本发明涉及电线电缆制造领域,具体地说是110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆。110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,包括金属导体缆芯,金属导体缆芯外包覆有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,金属导体缆芯与交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间有填充层,交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆有防水层,防水层为包覆有聚氯乙烯外护套层,交联聚乙烯绝缘层与聚氯乙烯外护套层之间设有包带层。本发明提供的110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,设置有阻水结构,通过放水层和填充层能添加阻水物质,当潮气或水分进入时,阻水物质迅速吸收渗入的水分或潮气,使其体积迅速增大,阻止水分进一步渗透,达到保护电缆的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆制造领域,具体地说是110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆。
背景技术
近年来,在恶劣的环境和潮湿的环境下敷设的电缆,人们越来越意识到阻水性的重要性,特别是在地下水位较高或常年多雨地区(比如我国长江以南地区)。电力电缆大多采用直埋敷设方式,所以电缆承受来自于土壤压力和由于人为因素而受到外力损伤的可能性很大,水从破损处或接头处向内部侵入,然后向电缆两端扩散,造成电缆电性能下降。另一种可能:电缆在储存、搬运、敷设、运行过程中,由于意外受机械力的作用,而使电缆护层损坏,水从破损处向内部侵入,然后向电缆两端扩散,造成电缆电性能下降。电缆安装在潮湿的环境中时,如果没有很好的阻水结构,那么电缆更容易受到水分的侵入,从而造成绝缘的破坏,这样将会大大缩短电缆的寿命,为了减小环境中水分对电缆的各种性能的影响和电缆本身的损害,所以敷设在潮湿环境中的电缆一般都需要电缆具有阻水结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有电力电缆的缺陷,提供一种110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,该电缆具有很好的阻水性能。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,包括金属导体缆芯,金属导体缆芯外包覆有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,金属导体缆芯与交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间有填充层,交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆有防水层,防水层为包覆有聚氯乙烯外护套层,交联聚乙烯绝缘层与聚氯乙烯外护套层之间设有包带层。
进一步的,所述的金属导体缆芯有两根。
进一步的,所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆有防水层之间有外填充层。
进一步的,所述的外填充层内嵌入有至少两根钢丝。
进一步的,所述的外填充层填充层添加阻水物质。
本发明提供的110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,设置有阻水结构,通过放水层和填充层能添加阻水物质,当潮气或水分进入时,阻水物质迅速吸收渗入的水分或潮气,使其体积迅速增大,阻止水分进一步渗透,达到保护电缆的目的。

110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,包括金属导体缆芯,所述的金属导体缆芯有两根。
金属导体缆芯外包覆有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,金属导体缆芯与交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间有填充层,交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆有防水层,防水层为包覆有聚氯乙烯外护套层,交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆有防水层之间有外填充层。
外填充层内嵌入有至少两根钢丝。
外填充层填充层还添加阻水物质。
交联聚乙烯绝缘层与聚氯乙烯外护套层之间设有包带层。

1.110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,其特征在于:包括金属导体缆芯,金属导体缆芯外包覆有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,金属导体缆芯与交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间有填充层,交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆有防水层,防水层为包覆有聚氯乙烯外护套层,交联聚乙烯绝缘层与聚氯乙烯外护套层之间设有包带层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属导体缆芯有两根。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆有防水层之间有外填充层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的外填充层内嵌入有至少两根钢丝。
5.根据权利要求4所述的110KV交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的外填充层填充层添加阻水物质。
