限位销，该限位销可以限制开口螺帽在螺钉固定孔中转动，但不影响开口螺帽在螺钉固定孔中作万向摆动，使螺钉既可以作万向固定，又便于锁定，操作方便，缩短手术时间。

参照附图，该万向锁定金属接骨板包括接骨板本体1，在接骨板本体1上按设计要求设有多个螺钉固定孔2，每个螺钉固定孔2内腔纵截面轮廓线呈外弧状，螺钉固定孔2内腔的形状近似于鼓形或算盘珠的形状，螺钉固定孔2中设有与螺钉固定孔2内腔形状相适应的、可在螺钉固定孔中作万向摆动的开口螺帽3，即开口螺帽3径向外周面具有与螺钉固定孔2内腔形状相适应的外弧面，使开口螺帽3在螺钉固定孔2中可以作万向摆动，开口螺帽3在其一侧设有沿开口螺帽3侧壁贯通的开口，在接骨板本体1上、螺钉固定孔2的边缘处设有部分伸入到开口螺帽3开口中的限位销4，限位销4的固定部位在接骨板本体1上，限位销4伸入到开口螺帽3开口中的长度不影响在开口螺帽3中穿装、固定螺钉，以限制开口螺帽在螺钉固定孔2内转动，使螺钉在开口螺帽3中既可以作万向固定，又便于通过螺钉的上锥形螺纹将开口螺帽3锁定在接骨板本体1上的螺钉固定孔2中。

1.一种万向锁定金属接骨板，包括接骨板本体(1)，接骨板本体(1)上设有螺钉固定孔(2)，其特征是所述的螺钉固定孔(2)内腔纵截面轮廓线呈外弧状，螺钉固定孔(2)中设有与螺钉固定孔内腔形状相适应的、可在螺钉固定孔中作万向摆动的开口螺帽(3)，在接骨板本体(1)上、螺钉固定孔(2)的边缘处设有部分伸入到开口螺帽(3)开口中的限位销(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万向锁定金属接骨板，其特征是所述的开口螺帽(3)在其一侧设有沿开口螺帽(3)侧壁贯通的开口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的万向锁定金属接骨板，其特征是所述的开口螺帽(3)上的螺纹为锥螺纹。
