目前，针对现代人群饮食不规律，辛辣不忌，易导致肺部集火，产生咳喘以及多痰的现象，一般的解决办法为抓药吃，花费较大，市面上也有凉茶具备下火的功效，但效能单一。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的是提供一种胖大海姜茶，它具有保健强身、消痰泻火、润肠通便、开胃的功效。
本发明的技术方案是：一种胖大海姜茶，包括姜，包括下述重量份的组分：姜2-4、胖大海3-7、款花0.1-0.5、金沸草0.2-0.7、桑皮0.5-0.8、紫菀0.1-0.3、山楂30-60、苹果20-30、水。

以下通过具体实施方式对本发明的作进一步详述，以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
实施例1
包括下述重量份的组分：姜2、胖大海7、款花0.1、金沸草0.4、桑皮0.5、紫菀0.2、山楂30、苹果30、水。
制备方法如下：
1、首先将姜切丝熬汤，期间加入胖大海，然后过滤备用；
2、将步骤1中的过滤后的清液中加入款花、金沸草、桑皮、紫菀，熬汤后过滤。
3、将步骤2中过滤后的清液中加入山楂汁、苹果汁，加辅剂，过滤，灌装，灭菌。
